Dalam hal ini, nggahi ncemba tidak hanya dipandang sebagai suatu tridisi yang dilisankan, namun lebih dari itu dipandang sebagai wujud ekspresi berupa bahasa yang berkorelasi dengan perilaku sosial masyarakat penutur. Dalam konteks penelitian ini, prosedur penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualititaf dengan pendekatan etnografi, disertai dengan perangkat prosedural teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data kualitatif. Secara umum, temuan penelitian tentang nggahi nceba yang dilakukan di lingkungan masyarak etnik Donggo menunjukkan, bahwa adanya hubungan antara unit bahasa yang digunakan dalam nggahi ncemba sebagai perwujudan ekspresi dengan perilaku sosial masyarakat sebagai subjek pengguna (penutur).Abstract:  This paper presents a research finding that reveals the existence of an oral literature (folklore) as a language functional reality. In this case, ngahi ncemba is not only seen as an oral tridition, but more than that it is seen as a form of expression in the form of language that is correlated with the social behavior of the speaking community. In the context of this research, the research procedure used is a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach, accompanied by procedural tools for collecting and analyzing qualitative data. Masalah ini berlangsung lama dan sulit untuk di pecahkan. dari permasalahan tersebut anak putus sekolah di Dusun Gunung parang Desa Gunung geni Kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo berasal dari dua faktor yaitu faktor internal yang berasal dari dalam diri anak seperti; faktor minat baik berupa kemalasan hobi bermain, dan bakat di dalam kelas yang sulit menyerap materi sedangkan faktor eksternal yang berasal dari luar diri anak seperti faktor lingkungan, faktor ekonomi, pernikahan dini dan kurangnya perhatian orang tua. Peneliian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian studi kasus di pilih dalam studi ini, untuk menggali secara mendalam mengenai kasus anak putus sekolah seperti faktor yang melatarbelakangi anak putus sekolah, dan dampak yang terjadi kepada anak putus sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada dua faktor yang melatarbelakangi anak putus sekolah, yakni faktor eksternal dan internal. Faktor eksternal terbagi atas faktor yang berasal dari luar diri anak yakni berupa faktor ekonomi orang tua, kemampuan dalam memberikan motivasi. faktor yang berasal dari sekolah seperti minimnya akses dan kurangnya fasilitas sekolah. Sedangkan faktor internalnya merupakan hal yang berasal dari anak itu sendiri yaitu faktor minat, kemalasan, hobi bermain, Pernikahan dini dan keinginan untuk tidak melanjutkan pendidikan. Sedangkan dampak yang terjadi kepada anak putus sekolah yaitu bisa menyebabkan kenakalan remaja dan pengangguran.Abstract:  Dropping out of school is a problem that we often encounter. This problem lasts a long time and is difficult to solve. From these problems, children dropping out of school in Gunung Parang Hamlet, Gunung Geni Village, Banyuanyar District, Probolinggo Regency, started from two factors, namely internal factors that came from within the child, such as; interest factors in the form of laziness, hobbies, and talents in class that are difficult to absorb material, while external factors that come from outside the child such as environmental factors, economic factors, early marriage and lack of parental attention. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Case study research was selected in this study, to dig deeply into the cases of out-of-school children such as the factors behind out-of-school children, and the impact that occurs on out-of-school children. Sebelum penulis melakukan kajian ini, telah dilaksanakan pengabdian selama dua (2) tahun melalui Program Holistik Pembinaan & Pemberdayaan Desa dan Program Pengembangan & Pemberdyaan Desa terkait Pengolahan Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Melalui sumber data berupa dokumentasi, kuisioner, dan wawancara telah memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat  perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi selama masa pengabdian tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa eksistensi nilai sosial budaya dalam menumbuhkan karakter masyarakat Kampung Tanah Tinggi, nilai karakter tersebut ialah religius, toleransi, disiplin, kerjakeras, tanggungjawab, peduli lingkungan, dan kreatif. Dari adanya perbedaan Suku, Agama, Ras, dan antar golongan sangat berdampak kepada karakter-karakter yang tumbuh dari hidup bersosial melalui mempertahankan nilai sosial budaya yakni Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). Hal ini perlu dilestarikan agar tetap eksis sehingga mampu membentuk nilai-nilai karakter pada kehidupan bermasyarakat.Abstract:  This study aims to determine the community character values contained behind the processing of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) production in Tanah Tinggi Village. Before the author conducted this study, two (2) years of service had been carried out through the Holistic Village Development & Empowerment Program and the Village Development & Empowerment Program related to Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) Processing. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Through data sources in the form of documentation, questionnaires, and interviews, it has been shown that there were changes that occurred during the service period. The results of this study are the existence of socio-cultural values in growing the character of the Tanah Tinggi village community, the character values are religious, tolerance, discipline, hard work, responsibility, environmental care, and creativity. The existence of differences in ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-group greatly impacts the characters that grow from social life through maintaining socio-cultural values, namely Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan berbahasa inggris siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dengan menggunakan metode task based learning. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan melalui dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan test lisan yang telah diuji validitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Teknik kualitaif dan kuantitatif. Metode ini merupakan metode pembelajaran yang memberikan tugas – tugas berjenjang sesuai kemampuan pembelajar dan difokuskan pada serangkaian latihan atau aktifitas pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk tercapainya kemampuan yang lebih baik. Subyek penelitian terdiri atas 21 siswa, pengambilan data dilakukan dengan test berbicara langsung (oral test) dan menulis paragraph singkat pada catatan pribadi mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa task based learning dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa inggris siswa SMP kelas IX secara signifikan, Peningkatan tersebut terlihat pada skor rata – rata kompetensi siswa yang meningkat dari jumlah rata - rata siklus pertama 64,5 dengan kategori cukup dan jumlah rata – rata siklus dua 77,7 dengan kategori baik.students English skills at Junior High School Grade IX. through the use of task based learning method.The type of this research is Classroom Action Research which consisted of two cycles. Data collection techniques using observation and oral tests that have been tested for validity. Data analysis techniques using qualitative and quantitative.  This method is a learning method which giving tasks continuously based on students performance and focused on learning exercises or activities in order to reach better performance. There were 21 students from grade IX as subject of the study. The data were collected through oral test and writing students personal diary. The result showed that task based learning could improve the students English skills significantly. The improvement could seen from the average score of the first cycle 64,5 which was categorized as enough competency. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan karakter nasionalisme melalui pembiasaan di kelompok tani Oelkunu. Proses penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota kelompok tani dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis keabsahan data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik yang digunakan oleh kelompok tani dalam menguatkan karakter nasionalisme pesertadidik adalah melalui habituasi. Melalui pembiasaaan ini, kelompok menyelenggarakan kegiatan yang meliputi penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia dan penerapan budaya senyum, salam dan sapa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui program habituasi yang diselenggarakan oleh kelompok tani mampu untuk menguatkan karakter nasionalisme anggota kelompok. Hal tersebut dibuktikan oleh perilaku dan juga aktivitas sehari –hari para anggota kelompok tani.Abstract:  This research is motivated by the low use of Indonesian in the life of farmer groups. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of developing the character of nationalism through habituation in Oelkunu farmer group. The research process used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects in this study were members of farmer groups and the surrounding community. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the validity of the data consists of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The technique used by farmer groups in strengthening the nationalist character of students is through habituation. Through this habituation, the group organizes activities that include the use of the Indonesian language and the application of the culture of smiling, greeting and greeting. The results showed that the habituation program organized by farmer groups was able to strengthen the nationalistic character of group members. Sistem belajar yang selama ini berada di kampus, sekolah dihentikan dan diganti dengan sistem belajar daring untuk mengurangi keramaian sehingga tercapai tujuan dalam pembatasan penyebaran virus. Di Universitas Borneo Tarakan sendiri telah melakukan kebijakan belajar dari rumah selama beberapa bulan terakhir, namun khusus mahasiswa keperawatan yang akan melakukan praktik klinik maka wajib melakukan praktik terlebih dahulu di laboratorium keperawatan dengan aturan-aturan yang telah di tetapkan, salah satunya adalah menjalankan aturan protocol kesehatan Covid-19 dalam melaksanakan praktikum keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan mahasiswa keperawatan UBT dalam menjalankan protocol kesehatan covid-19 selama proses laboratorium. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional dan studi observasional dengan teknik purposive sampling. Didapatkan hasil nilai p value kurang dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000 yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara penerapan protokol kesehatan dengan tingkat kepatuhan mahasiswa dalam menjalankan praktikum di laboratorium  selama pandemi Covid-19.Abstract:  The corona virus 19 is a big problem that disrupts aspects of social life throughout Indonesia, this has an impact on the health of the Indonesian people, hampering processes in all fields such as the economy, education, and public services. The learning system that had been on campus, schools was stopped and replaced with an online learning system to reduce the spread of the virus. At the University of Borneo Tarakan itself has implemented a study from home policy for the past few months, but specifically for nursing students who will carry out clinical practice, they are required to practice first in a nursing laboratory with established rules, one of which is implementing the Covid-19 health protocol rules. in carrying out nursing practice. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of compliance of UBT nursing students in carrying out the Covid-19 health protocol during the laboratory process. Cross-sectional method and observational study using purposive sampling technique. Wawancara ini dilakukan untuk menggali lebih dalam informasi yang berkaitan dengan strategi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa (partisipan). Studi ini melaporkan dampak pembelajaran online, seperti koneksi internet yang tidak memadai, sarana dan prasarana yang terbatas, serta biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk membeli data internet yang mahal. Penelitian ini menekankan pada pentingnya mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran dan memperhatikan orang-orang yang paling dekat dengan siswa agar proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik dan mengatasi kendala akibat pandemi COVID-19.Abstract: This study focused on how the strategies used by students of higher education who live in remote areas successfully survive to follow the lectures well. To do this research, we use qualitative method. One of the techniques used in the qualitative method is interview (guided-virtual interview). This interview is conducted to dig deeper through information relating to the learning strategies undertaken by the students (participants). This study reports the impacts of online learning, such as inadequate internet connections, limited facilities and infrastructures, and the costs that must be paid to buy an expensive internet data. Upacara ini didedikasikan untuk Sang Hyang Widhi dan leluhurnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif secara etnografis. pendekatan etnografi dipilih dalam studi ini, untuk menggali potensi kearifan lokal yang ada pada suku Tengger yaitu Upacara Kasada, Pelestarian Upacara Kasada, Nilai Budaya Upacara Tradisional Kasada. Nilai budaya yang dapat dipetik untuk diteladani pada upacara Kasada antara lain adalah sebagai: 1) Penghormatan terhadap Leluhur 2) Kepatuhan 3) Unsur Kebersamaan dan Kerukunan 4) Aset Wisata.Abstract:  The Tenggerese people perform the Kasada ceremony by throwing offerings into the Tengger crater and it takes place once a year on the 1st of Kasada month according to the traditional Tengger Hindu calendar. This ceremony is dedicated to Sang Hyang Widhi and his ancestors. This research uses an ethnographic qualitative approach. The ethnographic approach was chosen in this study, to explore the potential of local wisdom that exists in the Tengger tribe, namely Kasada Ceremony, Kasada Ceremony Preservation, Cultural Values of Kasada Traditional Ceremony. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa perilaku bullying masih terjadi pada tingkat pendidikan dasar. Hal ini berdampak pada korban yang mengalami trauma hingga dewasa. Kemudian diterapkan kurikulum 2013 yang menitikberatkan pada pendidikan karakter anak sebagai sarana untuk mengatasi perilaku bullying siswa. Namun kenyataannya implementasi pendidikan karakter ini kurang didukung dengan program di luar mata pelajaran yang diberikan dalam menunjang keberhasilan kurikulum 2013. Transparansi nilai yang tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan menyebabkan kurangnya introspeksi diri pada diri siswa. Sehingga penguatan karakter perlu dikembangkan dengan tujuan sebagai pedoman awal bagi peserta didik dalam menghadapi tantangan perjalanan hidup. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif survey dan data penelitian disajikan dalam bentuk gambar grafik disertai dengan penjelasan deskripsi. Dengan hal ini analisis data yang dilakukan melalui jawaban responden karena metode yang diterapkan oleh peneliti akan mengungkapkan data faktual berdasarkan realita informasi sesuai pengungkapan paran responden sesuai dengan keadaan yang dialami.Abstract:  This study analyzes how the application of character education values in the 2013 curriculum in overcoming students' bullying behavior. The results of the study prove that bullying behavior still occurs at the basic education level. This has an impact on victims who experience trauma into adulthood. Then the 2013 curriculum was applied which focuses on children's character education as a means to overcome student bullying behavior. However, in reality, the implementation of character education is not supported by programs outside of the subjects provided in supporting the success of the 2013 curriculum. Transparency of values that are not by reality causes a lack of self-introspection in students. So character strengthening needs to be developed to be an initial guide for students in facing the challenges of life's journey. This research was conducted using a quantitative survey method and the research data were presented in the form of graphic images accompanied by descriptions.
