Ilham, Dewi Rani Gustiasatlri","doi":"10.31764/pendekar.v5i2.9198","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Abstrak: Sejak diberlakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar jarak jauh, kompleksitas tugas guru semakin tinggi oleh karena adanya sikap ketidaksiapan guru dan kurang meleknya guru akan penggunaan teknologi berbasis informasi yang dapat menunjang efektif dan efisiennya kinerja guru. Selain kepada permasalahan kompleksitas tugas guru, kurang adanya kesadaran akan pentingnya perilaku knowledge sharing sebagai bentuk kerja sama antara guru menjadi penghambat bagi peningkatan kinerja tugas guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah kompleksitas tugas dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tugas guru. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah guru MTs di Tegal Parang Jakarta Selatan yang dijaring dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan ketiga variabel tersebut diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik inferensial, yakni analisis korelasi ganda dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kompleksitas tugas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tugas, knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tugas, dan kompleksitas tugas dan knowledge sharing secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tugas. Hasl penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi manajemen kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui peningkatan kinerja tugas, dan juga sebagai bahan referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya. Abstract: Since the implementation of distance learning activities, the complexity of the teacher's task has increased due to the attitude of the teacher's unpreparedness and lack of literacy for the use of information-based technology that can support the effectiveness and efficiency of teacher performance. In addition to the problem of the complexity of the teacher's task, the lack of awareness of the importance of knowledge sharing behavior as a form of cooperation between teachers is an obstacle to improving teacher performance. This study aims to prove whether task complexity and knowledge sharing affect task performance. The targets in this study were MTs teachers in Tegal Parang, South Jakarta who were recruited using a questionnaire and the three variables were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used inferential statistical analysis, namely multiple correlation analysis and partial correlation. The results of this study are task complexity has a positive effect on task performance, knowledge sharing has a positive effect on task performance, and task complexity and knowledge sharing together have a positive effect on task performance.
