Muhammadiyah offers a new formula related to Pancasila by calling it Darul Ahdi wa Syahadah, a consensus and witness state. The mention of Pancasila as Darul Ahdi wa Syahadah is an affirmation to strengthen the position of Pancasila as the state ideology. Political reality becomes so pragmatic because political morality is \"ambiguous\" . Even sadder, immoral political behavior and sticking with abuse of power is actually done by making the Pancasila as a cover or cover. Mental revolution requires fundamental changes that involve material, mental, cultural and political revolutions. The basis and direction of this mental revolution is the value of the Pancasila, especially those contained in the first, second and third precepts. The most important thing in carrying out the Mental Revolution is the need for political ideology (uswah). Muhammadiyah menawarkan rumusan baru terkait Pancasila dengan menyebutnya sebagai Darul Ahdi wa Syahadah, yaitu negara konsensus dan negara kesaksian. Penyebutan Pancasila sebagai Darul Ahdi wa Syahadah merupakan penegasan untuk memperkuat posisi Pancasila sebagai ideologi negara. Realitas politik menjadi begitu pragmatis lantaran moralitas politik yang “mendua” (ambigu). Lebih menyedihkan lagi, perilaku politik amoral dan lekat dengan abuse of power justru dilakukan dengan menjadikan Pancasila sebagai kedok atau tameng berlindung. Revolusi mental menghendaki adanya perubahan mendasar yang melibatkan revolusi material, mental kultural, dan political. Dasar dan haluan revolusi mental ini adalah nilai Pancasila, terutama yang terdapat dalam sila pertama, kedua, dan ketiga.Yang paling penting dalam melakukan Revolusi Mental adalah perlunya keteladanan (uswah) politik. One thing that is unique to the Sufi community in metropolitan cities in Indonesia is that its adherents are not only Muslims but also non-Muslims. Research conducted by the researcher intends to examine the existence of Sufism in the urban community environment, the researcher also examines the aesthetic values of Sufism which are the attraction of urban society to follow Sufi teachings, and researchers conduct research on the solidarity of the community formed in urban communities in Indonesia . The location of this research is in the capital city of Indonesia, Jakarta. This study uses a type of phenomenological (qualitative) research method. Extracting field data using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study explain that the teachings of Sufism still exist in urban communities that are in the midst of the life of the metropolitan city of Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sufism community that teaches Sufi teachings can be accepted by most urban communities. One of the driving factors that makes urban society to study the teachings of Sufism is the aesthetic value of Sufism, besides that the Sufism teachings are built in creating community solidarity among urban communities who are very heterogeneous in their socio-cultural background. Company performance can succeed well when supported by resources that are able to produce and realize the vision and mission of the organization. Organizations that are supported by strong and competent human resources with high commitment can definitely produce optimal performance. Higher education as an organization engaged in educational services is also required to demonstrate the ability to manage consumers optimally through a planned and systematic process, so that they have a good performance in managing educational services through the implementation of good university tridharma. Organizational performance in Higher Education can be measured through the Kaplan Balanced Scorcard approach, where the measurement approach includes (1). financial perspective, (2). Consumer perspective, (3). Internal business perspective, (4). and perspectives on learning and growth. Through this approach National University Organizational performance can be measured by finding that through financial, consumer, and internal business approaches can show good performance, but the measurement of a learning and nursing perspective approach shows poor performance. Diawali dengan etimologi dari growth triangle dan membahas  apa yang membedakannya dengan bentuk kerjasama ekonomi regional lainnya. Terminologi Growth Triangles  muncul setelah deputi Pedana Menteri Singapura Goh Chok Tong menggunakannya pada Desember 1989 untuk menjabarkan kerjasama ekonomi subregional yang melibatkan Singapura, Selatan Johor dan Pulau Batam di Indonesia. Growth Triangles, mengeksploitasi komplementaritas diantara negara-negara yang berbeda secara geografis untuk mendapatkan keuntungan kompetitif dalam rangka promosi ekspor. Growth Triangles menampilkan karakteristik-karakteristik mikrolinkages, namun dibedakan oleh komposisi tripartite. Mereka dianggap sebagai “transnational economic” dimana ekonomi-ekonomi yang memiliki perbedaan sumber daya dari ragam faktor produksi, jasa, tenaga kerja, modal, sumber daya alam,  efesiensi-efesiensi