The method used is descriptive analysis means to describe the factors that affect the ability of school supervisors competence Principal in Pidie District. The result of the research shows that the internal factors that influence the supervisor's ability, the competence of the principal, among others, the level of education, experience and working period, because this is what affects the readiness level of school supervisors and principals in carrying out activities. External factors that can affect the ability of school supervisors, principal competencies are complete facilities and infrastructure and adequate level of welfare today. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kemampuan pengawas sekolah terutama kepala yang berada pada jenjang SMP yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal meliputi: tingkat kesiapan pengawas, kepala sekolah, perangkat kurikulum, administrasi dan manajemen, kemudian kesiapan faktor eksternal yang meliputi: kurangnya tersedia fasilitas; kurangnya bidang disiplin ilmu sesuai dengan situasi dilapangan sebagai upaya menunjang tercapainya pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pengajarang yang lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif artinya untuk menggambarkan tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan pengawas sekolah kompetensi Kepala Sekolah yang ada di Kabupaten Pidie. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yang mempengaruhi kemampuan pengawas, kompetensi kepala sekolah antara lain, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman maupun masa kerjanya, oleh karena, hal inilah yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesiapan pengawas sekolah dan kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan aktiitasnya. This research uses CIPPmodel. The components that become the focus of this research are 1). Context, consist of program background, program constraints, feasibility study, 2). Inputh, consists of student, teachers, curriculum, infrastructure, financing, academic calender, 3). Process, consists of teacher copetence ;earningactivities in class 4). Product, consisting of sumatif value and formative value of leraners.This research uses qualitative methode combined with quantitative approach. The steps of the research begins by making evaluation criteria, the next stage of making the instrument research, making the instrument grille, data collection, data analysis and conclusions. The instrument validition test uses expert validation, and reliability test. Data collection techniques, using observation technique, interviews, documentation studies, and questionnaires. The result of reseearch show that context competent is in very good criteria, with 100% evaluation, 100 % input component is very good, 75 % good process component, and 100 % excellent product component. Thus, it can be concluded that the 2013 Curriculum implementation of history subjects can run very well. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi secara komprehensif tentang pelaksanaan program implementasi kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran sejarah di SMA Negeri Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan model CIPP. Komponen- Komponen yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini yaitu (1) context, terdiri dari latar belakang program, kendala program, studi kelaikan; (2) input, terdiri dari peserta didik, guru, kurikulum, sarana prasarana, pembiayaan, kalender akademik; (3) process, terdiri dari kompetensi guru, kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas; (4) product, terdiri dari nilai sumatif dan nilai formatif peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. \u0000Langkah-langkah penelitian diawali dengan membuat kriteria evaluasi, tahap selanjutnya membuat kisi-kisi instrument, membuat instrument penelitian, pengumpulan data, analisis data dan kesimpulan. Uji Validitas instrumen menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan angket. Football players must master the basic techniques of Dribbling and Shooting. From the results of preliminary research at the Unibraw soccer school in Malang, the implementation of the Dribbling and Shooting training model has not applied the effective and efficient principle. This study used research and development method instructional development model from Sadiman (2003).. This study aimed to produce a new product in the form of dribbling and passing combination training models in football game speed and agility with base at Unibraw 82 Football School of Malang. The design of research and development of dribbling and shooting combination models there were stages as follows: (1) determining ideas, by collecting information as the idea base to create a concept; (2) writing media scripts product containing shooting practice model sketches; (3) product evaluation; (4) product revision I; (5) prototype product byshooting training models to small groups as well as large groups; (6) prototype try-out; (7) product revision II; and (8) reproduction. Overall the dribbling and shooting combination training model is feasible to implement as a training models for students at Unibraw 82 football school of Malang.The development of dribbling and shooting combination training models in football game with speed and agility base for students at Unibraw 82 football school of Malang there are 10 dribbling and shooting combination training models, these training models can be applied to add training models for the students of Unibraw 82 football school of Malang to overcome the students saturation in training football and add more variation. