However, there is an institution that is classified as successful in teaching speaking skills to its students. This study aims to describe the strategies used by the Ar-Rayah College of Languages (STIBA) in Sukabumi in teaching spoken Arabic to students and their impact on the development of speaking skills. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The results of this study indicate that there is a set of strategies that contribute to the achievement of the Arabic language learning process at STIBA Ar-Rayah, including the appropriate Arabic language teaching curriculum, student placement in dormitories, long study time, adequate extra activities, giving additional lessons for the less fortunate, and the existence of native speaking lecturers. The strategy used has an impact on the development of students' speaking skills, where they can speak Arabic fluently in about 6 months, students use Arabic fluently every day, and the Arabic language used is Standard Arabic. MTs principals and English instructors were the subjects of the investigation. A descriptive quantitative technique is adopted in this study. Observation, questionnaires, and documentation were used for data collection, and regression is used for data analysis. There were 110 participants in this study's population, which included principals and English teachers from public and private MTs in Samarinda. As a result of the need for observation and knowledge, the study was conducted at public and private MTs throughout Samarinda, with the purpose of examining the Effect of Supervisory Leadership on Discipline and Dedication and its Implications on Improving the Teaching Competence of English Teachers in Public and Private MTs throughout Samarinda during the Digital Era. The findings demonstrate that supervisory leadership through discipline indicates an indirect and significant impact on the teaching competency of English teachers in both public and private MTs in Samarinda. This theory is used as a framework to predict behaviours and interventions. However, researchers have managed to comprehend and adopt the theory comprehensively with regards to all the factors involved specifically in the domain of pedagogical potentials in education and metaphysics. Thus, this paper has two-fold purposes. Firstly, this paper seeks to revisit the SCT from Islamic perspectives. Secondly, it attempts to propose a new pedagogical framework adapted from both theories for enhancing classroom teaching and learning. For this, the theoretical approach of Abdullah Nashih Ulwan has been compared and contrasted with an analytical approach by framing the references of the theory and the domain in education and well-being. Based on the analytic summary, this research has adopted comparative holistic visual representation by analyzing the SCT and Islamic perspectives. In consequence, a proposed learning model is given for a comprehensive view from both perspectives. This evaluation research uses the CIPP evaluation model. This research is an evaluative research with a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and documentation methods. While the data analysis stage was carried out in three stages, namely reduction, presentation, and verification. The results showed that: (1) In the context evaluation, it can be said that the program is in accordance with the needs of the community and there is also a legal basis for the implementation of the program; (2) In the evaluation, the input aspect can be said to be very good, because the implementation of the program is handled very well, namely by the formation of a Child Friendly School Team and also the existence of facilities that support the program; (3) Evaluation of the process aspects related to the program shows that the program is carried out very well, including that almost all existing learning processes must include child-friendly elements in the curriculum. Apart from that cooperation is also carried out to all stakeholders; and (4) Regarding the evaluation of the results, it can be seen from the awards that the school has received, both in the academic and non-academic fields, including those related to the Child Friendly School program, which is winning the highest award or the best national level predicate as a Child Friendly School. There are several reviews to determine the trends of these studies. However, these reviews were mostly limited to theses, dissertations and proceedings, and it is necessary to review articles on values education. The data of the research conducted with the qualitative research method was gathered by document analysis. 479 articles were included in the research after duplicates and the articles published in non-refereed journals were removed. Content analysis was used to analyze the obtained data. Beyond reality to fantasy, within the inner perceptive, students construct artificial facts in the brain to stimulate action as a course of reactions. The artificial are related to a hope, an expectation, inviting a positive outcome to be believed as an alternative fact to subdue anxiety of fears, which come to overshadow students’ mental status. For inner students’ mental status, there is friction which pressing one to another for their artificial feeling either became the greatest power or worst nightmare affected to daily life and exposure both internally and externally reactions. A cohort effect approaches were applied to observe a longitudinal study for students’ behaviors in contemplating anxiety disorder affect that relied on religious and mental health for an individual sample. Student’s behaviors respect a particular characteristic as the aging process. The approaches aimed at physical features; body shape, decision making, level of aggressiveness, fears, and matting patterns.
