This environment can only be achieved through peaceful living. Peace education involves students evaluating regional, national and worldwide conflicts while thinking about peaceful resolution options. A peaceful school aims to establish a discipline policy that emphasizes giving students the power to manage and control their own behaviour. The purpose of this study is to resolve multiple types of conflicts that are found in our society. This study is based on a survey method which describes how peace education plays an important role to resolve multitype of conflicts which are found in our society The development of an educational system that facilitates conflict prevention and advances peace should be the primary responsibility of education planners and managers. It also aimed to find out the perceptions of elite school teachers about organizational climate inducing teachers' stress and burnout. This study used an interpretive phenomenological research design to get an insight into the lived experiences of stress and burnout elite schoolteachers face. A criterion sampling technique was used to select a sample of fifteen teachers employed in an elite school in Lahore. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to get a deeper understanding of the lived experiences of elite school teachers. The thematic cross-case analysis revealed that most teachers experience-work stress and burnout. Some of the major stressors for teachers were administrative conflicts, collegial issues,excessive workload, lack of appreciation, and organizational environment. Students' disruptive behavior is the most significant predictor of teacher stress and exhaustion. The evaluation criteria used in this study are 1. Work Stress Questionnaire (JSQ) ofTöres, (1988), 2. Work Resilience Questionnaire (WRQ) of Winwood et al., (2013) and, 3. Work Performance Questionnaire (WPQ) of Koopmans, (2014). The regression analysis has been applied to predict the relationship among the research variables of this study. In addition, the t-test is also used to analyze the gender-based differences and differences in work stress and work resilience of university academicians. The results depicted at female university teachers faced more work stress compared to male university teachers, and male university teachers had a higher mean score regarding work resilience than female university teachers. Furthermore,obtained the results of the research explained that level of flexibility and supposed work efficiency are positively correlated. The significant prognosticator of work performance was occupational stress resilience. Data is collected from Fatima Bhutto’s novel The Runaways as it cherishes Cramer's theory of defense mechanisms that she presents in her book Protecting the self: Defense Mechanisms in Action. Phebe Cramer while defining defense mechanisms asserts that denial is the most important aspect of defense mechanism. The analysis is derived from events in the lives of the protagonists, who due to their realistic and moral anxieties see change in their personalities and face miserable situations such as poverty, migration, disaffection, violence, alienation, exploitation, and dislocation. The text of novel serves as the primary source of information, and secondary sources for this study include books, articles, reviews, essays, research papers, and journals. Sales agents from different companies were taken as a sample, where half of the agents were getting fixed pay and half were getting Performance-based pay. The required data was collected through survey questionnaires. Two scales, i.e., material values scale and desire for money, were used to collect the data. Analysis was done applying linear regression analysis. The results showed that the desire for money and materialism increases in individuals through the administration of performance incentives. This study was quantitative and based on a cross-sectional research design. In this study, the working environment was used as an independent variable, while the teachers' job performance was treated as a dependent variable. The population of the study was public secondary school teachers in Sheikhupura, while 234 respondents were selected as a sample through a simple random sampling technique.The self-administered questionnaire was adapted based on five points Liker scale format. The data were collected by research tool through a survey method. The Statistical Package for Social Science was administered to analyze the research hypothesis. The study's findings revealed a positive and significant correlation between the working environment and job performance. Moreover, the working environment had a positive and moderate effect on teachers' job performance. This study focuses to explore the problem of sexual objectification in the novel The Patience Stone (2008) by Atiq Rahimi. It also shows how women's life is governed by men and how the female is objectified in a patriarchal society. This study uses the framework of objectification presented by Martha Nussbaum and Rae Langton and the character of the protagonist is analyzed, using this framework. The final findings of the study declare that all the features of objectification that Martha Nussbaum and Rae Langton describes are present in the novel. The current study aimed to investigate the impact of co-curricular activities on elementary school students’ overall performance. The current study is qualitative research, and qualitative data analysis was employed. The population of the study was the teachers of the public elementary schools of Rawalpindi. The data was gathered from the teachers of public schools in grade 8th. A self-developed structured interview was used to collect data from the teachers. A total of25 teachers were selected from different schools. It occurred as the result of consistent workload stress and anxiety. It is linked with professional performance and it may lead to professional satisfaction. The present research was conducted to find out the impact of Covid-19 on healthcare workers of Gujranwala. The qualitative research method was used as a method of inquiry. The purposive sampling technique was used for the data collection. The target population was the healthcare workers of Government hospitals of Gujranwala. Two hospitals were selected through a simple random sampling technique, WAPDA town hospital and District headquarters Gujranwala. The drawn sample size was 18 healthcare workers. The qualitative data was analyzed through thematic analysis. The research concluded that healthcare workers were using face masks, antibiotics and aseptic techniques to deal with the patients with Covid-19. They said that they tried to manage their personal and professional lives.
