This research is a qualitative research to explore certain phenomena. The subjects in this study were an English teacher and 32 class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli. The instruments used were tests, interviews and interviews. Data was collected by giving tests, questionnaires, and recording teacher answers from interviews. The collected data has analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the use of collaborative learning methods with teachers in reading comprehension activities through classroom learning have been carried out and teachers often use collaborative learning methods. The test results also show that the results of students' abilities are more improved after the collaborative learning method is used with score from the test was 76,5. From the questionnaire, this research showed the students implementing collaborative learning in the classroom with the highest percentage was 79,7 %. Guru dan siswa dalam hal ini masih belum memiliki pemahaman dan kesiapan tentang sistem penerapan kurikulum merdeka dalam proses pembelajaran, karena masih terpengaruh dengan sistem pembelajaran pada kurikulum 2013 yang belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan baik di sekolah, ini menyebabkan guru dan siswa kewalahan dalam mempersiapkan dan menyesuaikan diri agar bisa menjalankan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis Kesiapan Guru Matematika dan Siswa dalam Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka SMP di Kecamatan Gunungsitoli. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 9 SMP di kecamatan Gunungsitoli dengan jumlah informan penelitian sebanyak 15 guru dan 714 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket kesiapan guru matematika dan siswa, wawancara dan dokumentasi. The play is set in 19th-century Ireland, and it vividly depicts the struggles faced by a group of characters as they navigate the challenges of translating Irish place names into English, showcasing the complex dynamics between language, power, and identity. It seeks to provoke critical thinking, raise awareness, and advocate for the preservation of linguistic diversity, cultural identity, and the rights of indigenous communities affected by language loss and imperialism. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The researchers collected the data from the script and interpreted it using discourse analysis. The results showed that the way of male speaking, the writers get 7 status, 1 independency, 2 advice, 1 information, 1 orders, and 9 conflict. On the other hand, for the way of female speaking, the writers get 1 support, 1 understanding, 4 feelings, 1 proposal, and 3 compromise. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sifat penelitian adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan kedudukan variabel-variabel yang diteliti serta hubungan antara satu variabel dengan varabel lainnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri 2 Pangururan Kabupaten Samosir yang berjumlah 30 orang( PNS dan Non PNS), dan semua populasi ini diobservasi dalam penelitian ini (sensus). Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, daftar pertanyaan dan studi dokumentasi dan variabel-variabel yang diteliti menggunakan skala likert. Daftar pertanyaan terlebih dahulu diuji dengan menggunakan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20.0, dan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis dengan regresi linear berganda. Apart from being an identity, the character in a person is used as a guide in living life. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of the tradition of Islamic boarding schools in shaping the character of students at MIS NU Al-Utsmani Pekalongan. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study explain that the traditional values of Islamic boarding schools in shaping character, these traditions are reflected through the learning carried out. MIS NU Al-Utsmani in his learning took several subjects in Islamic boarding schools such as the science of recitation, the book of Alala, and the book of Taklim Muta'alim. In addition, it is also reflected in activities such as praying, reading Asmaul Husna, praying Duha in congregation, and shaking hands with teachers. And the distinctive voices that exist in the Islamic boarding school every day continue to echo such as reading nadhoman alala books, tasrifan, imriti and Jurumiyah. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 23 siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Pringgarata. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan data kuantitatif yang di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistic regresi dengan melakukan uji normalitas dan uji reliabilitas diperoleh nilai r hitung sebesar 0,863. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data dengan langkah-langkah: reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa citraan dan majas dalam kumpulan puisi Deru Campur Debu Karya Chairil Anwar . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam kumpulan puisi Deru Campur Debu Karya Chairil Anwar terdapat beragam citraan dan majas yang cukup bervariasi. Citraan yang digunakan pengarang dapat menciptakan imajinasi yang lebih hidup. Citraan yang terdapat pada kumpulan puisi tersebut yaitu citraan penglihatan, citraan pendengaran, citraan gerak, citraan perabaan, citraan penciuman, citraan pengecapan serta majas ada personifikasi,metafora,hiperbola dan alegori.