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Sepakbola merupakan cabang olahraga paling populer di dunia.Para pemain sepakbola wajib menguasai teknik dasar Dribbling dan Shooting. Dari hasil penelitian awal di sekolah sepakbola Unibraw ‟82 Malang, penerapan model latihan Dribbling dan Shooting belum menerapkan prinsip efektif dan efisien.Model penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development)yaitu model pengembangan instruksional dari Sadiman (2003). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk baru yang berupa model latihan kombinasi dribblingandpassing dalam permainan sepakbola yang di sekolah sepakbola Unibraw ”82 Malang. Yuniarti, Ika Kana Trisnawati","doi":"10.46244/visipena.v9i2.457","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.46244/visipena.v9i2.457","url":null,"abstract":"An issue faced by students nowadays is not knowing how to take notes effectively with certain techniques so that the results of a record or a summary simply copy the information verbatim from the existing text. The main purpose of this study is to improve the students’ ability in note taking on English texts with the Cornell format and to figure out the format’s benefits. Some important parts of the note taking process that have not been mastered by the students included finding important ideas from the text, describing and recording the conclusions of the text, rewriting ideas, and writing down bibliographic details such as names of the authors, titles of books, journals, publishers, publications, journal pages, and web addresses. This study used pre-experimental method with the one-shot case study design, taking a sample of 15 students from the Department of English Education, University of Muhammadiyah Aceh. Data were taken from the student worksheets using the Cornell format, and analyzed descriptively and compared with the scoring rubric adapted from AVID. The results showed that 60% of students were able to achieve category 2 (fair), and as many as 40% were in category 3 (good). These results showed that the Cornell note taking technique has been useful in helping the students improve their ability to take notes on the English texts. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Permasalahan yang dihadapi mahasiswa dewasa ini adalah belum mengetahui cara mencatat (note taking) informasi teks yang efektif dengan teknik tertentu sehingga hasil catatan atau ringkasan hanya menyalin ulang informasi kata per kata dari teks yang ada. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan mencatat informasi teks Bahasa Inggris dalam kegiatan menulis dengan teknik Cornell dan mengungkap manfaatnya. Beberapa bagian penting proses mencatat teks yang belum dikuasai mahasiswa termasuk menemukan ide penting dari teks, menggambarkan dan mencatat kesimpulan teks, menulis ulang ide atau gagasan, dan mencatat bibliografi secara detil seperti mencatat inisial dan nama akhir penulis, judul buku, jurnal, penerbit, tempat publikasi, halaman jurnal, alamat internet atau web. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan sampel sebanyak 15 mahasiswa dari jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh. Data diambil dari lembar kerja mahasiswa dengan format Cornell, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan dibandingkan dengan rubrik penilaian mencatat yang diadaptasi dari AVID. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa60% mahasiswa mampu mencapai kategori 2 (cukup), dan sebanyak 40% berada di kategori 3 (baik). What a collection of Museum Perumusan Naskah Proklamasi and Museum Kebangkitan Nasional that can be used as learning resources, 2). How teachers use museum collection as history learning resources, 3). What a problems in history learning by using history resources of Museum Perumusan Naskah Proklamasi and Museum Kebangkitan Nasional as learning resources. The research was conducted in SMAN 27 Jakarta, SMAN 4 Jakarta, SMAN 76 Jakarta, and SMAN 89 Jakarta. The data sources consist of informants ( Head of The Museum, Historical Resource Management, Headmaster, Historical Teachers, Students [Class XI IPS and MIPA]), documents (syllabus, RPP, and other documents that can support this research), as well as places and events. Data collection techniques used interview techniques, observation, and document analysis. Data validity using triangulation. Data analysis uses interactive analysis with three stages of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing that interact with data collection cycle. