Penguatan pendidikan multikultural menjadi konteks yang sangat relevan dalam mengatasi krisis moral yang saat ini menjadi bagian masalah di negra kita. Krisis moral menjadi hal yang menghawatirkan dan bisa melibatkan anak-anak kita dimasa akan datang. Pendidikan IPA sebagai mata pelajaran ilmu alam menjadi salah satu pembelajaran yang mempu menguatkan perbedaan antara peserta didik disekolah melalu berbagai cara. Cara-cara yang umum dilakukan pembelajaran IPA untuk menguatkan perbedaan yakni melalui proses diskusi, praktikum maupun karyawisata alam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai salah satu referensi guru IPA dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran yang mampu mempersatukan anak didik dalam perbedaan di kelas.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka dari berbagai jurnal dan buku yang mengkaji pendidikan multicultural dalam pembelajaran IPA. Abstract:  Multicultural education has been widely promoted, especially since Indonesia is a country of Unity in Diversity. Strengthening multicultural education is a very relevant context in overcoming the moral crisis that is currently part of the problem in our country. The moral crisis is a worrying thing and can involve our children in the future. Science education as a natural science subject is one of the lessons that can strengthen the differences between students at school in various ways. The common ways in which science learning is carried out to support differences are through the process of discussion, practicum, and nature field trips. This study aims to serve as a science teacher's reference in improving learning that can unite students with class differences. Penelitian ini merupakan tahap awal dari Research development model ADDIE yaitu tahapan analisa kebutuhan. Tahapan analisa kebutuhan dilakukan dengan metode survey yang dilakukan dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Wawancara dan kuesioner digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan data. Wawancara dilakukan untuk menggali lebih dalam informasi yang berkaitan dengan kesulitan mahasiswa dalam melakukan interaksi dalam kelas speaking dan analisa kebutuhan untuk pengembangan podcast. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mendapatkan data kuantitaif mengenai kebutuhan siswa untuk pengembangan podcast. Studi ini melaporkan hasil kebutuhan mahasiswa dan dosen pengampu mata kuliah speaking terhadap pengembangan podcast yang akan dilakukan serta kesulitan yang ditemukan dalam pengajaran speaking selama masa pandemic covid 19.Abstract:  This research focuses on developing podcasts in teaching speaking which is done through needs analysis. This research is the initial stage of the ADDIE model research development, namely the needs analysis stage. Stages of needs analysis is done by survey method which is done by interview and distributing questionnaires. Interviews and questionnaires were used as data collection techniques. Interviews were conducted to dig deeper into information related to students' difficulties in interacting in speaking classes and to analyze needs for podcast development. Questionnaires were used to obtain quantitative data regarding students' needs for podcast development. Nilai-nilai dapat diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana keterkaitan sumber belajar IPS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial) dengan penguatan pendidikan karakter di MA Barul Ulum. Peneliti memakai metode penelitian kualitatif dalam upaya mengetahui analisis  keterkaitan sumber belajar  IPS dengan penguatan pendidikan karakter di MA Bahrul Ulum. Sedang jenis penelitian yang dipakai oleh peneliti adalah jenis kualitatif deskriptif yang mempelajari temuan-temuan yang ada serta tata cara kerja yang berlaku. Terdapat berbagai jenis sumber belajar yang dapat kita jadikan informasi dan menumbuhkan karakter siswa, Mata pelajaran IPS memiliki berbagai sumber belajar yang dapat mendukung karakter siswa, misalnya dalam pembelajaran sejarah, siswa mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kehidupan dengan mata pelajaran sejarah, melalui pembelajaran sejarah siswa juga mampu menumbuhkan jiwa nasionalisme di dalam diri mereka, sumber belajar yang dapat dijadikan bahan ajar ialah situs-situs sejarah sekitar atau para pejuang.Abstract: The Curriculum Center that formulates at least 18 values of character education, namely religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love for the homeland, respect for achievement, friendly, communicative, love peace, likes to read, cares about the environment, cares about social, and is responsible. Those Values can be integrated in social studies learning. This study aims to examine how the relationship between social studies learning resources and strengthening character education in MA Barul Ulum. The researcher uses qualitative research methods to find out the analysis of the linkage of social studies learning resources with strengthening character education at MA Bahrul Ulum. While the type of this research is a descriptive qualitative type which studies the existing findings and the applicable working procedures. The result of this study is There are various types of learning resources that we can use as information and foster student character. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi. Desain penelitian terdapat dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pretest dan posttest group. