Selain kepada permasalahan kompleksitas tugas guru, kurang adanya kesadaran akan pentingnya perilaku knowledge sharing sebagai bentuk kerja sama antara guru menjadi penghambat bagi peningkatan kinerja tugas guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah kompleksitas tugas dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tugas guru. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah guru MTs di Tegal Parang Jakarta Selatan yang dijaring dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan ketiga variabel tersebut diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan  analisis statistik inferensial, yakni analisis korelasi ganda dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kompleksitas tugas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tugas, knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tugas, dan kompleksitas tugas dan knowledge sharing secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tugas. Hasl penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi manajemen kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui peningkatan kinerja tugas, dan juga sebagai bahan referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya. Abstract: Since the implementation of distance learning activities, the complexity of the teacher's task has increased due to the attitude of the teacher's unpreparedness and lack of literacy for the use of information-based technology that can support the effectiveness and efficiency of teacher performance. In addition to the problem of the complexity of the teacher's task, the lack of awareness of the importance of knowledge sharing behavior as a form of cooperation between teachers is an obstacle to improving teacher performance. This study aims to prove whether task complexity and knowledge sharing affect task performance. The targets in this study were MTs teachers in Tegal Parang, South Jakarta who were recruited using a questionnaire and the three variables were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used inferential statistical analysis, namely multiple correlation analysis and partial correlation. The results of this study are task complexity has a positive effect on task performance, knowledge sharing has a positive effect on task performance, and task complexity and knowledge sharing together have a positive effect on task performance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 55 orang siswa kela VII SMPN 2 Kota Lhokseumawe tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah soal tes literasi sains yang terdiri dari aspek pengetahuan konten, prosedural dan epistemik dengan kompetensi menjelaskan fenomena secara ilmiah, menafsirka data dan fakta secara ilmiah, menyusun inkuiri ilmiah, menjelaskan fenomena secara ilmiah dan evaluasi inkuiri ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi sains siswa kriteria sedang dengan persentase 49,65%. Pada pengetahuan konten menjelaskan fenomena secara ilmiah dan menafsirkan data dan fakta secara ilmiah dengan persentase masing-masing 56,4% dan 51,2 % dalam kategori “sedang”. Pada pengetahuan prosedural persentase menjelaskan fenomena secara ilmiah adalah 45,6% dalam kategori “sedang” dan kompetensi paling rendah adalah menyusun inkuiri ilmiah dan mengevaluasi inkuiri ilmiah dengan persentase masing-masing 25,6% dan 26,2%. Persentase tertinggi pada pengetahuan epistemik kompetensi menjelaskan fenomena ilmiah yaitu 60,1% kategori “tinggi” untuk menafsirkan data dan fakta secara ilmiah serta evaluasi inkuiri ilmiah dengan persentase masing-masing 52,7% dan 53,2% dengan kategori “sedang”. Peningkatan literasi sains siswa dapat dilakukan dengan membiasakan menggunakan soal-soal tes berbasis literasi.Abstract:  This study aims to measure students' scientific literacy skills in learning science in the aspects of content, procedural and epistemic knowledge. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The research sample was 55 seventh-grade students of SMPN 2 Lhokseumawe city in the 2022/2023 academic year. The research instrument used is a scientific literacy test question which consists of aspects of content, procedural and epistemic knowledge with the competence to explain phenomena scientifically, interpret data and facts scientifically, compile scientific inquiries, explain phenomena scientifically and evaluate scientific inquiry. The results showed that the students' scientific literacy ability was moderate with a percentage of 49.65%. Content knowledge explains phenomena scientifically and interprets data and facts scientifically with a percentage of 56.4% and 51.2%, respectively, in the \"medium\" category. In procedural knowledge, the percentage of scientifically explaining phenomena is 45.6% in the “moderate” category and the lowest competence is compiling scientific inquiries and evaluating scientific inquiries with percentages of 25.6% and 26.2%, respectively. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah studi literatur dan penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan mengolah sumber bacaan seperti buku dan refrensi lain yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Selain itu, peneliti juga melakukan wawancara dengan empat peserta didik dari gender, sekolah, dan daerah yang berbeda. Setelah melakukan penelitian, peneliti menemukan bahwa keteladanan yang diperlihatkan oleh guru memberi persepsi dan pengaruh terhadap cara berpikir dan perilaku peserta didik. Penanaman pendidikan karakter tidak cukup jika hanya sebatas retorika dari guru karena peserta didik juga mengharapkan adanya sinkronisasi antara perkataan dan tindakan guru itu sendiri untuk memberi inspirasi keteladanan. Empat narasumber juga mengaku bahwa ada cara berpikir dan perilaku dalam dirinya yang terpengaruh dari keteladanan guru.Abstract:  This study aims to obtain information about the influence of teacher model on efforts to implement character education in the perspective of students. A literature review and descriptive research are the research methods used by the researcher. Collecting and analyzing reading sources such as books and other references relating to the research topic are used as data gathering approaches. In addition, the researcher conducted interviews with four students of various genders, schools, and geographical locations. After performing the investigation, the researcher discovered that the teacher's model had an impact on the students' way of thinking and behavior. Character education is insufficient if it is restricted to rhetoric from the teacher, because students need the teacher's words and deeds to be in sync in order to encourage exemplary behavior. Sama seperti di Desa Liprak Kidul ini yang sebagian besar pendidikannya sampai tingkat sekolah menengah atas saja, sehingga pengetahuan yang mereka ketahui juga terbatas, karena tingkat kesadaran masyarakat desa yang rendah terhadap pendidikan, karena pendidikan terakhir masyarakat di desa tersebut mayoritas adalah tingkat SLTA, sedangkan yang melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi sangatlah sedikit. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini 1) mengetahui tingkat pendidikan masyarakat 2) menganalisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap pendidikan 3) menanalisis faktor yang melatarbelakangi rendahnya tingkat pendidikan pada remaja. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Desa Liprak Kidul, Kec. Banyuanyar, Kab. Probolinggo. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu tingkat pendidikan masyarakat di Desa Liprak Kidul mayoritas hanya lulusan Sekolah Dasar dan SLTP, sedangkan untuk lulusan perguruan tinggi hanya berjumlah 12 orang. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap pendidikan tinggi cukup baik, tapi tidak diimbangii dengan praktik yang baik pula. Faktor yang melatarbelakangi rendahnya pendidikan remaja karena kurangnya minat dan motivasi, lingkungan, serta keinginan untuk bisa mandiri dan mendapatkan penghasilan sendiri.Abstract:  The education of rural communities is generally quite low. Just like in Liprak Kidul Village, most of the education reaches the high school level, so their knowledge is also limited, due to the low level of awareness of the village community towards education, the last education of the people in the village is at the high school level, while those who continue to university a little. The purpose of this study 1) to determine the level of education of the community 2.) to analyze the perception of the education community 3) to analyze the factors behind the low level of education in adolescents. The location of this research is in Liprak Kidul Village, Kec. Banyuanyar, Kab. Probolinggo. The research used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The result of this research is that the level of education of the people in Liprak Kidul Village is the majority only elementary school and junior high school graduates, while for college graduates there are only 12 people. The public's perception of higher education is quite good, but it is not matched by good practices either. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Pesantren Bani Rancang, Desa Lemah Kembar, Kec. Sumberasih, Kab. Probolinggo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode penelitian kulitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data digunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teori. Teknik analisis data digunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan simpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, nilai-nilai karakter santri pesantren Bani Rancang yaitu, jujur, mandiri, tanggung jawab, religious, dan disiplin. Peran pondok pesantren dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter di era globalisasi yaitu dengan cara berbagai rutinitas pesantren yaitu, kajian pesantren, aturan-aturan pesantren, dan sanksi/ta’ziran.Abstract:  character formation is a non-stop process, which must be carriedout continuously both throughinternal and external education, therefore it is not enough in formal institutions only but non-formal istitutions such as Islamic boardingschools also have an important role to participate in the formation of children’scharacter. The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the character values of the santri in the Bani Rancang Islamic Boarding School. 2) to analyse the roleof the Bani Rancang Islamic Boarding School, Lemah Kembar Village, Sumberasih, Probolinggo. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data used source triangulation and theory triangulation. Data analysis techniques used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verivication. The results of this study are the character values of the Bani Rancang Islamic boarding school students, namely, honest, independent, responsible, religious and disciplined. Wulandari, Hidayat Hidayat","doi":"10.31764/pendekar.v5i2.9404","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31764/pendekar.v5i2.9404","url":null,"abstract":"Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan e-modul pembelajaran menulis teks laporan hasil observasi berbasis discovery learning yang valid (ditinjau dari segi isi, penyajian, kebahasaan dan kegrafikaan), praktis (ditinjau dari segi kemudahan dalam penggunaan dan kesesuaian dengan waktu), dan efektif (ditinjau dari aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar, dan afektif siswa) yang digunakan siswa kelas VIISMP. Data penelitian terdiri atas data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui pengisian angket validasi e-modul, angket praktikalitas e-modul, dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran menulis teks laporan hasil observasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model 4-D (pendefenisian, perancangan, pengembangan dan penyebaran. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kleas VII. -1 SMP Negeri 7 Kerinci yang berjumlah 29 orang. Hasil penelitian ini ini menunjukan bahwa e-modul pembelajaran menulis teks laporan hasil observasi berbasis discovery learning yang diperoleh adalah valid, praktis, dan efektif. Hal itu dibuktikan dari hasil validitas, praktikalitas, dan efektivitas e-modul. Validitas e-modul oleh dua orang validator pakar diperoleh berdasarkan nilai validitas e-modul sebesar 96,59% sehingga e-modul berkategori sangat valid. Praktikalitas e-modul diperoleh berdasarkan nilai praktikalitas guru sebesar 92,05% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan praktikalitas siswa sebesar 82,33% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Aktivitas belajar siswa memperoleh nilai sebesar 92,18% dengan kategori sangan aktif. Efektivitas e-modul berdasarkan hasil tes kinerja siswa rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh siswa adalah 89 dengan predikat A. Efektivitas e-modul berdasarkan pengetahuan siswa rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh siswa adalah 86,5 dengan predikat A. Efektivitas modul berdasarkan penilaian berdasarkan nilai aspek sikap diperoleh nilai sebesar 91,6 dengan predikat A berkategori sangat efektif.Abstract:  The purpose of this study describes the process of developing a learning e-module to write the text of an observation report based on discovery learning that is valid (in terms of content, presentation, linguistics and graphics), practical (in terms of ease of use and suitability with time), and effective (in terms of student activities, learning outcomes, and student affectiveness) used by class VII SMP students. Pendidikan karakter salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan perilaku, etika, tanggung jawab dan sifat peduli sosial dengan melaksanakan nilai-nilai kemanusia. Sistem pendidikan di Indonesia salah satunya pendidikan karakter. Karena pendidikan ini sudah berdiri sejak lama dan menjadi bagian penting dalam visi misi dan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Dalam era modern ini urgensi pendidikan karakter mulai membuming atas berbagai masalah/problematika yang terjadi di Indonesia saat ini seperti masalah, kekerasan, tawuran, korupsi dan pergaulan bebas. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, di mana penelitian ini memperlukan pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu penerapan pendidikan karakter kemandirian dan kepedulian sosial yaitu dalam bentuk kegiatan seperti pengajian kitab, membersihkan halaman, dan sekolah madrasah diniyah di pondok pesantren zainul hasan genggong. Santri diwajibkan untuk mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan pondok agar santri bisa mengamalkan dan mempraktikan kegiatan-kegiatan yang sudah diterapkan di pondok pesantren. Tujuan adanya kegiatan-kegiatan di pondok agar santri mampu menerapkan pendidikan karakter kemandirian dan kepedulian sosial di pondok terutama ketika terjun ke masyarakat.Abstract: Educational institutions are an infrastructure that supports to create good character. Character education is one of the efforts to improve behavior, ethics, responsibility and social care by implementing human values. One of the education systems in Indonesia is character education. Because this education has been established for a long time and is an important part of the vision, mission and national education. In this modern era, the urgency of character education begins to boom over various problems/problems that occur in Indonesia today such as problems, violence, brawls, corruption and promiscuity. In this study the researchers used qualitative research, where this study requires data collection such as observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are the application of self-reliance character education and social care in the form of activities such as recitation of books, cleaning the yard, and madrasah diniyah schools at the Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic Boarding School. Santri are required to take part in boarding activities so that students can practice and practice the activities implemented in Islamic boarding schools. Arti broken home menunjukkan keluarga yang tidak utuh, tidak rukun serta sering terjadi pertengkaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1). Untuk Menganalisis factor penyebab terjadinya keluarga broken home dan 2). Untuk Menganalisis dampak keluarga broken home terhadap perilaku sosial anak di Desa Liprak Kidul Kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa Liprak Kidul Kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo dengan menggunakan metode Kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Teknik keabhsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teori. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang terjadinya keluarga broken home di Desa Liprak Kidul Kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo terjadi karena masalah ekonomi, masalah komunikasi, KDRT, dan perselingkuhan. Dampak keluarga broken terhadap perilaku anak adalah masalah psikis,dan kenakalan remaja.Abstract: Broken home became a term to describe disharmony in the family. The meaning of broken home shows a family that is not intact, does not get along and often fights. This study aims 1). To analyze the factors causing the broken home and 2). To analyze the impact of broken home families on the social behavior of children in Liprak Kidul Village, Banyuanyar District, Probolinggo Regency, this research was conducted in Liprak Kidul Village, Banyuanyar District, Probolinggo Regency using a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The data validity technique uses source triangulation and theoretical triangulation. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah model pembelajaran nonkonstruktivisme, untuk mengatasi masalah ini guru sebagai salah satu penentu keberhasilan belajar harus mampu menggunakan berbagai model pembelajaran yang konstruktivis. Beberapa model pembelajaran yang menggunakan filosofi konstruktivisme adalah model pembelajaran inkuiri dan model pembelajaran penemuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri dengan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran penemuan bagi siswa kelas XI MIA di SMA Negeri 12 Kerinci, Provinsi Jambi. Populasi diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling dimana sampelnya terdiri dari 2 kelas, yaitu kelas XI MIA 1 dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri dan XI MIA 2 dengan model discovery learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen yang termasuk dalam Quasy Experiment. Dari hasil belajar yang diperoleh dari tes pembelajaran akhir, hasil uji normalitas dan homogenitas hasil belajar kedua kelas sampel tersebut menunjukkan bahwa data kedua kelas sampel tersebut secara normal terdistribusi dan homogen, sehingga uji-t digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Dari hasil perhitungan, nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 1 = 75,3 sedangkan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 2 = 80. Karena t hitungan = 26,65 dan t tabel= 1,67 berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, yaitu hasil siswa belajar fisika dengan model discovery learning lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa belajar fisika dengan model discovery learning di kelas XI SMA Negeri 12 Kerinci, Provinsi Jambi.Abstract:  Based on observations, there were many students who scored below the KKM for physics subjects of 75. This was caused by many factors, one of which was a non-constructivism learning model, to overcome this problem the teacher as one of the determinants of learning success must be able to use various constructivist learning models. Several learning models that use the philosophy of constructivism are the inquiry learning model and the discovery learning model. Interaksi tersebut dianalisa dengan menggunakan tiga teori, yaitu pertama teori Analisis dilakukan dengan tahapan: pembuatan transkrip prose belajar mengajar, pengkodean, pengklasifikasian pola interaksi kelas berdasarkan teori El-Hanafi (2013), karakteristik interaksi model FIAC (Flander Interaction Analysis Code) dan Model BIAS (Brown Interaction Analysis System). Objek penelitian ini adalah enam kelas pada enam program studi yang tersedia di STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh yang diambil secara acak. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Pertama, pola interaksi dengan menggunakan teori El-Hanafi (2013) ditemukan pola interaksi dua arah (48%), dimana mayoritas dosen lebih sering berbicara dan direspon mahasiswa pada topik tunggal, dan interaksi yang mereka lakukan berhenti untuk topik itu, lalu beralih ke topik yang lain. Kedua, pada model FIAC, karakteristik interaksi daring yang dominan ditemukan adalah lintas materi (44%), dimana karakteristik interaksi tersebut ditandai dengan dominasi dosen dengan memberikan materi berupa penjelasan, memberikan contoh, bertanya, dan sebagainya, sehingga peran mahasiswa tidak begitu menonjol dalam interaksi yang terjadi tersebut. Ketiga, pada model BIAS, yaitu menemukan respon mahasiswa (37%)  mendominasi interaksi perkuliahan daring yang merupakan dampak dari ceramah dosen (18%) dan pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh dosen (27%). Kesimpulan dari ketiga teori tersebut adalah interaksi kelas daring di STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh didominasi oleh dosen.Abstract: This study aims to see how the pattern of online interaction in lectures that occurs at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh.
