Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan dan kelayakan LKS Fisika berbasis REACT , serta menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan memecahkan masalah antara siswa yang menggunakan LKS Fisika berbasis REACT dengan siswa yang hanya menggunakan buku paket. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode R&D. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, dan tes. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 96 siswa. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pengembangan LKS Fisika berbasis REACT layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran dengan langkah-langkah: studi pendahuluan, pengembangan dan pengujian produk, pengolahan dan analisis data, dan penarikan kesimpulan kelayakan produk LKS. (2) LKS Fisika berbasis REACT layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dengan persentase kelayakan 93,67 % dan tingkat keterbacaan LKS 76 %. (3) Peningkatan kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa setelah belajar menggunakan LKS Fisika berbasis REACT sebesar 0,48 kriteria sedang yang berarti produk LKS hanya cocok digunakan oleh siswa dengan kemampuan kognitif baik. Development of teaching materials is often done as innovation to achieve maximum learning. This research aims to analyze the development and the feseability of student worksheets based REACT subject physics, analyze increase problem-solving skills among students who use worksheets based REACT with students who only use textbook. Research methods using R&D. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and testing. Research subjects were 96 students. The result obtained from the reseach indicate that (1) the development of student worksheets based REACT subject physics decent used as teaching materials with the steps that preliminary studies, development and testing of the product, processing and analyzing data and drawing conclusions product feasibility student worksheets. (2) student worksheets based REACT subject physics decent used as teaching materials with eligibility percentage of 93,67 % and reading level student worksheet by 76 %. (3) increasing students' problem-solving skills after learning using worksheets based REACT is 0.48 with medium criteria. Dalam rangka mengukur keterampilan berpikir evaluasi yang dimiliki mahasiswa, dibutuhkan instrumen penilaian. Selama ini, belum ada instrumen penilaian yang digunakan untuk mengukur keterampilan ini. Metode penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang langkah–langkahnya terdiri atas potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian, revisi produk, dan produk final. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen Metacognitive Self–Assessment yang valid dan reliabel untuk mengukurketerampilan berpikir evaluasi dalam membaca teks sains berbahasa Inggris. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa instrumen Metacognitive Self–Assessment valid dan reliabel, sehingga instrumen Metacognitive Self–Assessment layak digunakan untuk mengukur keterampilan berpikir evaluasi dalam membaca teks sains berbahasa Inggris. Based on the results of the literature study, it was known that every student has high order thinking skill, one of them is evaluation thinking skill used to evaluate the content of reading and literature. In order to measure of evaluation thinking skill possessed by student, an assessment instrument is needed. So far, there was no assessment instrument used to measure the skill. This Research and Development (R & D) research consisting of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trials, product revision, utility testing, product revision, and final product, aimed to develop Metacognitive Self-Assessment instrument which valid and reliable for measuring evaluation thinking skill in reading English science texts. Pentingnya peran guru terhadap pembentukan kognitif siswa, mengharuskan guru memenuhi standar kompetensi profesional sesuai Permendiknas Nomor 16 Tahun 2007. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru yaitu melalui peneropongan terhadap kompetensi profesional calon guru, sehingga dapat menyiapkan calon guru yang berkualitas. Sampel yang diambil adalah 651 calon peserta PPG Pra Jabatan jalur SM-3T mapel fisika tahun 2012-2013 dengan IPK ≥ 3,00. Data diperoleh dari daya serap Tes Seleksi Masuk (TSM) yang kemudian diolah dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa (1) pemetaan kompetensi profesional ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan kualitas calon guru fisika. (2) Terdapat hubungan antara IPK calon guru fisika dengan Skor TSM. (3) Kompetensi profesional calon guru fisika di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan mutu. (4) Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini tidak sesuai dengan konten kurikulum 2013. One of the causes of the lack of understanding of physics is influenced by the teacher. The importance of the role of teacher to student cognitive formation, requires teachers to meet the standards of professional competence in accordance Permendiknas No. 16 of 2007. Efforts to improve the competence of teachers is through observation of the prospective teachers’ professional competence, so that teachers can prepare qualified candidates. Samples taken were 651 PPG’s participants from SM-3T in physics 2012-2013 with GPA ≥ 3.00. Data obtained from absorption Admission Test (TSM) which is then processed by univariate and bivariate analysis. Based on the results obtained by analysis that (1) professional competency mapping may be used as consideration to improve the quality of future teachers of physics. (2) There is a relationship between prospective physics teachers’ GPA with TSM scores. (3) The quality of professional competence of prospective physics teachers’ in Indonesia increased. Learning community merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa di kelas. Siswa dituntut aktif dengan memegang peran masing-masing untuk saling bertukar pengetahuan dalam komunitas belajar. Proses bertukar pengetahuan dalam komunitas belajar memudahkan siswa untuk memahami materi sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar pada kelas yang menggunakan model learning community berbasis inkuiri terbimbing. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental design dengan jenis nonequivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif kelas eksperimen dengan n-gain 0,51. Ranah afektif meningkat dengan n-gain 0,01. Psikomotorik siswa meningkat dengan n-gain 0,66 dan 0,52. Kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol menunjukkan perbedaan hasil belajar dengan t hitung sebesar 3,288. Peningkatan kelas eksperimen menyimpulkan bahwa model learning community dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. The lack of involvement of the student in following the lessons have an impact on learning outcome unsatisfactory. Learning community is one model of learning that can enhance the activity of the students in the class. Students are actively by holding their respective roles to exchange knowledge in learning communities. The process of exchanging knowledge within the learning community easier for students to understand the material so that the impact on improving student learning outcome. A research on improvement of learning outcome in the classroom using guided inquiry based learning community model. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a kind of nonequivalent control group. The results showed an increase in cognitive learning outcome experimental class with n-gain 0.51. Affective increases with n-gain of 0.01. Psychomotor students increased by n-gain 0.66 and 0.52. Experimental class and control class shows differences in learning outcome by t calculate equal to 3.288. Oleh karena itu, berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan penguasaan literasi sains sangat diperlukan. Salah satu faktor penting untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran sains adalah buku ajar khususnya fisika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang tingkat muatan literasi sains buku ajar Fisika SMA kelas XII dalam kategori sains sebagai batang tubuh pengetahuan, cara menyelidiki, cara berfikir, dan interaksi sains, teknologi, dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian dari keseluruhan buku ajar yang dianalisis, secara umum menyajikan ruang lingkup kategori literasi sains sebagai batang tubuh pengetahuan sebesar 70,94%; sains sebagai cara untuk menyelidiki sebesar 7,08%; sains sebagai cara berfikir sebesar 19,08%; dan interaksi antara sains, teknologi dan masyarakat sebesar 2,90%. Data tersebut menggambarkan bahwa buku ajar fisika yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran umumnya menekankan pada pengetahuan sains. Abstract Scientific literacy is the ability to use knowledge, to identify questions and conclusions based on the evidence in order to understand and make decisions with regard to nature. Therefore, efforts to improve the mastery of scientific literacy is indispensable. One important factor to improve science learning is textbooks particularly on physics. This research aimed to obtain information about the charge level of scientific literacy textbook high school physics class XII in the category of science as a body of knowledge, how to investigate, how to think, and the interaction of science, technology, and society. The research of the overall textbooks analyzed, the scope of the present general scientific literacy category as body of knowledge by 70.94%, science as a way to investigate at 7.08%, science as a way of thinking by 19.08%, and the interaction between science, technology and society at 2.90%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas ilustrasi gambar pada buku teks pelajaran fisika yang dilihat dari aspek pencerminan isi buku, pemerjelas dan pemermudah, dan daya tarik ilustrasi gambar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen wawancara dan angket untuk menganalisis tiga sampel buku yang dipilih. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Penyajian data dalam bentuk deskriptif naratif. Data disajikan dalam bentuk uraian, sehingga memudahkan untuk memahami apa yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pencerminan ilustrasi gambar ketiga sampel buku termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Kualitas daya pemermudah dan pemerjelas secara berturut-turut adalah buku A sangat baik, buku B sudah baik, dan buku C sudah baik. Kualitas daya tarik ilustrasi gambar secara berturut-turut buku A sangat baik, buku B baik, dan buku C sudah baik. Physics books distributed in State Senior High Schools on Demak regency are variable and unknown quality of the picture illustration. This study aims to determine the quality of the illustrations in textbooks that are seen from the aspect of reflection book, explanatory, easy to learn and the attractiveness of illustrations. This study is a qualitative study using interviews and questionnaire instruments to analyze three samples of selected books. The data collected were analyzed using the technique of data triangulation. Presentation of data in the descriptive narrative form. The data presented in narrative form, making it easier to understand what is happening. The results show a reflection of the quality of the three sample illustrations of books including the excellent category. Power quality explanatory and easy to learn, book A is very good book, book B has a good book, and book C also has a good book. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kelayakan media e-book yang telah dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D (research and development), desain one shot case study. Data yang diambil adalah angket penilan oleh ahli media, ahli materi dan oleh guru serta uji keterbacaan dan hasil belajar oleh siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penilaian oleh ahli materi rata-rata skor 3,75 kriteria “baik”. Ahli media memberikan rata-rata skor 4,05 kriteria “baik” dan guru memberikan rata-rata skor 4,13 kriteria “baik”. Uji keterbacaan media rata-rata 89,33% yang berarti media e-book mudah dipahami oleh siswa. Hasil evaluasi yang menunjukkan keefektifan hasil belajar siswa yaitu 81,82% siswa tuntas dengan nilai ≥75. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan media e-book yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Abstract SMA Negeri 1 Kradenan Grobogan have class ICT (Information and Communication Technology) that emphasizes the development of technology, information, and communication. Interviews showed only about 60% of teachers utilize ICT in the classroom with powerpoint slides. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of the e-books that have been developed. The method used is the R & D (research and development), one-shot case study design. The data is taken from a questionnaire assessment by media experts, material experts and by teachers and readability test and student learning outcomes. The results showed matter expert assessment by an average score of 3.75 the criteria of \"good\". Media expert giving an average score of 4.05 the criteria of \"good\" and the teacher giving an average score of 4.13 the criteria of \"good\". Media readability test average 89.33% which means the media e-books easily understood by students. The result of the evaluation shows the effectiveness of student learning outcomes that 81.82% of students completed with a value of ≥75. Penguasaan konsep siswa meliputi ranah kognitif dan pengembangan nilai karakter siswa meliputi nilai disiplin, jujur, toleransi dan kreatifitas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control . Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA 1 Jekulo Tahun Pelajaran 2014/ 2015. Sampel diambil dengan teknik sampling purposive , kelas XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penguasaan konsep kelas eksperimen mempunyai nilai rata-rata 84,0. Dengan uji hipotesis t-tes t maupun uji gain menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan konsep kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol. Uji gain nilai karakter siswa menyimpulkan bahwa kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari pada kelas kontrol. Kesimpulannya bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kontekstual dengan teknologi multimedia efektif untuk peningkatan penguasaan konsep dan pengembangan karakter siswa. This research aim to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of contextual learning with multimedia technology in improving concept mastery and character development of students based on the subject of static fluid. Concept mastery of students include cognitive and development of character value includes the value of discipline, honesty, tolerance and creativity. This research was conducted using experimental methods research design Nonequivalent Control. The population is all high school students of group XI IPA 1 Jekulo academic year 2014/2015. The samples were taken with purposive sampling purposive, a group XI IPA 3 as the experimental group and group XI IPA 2 as the control group.The results of this research showed concept mastery of the experimental class has an average value of 84.0. The test with t-test hypothesis and the gain test showed that concept mastery of experimental group is better than the control class. The test of gain value characters students concluded that the experimental class is better than the control class. Salah satu materi fisika yang membutuhkan pemahaman konsep beserta aplikasinya adalah Hukum Archimedes. Dalam materi tersebut peneliti dapat mengetahui konsepsi, perubahan konseptual, dan faktor penyebab terjadinya konsepsi pada siswa SMA, dengan melakukan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X dan kelas XI SMA N 1 Cilacap tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Pada tahap awal, siswa diberi soal berupa tes tertulis untuk memunculkan konsepsi. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam konsepsi pada siswa, serta perubahan konseptual yang terjadi pada siswa, dilakukan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kedua data tersebut, maka akan diketahui faktor penyebab terjadinya konsepsi. Bentuk konsepsi yang muncul pada siswa kelas X cenderung pada konsepsi alternatif, dan kelas XI berupa konsepsi ilmiah, konsepsi alternatif, maupun konsepsi paralel. Sedangkan perubahan konseptual yang terjadi berupa, konsepsi alternatif menjadi konsepsi ilmiah maupun konsepsi ilmiah menjadi konsepsi alternatif. Faktor penyebab terjadinya konsepsi maupun perubahan konseptual pada siswa kelas X cenderung akibat intuisi kehidupan sehari-hari, dan pemahaman kurang mendalam. Sedangkan, untuk siswa kelas XI, faktor penyebab terjadinya konsepsi akibat pengetahuan sebagai struktur teoritis, pemahaman kurang mendalam, pengetahuan sebagai serpihan terpisah-pisah, dan apresiasi konseptual Abstract Learning in the field of physics requires an understanding of concept. One physics material, which requires students to understand the concept and its application is the Archimedes’ Law. In this material, to find out the conception, conceptual change and the factors contributing to the conception of the high school students, then qualitative study was conducted. Subjects used for this research were tenth graders and eleventh graders of SMA N 1 Cilacap in the academic year 2013/2014. First time students were given a written test to bring up the conception. Meanwhile, in order to know the conceptual change that occurred in the students, an interview was conducted. Based on the result of the analysis on the two data, there would be found the fa ctor contributing to the conception. The form of conception emerging in the tenth graders tended to the alternative conception, while for the eleventh graders was in the form of scientific conception, alternative conception, or parallel conception. Meanwhile, conceptual change which were mostly found in the students, in the form of alternative conception becoming scientific conception or scientific conception becoming alternative conception. Factors contributing to the conception and conceptual change in the tenth graders were likely due to the intuition of everyday life, and lack of in-depth understanding. Guru masih mendominasi dengan kegiatan ceramah. Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa efektif model PBL menggunakan audio visual untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMPN 3 Bodeh Pemalang. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian eksperimen yang terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Hasil akhir analisis didapat pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai rata-rata 78,03 dengan uji gain sebesar 0,59. Sedangkan pada kelas kontrol didapat nilai rata-rata 68,68 dengan uji gain 0,41. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PBL menggunakan audio visual efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII mata pelajaran IPA pada pokok bahasan perubahan wujud zat. In general, the learning in the classroom in some schools are still using traditional learning methods. Teachers still dominate the discourse activities. This experimental study aimed to see how effective the use of audio-visual model of PBL to improve the learning outcomes of students of class VII SMPN 3 Bodeh Pemalang. The research method using experimental research consists of two classes, namely the experimental class and control class. The final result of analysis obtained in the experimental class earned an average rating of 78.03 with a gain of 0.59 test. While in the control class derived average value 68.68 and 0.41 gain test.
