El estudio de Tesina en \u0000curso reflexiona sobre dicho sistema, que a mediados de los 90 fue acuñado como infraestructura verde. La \u0000atención se centra en dos situaciones: la primera consiste en identificar cual es el nuevo enfoque que aporta \u0000la infraestructura verde a los conceptos ya desarrollados y aplicados en el campo de planificación de los \u0000espacios abiertos; y en función de esos resultados, la segunda va a analizar su relación con las redes \u0000verdes planteadas en la planificación a escala regional de tres metrópolis: Barcelona, Bolonia y Londres. \u0000En el presente artículo se desarrolla únicamente el caso de la Región Metropolitana de Barcelona, su \u0000proceso de evolución que lo llevó a transformar los elementos protegidos aislados en un complejo sistema \u0000de espacios abiertos; y finalmente su relación con la infraestructura verde.\u0000 Consequent to urban development, the perspective of nature value has evolved from protectionist concept to \u0000a vision of active, inclusive and multifunctional system. My on-going research reflects on this latest system \u0000that in the mid- 90s was coined as green infrastructure. The focus is on two issues: firstly trying to identify \u0000which is the new approach that provides green infrastructure concepts already developed and applied in the \u0000field of planning of open spaces. La importancia del concepto de \u0000satisfacción residencial en la evaluación y formulación de proyectos urbanos ha ido adquiriendo mayor atención \u0000en las últimas décadas, gracias a investigaciones recientes que han plasmado los efectos que tienen la \u0000satisfacción e insatisfacción residencial sobre el entorno urbano y sus residentes. Por tanto, los resultados de \u0000esta investigación basada en los datos resultantes de una encuesta aplicada a 397 residentes del Barrio \u0000Embajadores en Madrid, muestra como, mediante del análisis de diversas variables y sus relaciones, pueden \u0000desvelarse los principales aspectos a considerar en un proyecto de rehabilitación urbana por el peso que estos \u0000tienen sobre la satisfacción del individuo.\u0000 The aim of this article is to demonstrate the applicability of the statistical tool of Structural Equation Modeling to \u0000the analysis of residential satisfaction, in a rehabilitated neighborhood. The importance of the concept of \u0000residential satisfaction in the evaluation and formulation of urban projects, has been gaining more attention in \u0000the past decades, thanks to recent investigations that have captured the effects of residential satisfaction and \u0000dissatisfaction on the urban environment and its residents. Being at the core of Barcelona \u0000Eixample plan, it gradually formulates the enormous city system of Barcelona and thus paves the way for its \u0000future development. Starting with the rules of Invariability, Simplicity and Changeability, the three principles in \u0000Yi, this thesis regards the Manzana as a Yin-Yang body, with Yin and Yang power complementing and \u0000coexisting with each other. Partiendo de la hipótesis que estas \u0000transformaciones son el resultado de la interacción entre una fórmula comercial “prediseñada” según las \u0000estrategias comerciales y principios homogeneizadores del mercado, y un espacio urbano con caracteres físicos \u0000y sociales específicos, se analizan los diferentes procesos y configuraciones espaciales que tienen lugar en \u0000algunos enclaves comerciales representativos. On the assumption that these changes are the result of the interaction between a \u0000commercial formula \"predesigned\" according to retail strategies and homogenizer’s market principles, and an \u0000urban space with specific social and physical characters, the various processes and spatial configurations that \u0000take place in some representative commercial enclaves are discussed. La situación socio-económica actual puede incrementar los problemas en estos tejidos, \u0000por lo que la urgencia de intervenir es mayor. Por esto, se considera que es importante reflexionar sobre la \u0000condición de vulnerabilidad y determinar los factores que la originan, con el fin de actuar para revertir esta \u0000situación. \u0000Este trabajo se apoya en el espacio público y en la posible relación entre la configuración de éste y la red \u0000socioeconómica que se materializa en él, para buscar herramientas proyectuales que nos permitan \u0000regenerar áreas vulnerables. Es el caso de algunas barriadas históricas de la ciudad de Jaén, que \u0000presentan problemas sociales y espaciales, y necesitan nuevas dinámicas para revitalizar sus tejidos \u0000urbanos.\u0000 The spaces of the city are the spaces of society that live in its. Occasionally, some consolidated fabrics are \u0000in a disadvantaged condition that is reflected in this society-space relation clearly. The actual socioeconomic \u0000situation can intensify the problems that these fabrics suffer, so the urgency to intervene is \u0000greater. For this, it is important to reflect on the vulnerability and determine the factors that characterize it, in \u0000order to act on them. \u0000This research bases on the public spaces and the possible relationship between the configuration of these \u0000spaces and socioeconomic network that is embodied in it, to find projective tools that allow regenerating \u0000vulnerable areas. It selects parameters of urban sustainability and evaluates if the municipal master plan of a \u0000medium-sized city, in Brazil, already reviewed after the City Statute approval, considered them, under the \u0000conception and implementation of its urban plan. L'objectiu principal de la investigació és la \u0000demostració de la hipòtesi originària de la tesi, la qual entén que les pedreres de marès són configuradores \u0000de la identitat de l'illa i, per tant, mereixen ser reconegudes com a components de valor d'aquest territori. El \u0000procés de reconeixement del Paisatge de Pedreres en el territori de Mallorca neix de l'anàlisi mitjançant la \u0000representació d'aquest cas d'estudi. La memòria, com a element intangible, no es troba present de manera \u0000material en el territori, però ha configurat la presència de rastres que en possibiliten la seva lectura. La \u0000reconstrucció de la memòria vinculada a les pedreres de marès a partir de la cartografia del procés que les \u0000ha originat i de la lectura de les seves traces intangibles serà el que permetrà visualitzar el seu imaginari \u0000col·lectiu com a imatge d'aquest paisatge arribant a determinar una identitat alhora reconeguda i pendent de \u0000descobrir\u0000 The process of highlighting the sandstone quarries as a typical landscape of Mallorca means to understand \u0000how they have influenced its formation. The aim of this research is the demonstration of the originary \u0000hypotheses of the thesis, which understands that the sandstone quarries are modelers of the \u0000island's identity and, therefore, deserve to be recognized as components of value in the territory. The \u0000process of recognition of the Quarries Landscape in Mallorca is born from the analysis through representing \u0000this study case. Memory, as an intangible element, is not materially present in the territory, but has set the \u0000presence of traces which make possible reading it.