yang ada, dan kekuatan-kekuatan masing-masing negara. Dalam teori, lebih besar comaprative advantage yang ada, maka dapat menjamin anggota-anggota yang ada untuk bekerja secara bersama-sama diluar batas-batas negara mereka. Growth Triangle merujuk pada dimensi Comparative tersebut. Area-area ekonomi pinggiran, yang jauh dari pusat-pusat utama, secara khusus diuntungkan. Weighing efforts to strengthen public awareness of the prevention of the disease. The main question that will be asked is how can the persuasion efforts of the Ministry of Health through the \"Prevent, Treat, Fight Diabetes\" Campaign uploaded on YouTube affect the recipients of the message being communicated? To answer this question, this article uses the Elaboration Likelihood Model persuasion analysis model popularized by Richard E Petty and John T Cacioppo. Menimbang upaya untuk menguatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pencegahan penyakit tersebut. Pertanyaan utama yang akan diajukan adalah bagaimana upaya persuasi Kementerian Kesehatan melalui Kampanye “Cegah, Obati, Lawan Diabetes”yang diunggah di YouTube dapat memengaruhi penerima pesan yang dikomunikasikan? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, artikel ini menggunakan model analisis persuasi <em>Elaboration Likelihood Model</em> yang dipopulerkan oleh Richard E Petty dan John T Cacioppo. Sehubungan dengan keuntungan ekonomis yang dihasilkan dari pemanfaatan pengetahuan tradisional, Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara yang memiliki potensi sumber daya genetik  dan pengetahuan tradisional ternyata belum mampu menikmati seutuhnya hasil pemanfaatan secara ekonopemanfaatan sumber daya tersebut secara ekonomi.Oleh sebab itu penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana cara melindungi sumber daya genetic dan pengetahuan tradisional dengan hak paten dan hak merek. Tipe Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan metode yuridis normative dan menggunakan teknik pengolahan data secara kualitatif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melindungi sumber daya genetic dan pengetahuan tradisional dengan Hak Paten terlihat dalam Undang-undang nomor 13 tahun 2016 tentang Paten, khususnya Pasal 26 ayat (1), (2), dan (3) serta dalam Peraturan Menteri Hukum Dan HAM Republik Indonesia No. 38 Tahun 2018 tentang Permohonan Paten, khususnya Pasal 24 ayat (1), (2) dan (3). Peraturan tersebut menentukan bahwa jika invensi berkaitan dan/ atau berasal dari sumber daya genetic dan/ atau pengetahuan tradisional, harus disebutkan dengan jelas dan benar asal sumber daya genetic dan/ atau pengetahuan tradisional tersebut dalam deskripsi. Melindungi sumber daya genetic dan pengetahuan tradisional dengan Hak Merek juga terlihat dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 22 Tahun 2018 Tentang Pendaftaran Merek Internasional Berdasarkan Protocol Terkait dengan Persetujuan Madrid. The development and formation of the ASEAN security posture in the form of a Security Political Community are certainly expected to play a large role in the framework of becoming the forefront of ASEAN in the effort to improve relations that have been torn apart by the conflict and to re-knit it to be more peaceful and set an example for other regions.Keywords: Regional Security, Effectiveness, region, Conflict  AbstrakMakalah ini berupaya menegaskan bahwa posisi strategis ASEAN di kawasan Asia Tenggara yang tidak pernah menggunakan kekuatan militer dan bersenjata dalam menyelesaikan konflik baik antar sesama anggota ASEAN ataupun di luar Anggota ASEAN dan ini merupakan prestasi terbesar ASEAN dalam mengatur interaksi damai di dalam kawasan. There are 3 (three) forest statuses, customary forest is one of them. Customary forest has become the object of research. Focus on the position of customary forests on ulayat land in forest utilization. Using normative research methods, are descriptive and analyzed qualitatively. From these results, it can be concluded that customary forests are born naturally in the midst of indigenous peoples, decision is only reinforcing proof. The existence of government recognition of ulayat rights  provides clarity regarding the position of customary forests that are above ulayat land. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the application of knowledge management at the Pratama Tamansari Dua Jakarta Tax Office. The method in this study is simple qualitative through the technique of observing objects in the field and literature. Based on the results of the research and evaluation it turned out that the Tamansari Dua Tax Service Office had implemented Knowledge Management well and consistently so that the process of achieving goals had a basis for reference in work and had shown significant results in trying to achieve individual and organizational performance. Institutional innovation and development is faster because with the knowledge management cycle pattern all knowledge is well archived and can be easily accessed by all members.