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data antara lain: uji prasyarat, analisis karakter, analisis keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, analisis keterampilan generik sains, uji hipotesis, uji keefektifan Indikator keefektifan yaitu keefektifan proses, waktu, dan hasil. Keefektifan proses berkategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata 97% kelas eksperimen dan 92 % kelas kontrol. Keefektifan waktu berkategori sangat baik. Keefektifan hasil n-gain kelas eksperimen keterampilan generik sains berkategori tinggi dengan skor 0,73 dan karakter berkategori tinggi dengan skor 0,76. Kelas kontrol keterampilan generik sains berkategori rendah dengan skor 0,10 dan karakter berkategori sedang dengan skor 0,49.Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning using Authentic Assessment Based on Generic Skills of Integrated Science Character in Grade III Elementary School Theme 6 Energy and Its Changes at SD Muhammadiyah Bayan. The type of research used is quantitative research using quasi-experimental methods. The research design consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The design used in this study was a pretest and posttest group. Data collection techniques using the methods of observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include: prerequisite test, character analysis, learning implementation analysis, science generic skills analysis, hypothesis testing, effectiveness test. Effectiveness indicators are the effectiveness of the process, time, and results. The effectiveness of the process is categorized as very good with an average of 97% of the experimental class and 92% of the control class. The time effectiveness is categorized as very good. The effectiveness of the n-gain results of the experimental class science generic skills was in the high category with a score of 0.73 and the character in the high category with a score of 0.76. Soal terdiri dari kategori mengingat, memahami, menerapkan, dan menganalisis. Penelitian menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dan inferensial. Pengujian hipotesis melalui uji paired sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,005. Salah satu cara untuk kembali meningkatkan literasi sains siswa adalah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengembangkan sebuah produk berupa E-komik interaktif yang mampu meningkatkan literasi sains siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan produk e-komik interaktif untuk meningkatkan literasi sains pada pembelajaran IPA. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menerapkan model pengembangan ADDIE yang tahapannya meliputi analyze, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Hasil skor validasi e-komik interaktif memiliki rerata sebesar 93% termasuk dalam kategori yang sangat valid. Kepraktisan e-komik interaktif memiliki rerata sebesar 92,5% termasuk dalam kategori sangat praktis. Keefektifan e-komik interaktif memiliki skor N-gain yang cukup besar, yaitu 0,60 dan termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang didapat, disimpulkan bahwa e-komik interaktif diartikan sangat valid, sangat praktis, dan cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi sains siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA.Abstract:  This research is based on the existence of problems, namely the low level of scientific literacy in science learning. One way to upgrade students' scientific literacy is to use interactive learning media. Therefore, this research was conducted to develop a product specifically interactive e-comic that can boost students' scientific literacy. This study describes the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of interactive e-comic products to improve scientific literacy in science learning. This research is educational design research using the ADDIE development model. The interactive e-comic validation score results have an average of 93%, belonging to the very valid category. The practicality of interactive e-comic has an average of 92.5% belongs to the convenient category. The effectiveness of interactive e-comic with an N-gain score of 0.60 belongs to the medium category. SDIT Qurrata A’yun merupakan sekolah vaforit yang ditandai dengan jumlah peserta didik yNg sangat banyak dibandingkan dengan jumlah peserta didik di sekolah-sekolah dasar lain yang terdapat di kabupaten Tanah Datar baik SD negeri maupun SD swasta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk melihat bagaimana manajemen sumber daya manusia di SDIT Qurrata A’yun Batusangkar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis studi kasus, yaitu penelitian yang mendeskripsikan atau mengambarkan objek penelitian apa adanya sesuai  dengan data yang ditemukan dilapangan. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah yang langsung dijadikan sampel penelitian teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Informan di dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan pengurus yayasan. Teknik pengumpulan data dapat dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuisioner dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data kualitatif dimulai dari pengumpulan data, menganalisis data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di SDIT Qurrata A’yun Batusangkar sudah sangat baik, efektif dan efisien yang dilihat dari tingginya animo masyarakat untuk mempercayakan anaknya sekolah di SDIT Qurrata A’yun Batusangakar.  