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan museum sebagai sumber belajar dalam pembelajaran sejarah di DKI Jakarta. The Marriage Guidance and Conservation Advisory Board (BP4) is one of the institutions that provide guidance and insight into marital issues to the public. By paying attention to the duties of the Marriage Guidance and Conservation Advisory Board (BP4), information on the role of the advisory body in contributing to marital matters will be obtained. As explained in Article 1 of the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 stated that marriage is an inner bond between a man and a woman as a husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy family (eternal) based on the Godhead of God Almighty, so that the purpose of the law is not enough to just bond , but must include both. Therefore, marriage is carried out bysomeone who is old enough no matter the profession, ethnicity, wealth, place of residence and so on. Everyone who is going to get married doesn't all understand the nature of marriage and the purpose of marriage is to get true happiness in the household. Marriage is not just a gathering of two people on one roof then gets offspring, not for a while but for a lifetime. To realize a prosperous and peaceful society, it must begin with family coaching first. If all families who are members of the community are prosperous, then the community will be happy. Badan Penasehat Pembinaan dan Pelestarian Perkawinan (BP4) ini adalah salah satu lembaga yang memberikan bimbingan dan penasihatan tentang masalah perkawinan kepada masyarakat. Dengan memperhatikan tugas-tugas Badan Penasehat Pembinaan dan Pelestarian Perkawinan (BP4) akan diperoleh keterangan seberapa besar peranan badan penasihat ini dalam ikut menangani masalah perkawinan. The main purpose of this study was to understand the role of kyai's leadership in preparing quality santri. This paper aims at exploring the values which become the basis for leadership practice at Gontor. However, Gontor exists and gradually develops with its own unique management and leadership system. The study suggests that Gontor has its own standards which are mainly based on Islamic values. Indeed, there are a lot of values, but basically they can besimplified into the five spirits of Pondok Pesantren namely sincerity, simplicity, self reliance, Islamic brotherhood, and freedom. Each one of these spirits becomes a standard of excellence for Gontor leadership. However, some elementary schools that keep teaching English as a subject still cannot provide appropriate English teaching media, especially to teach vocabulary. In this study, the researchers aimed to know the problems faced by the English teacher and the fourth grade students of SD N 2 Sekaran in the vocabulary teaching and learning, and also to know how to develop teaching media of Kangaroo Smart Frieze. The Research and Development (R & D) approach was adopted by conducting the preliminary survey, designing and developing the prototype of the product, conducting limited testing and product validation, having a revision process and describing the research result. The subjects of the study were the fourth grade students of SDN 2 Sekaran in the academic year of 2013/2014. The instruments used were questionnaires, interview guideline and test. According to the interview to the English teacher and students, it can be concluded that the vocabulary teaching media of Kangaroo Smart frieze needs to be developed with the focus on the quality of the media and also the variety of games played. The development of Kangaroo Smart Frieze was started by observing and interviewing the English teacher and students. After doing that, the process was continued by planning the data collecting instrument of vocabulary teaching media. The main consideration was based on the English curriculum (syllabus) of the fourth grade students of elementary school and also some related theories. Moreover, the data collecting instrument was arranged into two main parts which included the need analysis of the students and English teacher. The further step was designing the prototype. The development process was then followed by other steps; product validation, try-out (limited testing) and revision of Kangaroo Smart Frieze. The results of the students’ test by using Kangaroo Smart Frieze as the vocabulary teaching media, and also the assessment from the experts were very good. Therefore, it could be concluded that Kangaroo Smart Frieze has a good prospect to be used in the vocabulary teaching and learning process. It was a quantitative research design. The population of this research was the fourth semester students of University of Abulyatama. There were twelve students, as the sample. Based on the research findings, the writer found that the mean score of pretest was 53, 04 and the mean score of posttest was 87, 5. The result of t-score from pre test and post test was 6,60 and t- table for degree of freedom (df) from the twelve students was 1,711 in the significance of 0,05. It indicated that t-score > t- table. Thus, it also indicated that the hypothesis was accepted.