Abstract: Human resource management is concerned with the capacity of people to work hard in order to achieve the goals that will be set for them by a particular business, individual employee, or community. SDIT Qurrata A'yun is a favorite school which is characterized by a very large number of students compared to the number of students in other elementary schools in Tanah Datar district, both public and private elementary schools. The purpose of this study is to see how human resource management at SDIT Qurrata A'yun Batusangkar is. This study uses a qualitative method of case study type, namely research that describes or describes the object of research as it is in accordance with the data found in the field. The population in this study was the principal who was directly used as a sample for the research sampling technique using the census method. Informants in this study were principals, teachers and foundation administrators. Data collection techniques can be done by interviews, questionnaires and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data starting from collecting data, analyzing data and drawing conclusions. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran online dalam masa pandemic covid-19 pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Lingsar dan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran online dalam masa pandemic covid-19 pada SMPN 2 Lingsar Kecamatan Lingsar, Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif fenomenologi. Data yang dikumpulkan berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, data ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan reduksi data dan verifikasi data. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif diperoleh hasil bahwa pembelajaran online tidak maksimal karena siswa tidak punya Handphone, sinyal tidak  ada karena tempat tinggal tidak terkoneksi internet.Abstract: State Junior High School 2 Lingsar Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency is an educational institution that participates in implementing online learning activities as one of the right strategies in activating classroom learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the online learning process during the covid-19 pandemic in class VIII students of SMPN 2 Lingsar and to find out online learning strategies during the covid-19 pandemic at SMPN 2 Lingsar, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. The approach used is descriptive qualitative phenomenology. The data collected is based on the results of observations, interviews, documentation, this data is analyzed using data reduction and data verification. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana sebuah pembelajaran Biologi yang didesain berorientasi pada kegiatan jelajah alam sekitar sebagai sarana praktik dan sumber belajar dapat menumbuhkan kepedulian peserta didik terhadap lingkungannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi Pustaka dari berbagai sumber literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan lingkungan alam sekitar sebagai sumber belajar dapat membantu memperkuat pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi Biologi dan semakin menambah kepedulian peserta didik terhadap lingkungannya.Abstract: To understand Biology material, it is not enough to understand the material theoretically, but to understand more about Biology it must be accompanied by understanding obtained from practical activities or direct observation of objects, because it is very effective in helping to achieve the overall realm of knowledge, namely applying theory. what has been learned, planning activities independently (affective domain) and using instruments in practical activities (psychomotor domain). This study aims to see how a biology lesson designed to be oriented towards exploring the surrounding nature as a practical means and learning resource can foster students' awareness of their environment. This research uses the library study method from various literature sources. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data penelitian adalah kalimat tidak efektif yang ditemukan dalam latar belakang skripsi mahasiswa STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik baca dan catat. Teknik analisis data adalah membaca dan menandai, mengiventarisasi, mengklasifikasikan, menganalisis, melakukan pembahasan dan penyimpulan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat ketidakefektifan kalimat dalam latar belakang skripsi mahasiswa STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh dalam hal kesepadanan struktur, kehematan, keparalelan, kelogisan, ketegasan, ketepatan, dan keringkasan.Abstract: The aim of this research was to describe the errors made by Bahasa Indonesia Study Program students’ academic year 2007 in using effective sentences on their thesis background. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. Data of this research were ineffective sentence found in the students of STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh thesis background. Techniques of collecting the data used by the researcher were reading and taking note. The data analysis was done by reading and marking, taking inventory, classifying, analyzing, discussing and concluding the research result.
