This research uses survey research methods with path analysis techniques. The study was conducted in Jepara District with a total of 15 schools with 139 teacher respondents. The findings in this study indicate: First, Compensation has a direct positive effect on performance. This means that compensation results in an increase in the performance of teachers of MTs Swasta in Jepara Regency. Second, Organizational Commitment has a positive direct effect on performance. This means that with the increase in organizational commitment for each teacher, there has been an increase in the performance of teachers of MTs Swasta in Jepara Regency. Third, compensation has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment. This means that by giving compensation it results in an increase in the organizational commitment of teacher of MTs Swasta in Jepara Regency. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru MTs Swasta di Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Studi dilakukan di Kabupaten Jepara dengan jumlah 15 sekolah dengan responden 139 guru. Temuan dalam penelitan ini mengindikasikan: Pertama, Kompensasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja. Artinya dengan kompensasi mengakibatkan adanya peningkatan kinerja guru MTs swasta di Kabupaten Jepara. Kedua, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja. Artinya dengan adanya peningkatan komitmen organisasi pada setiap guru mengakibatkan adanya peningkatan kinerja guru MTs swasta di Kabupaten Jepara. Ketiga, kompensasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. The method used in this study was an experiment with design research with 2x2 by level treatment design. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling, namely Duren Sawit Village Primary School and selected Duren Sawit 07 Pagi State Elementary School. The results of this study indicate that the science process skills between students taught using visual learning media are higher than students taught using audio visual learning media. The average science process skills of students who learn use visual learning media are higher than students who learn by using audio visual learning media. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perngaruh media pembelajaran dan kemandirian belajar terhadap keterampilan proses IPA di Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain peneitian eksperimen dengan rancangan treatment by level 2x2, Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara simple random sampling yaitu Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kelurahan Duren Sawit dan yang terpilih Sekolah Dasar Negeri Duren Sawit 07 Pagi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Keterampilan proses IPA antara siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan media pembelajaran visual lebih tinggi dari pada siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan media pembelajaran audio visual. Gadgets or smartphones are now items that are no longer for school-age children, for them gadgets or smartphones are playing tools on the sidelines of the time needed to recompile after school. This is one of the factors of today's children who are less mobile, making their level of agility low. Based on the above questions, the researchers tried to put a solution to the yaiyu by implementing the traditional englolibaba biscuit game to improve the agility of children of primary schoolNegeri 3 Banda Aceh. The purpose of this research is to study the traditional English game of biscuits to improve the agility of elementary school children 3 Banda Aceh. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study changed 20 fourth grade children of primary schoolNegeri 3 Banda Aceh. This is proven based on the significant level taken ie 5% or 0.05. Then if the value of sig. (2-tailed) <0.05, then the stated results are significantly different between the pre test and post test results. However, the value of sig. (2-tailed)> 0.05, then the stated results differ significantly between pre test and post test results. Based on the data obtained Obtained sig. (2-tailed), that is 0.00 <0.05. Then it can be concluded that it is the result of buying children after being given the traditional Alibabaengland biscuit game. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangat membantu keperluan manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, namun apabila tidak dimanfaatkan sebagaimana fungsinya akan mengakibatkan hal yang negatif. Gadget ataupun smartphone saat ini menjadi barang yang tidak asing lagi bagi anak-anak usia sekolah dasar, bagi mereka gadget ataupun smartphone merupakan alat bermain disela-sela waktu ulang ketika sepulang sekolah. Hal ini merupakan salah satu faktor anak zaman sekarang kurang melakukan gerak, sehingga membuat tingkat kelincahan mereka rendah. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, maka peneliti mencoba untuk member solusi yaitu dengan menerapkan permainan tradisional englolibaba biscuit untuk meningkatkan kelincahan anak sekolah dasarNegeri 3 Banda Aceh. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui permainan tradisional englolibaba biskuit dapat meningkatkan kelincahan anak sekolah dasar negeri 3 Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 anak kelas IV sekolah dasarNegeri 3 Banda Aceh.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kelincahan pada anak kelas IV sekolah dasar Negeri 3 Banda Aceh setelah diberikan tindakan permainan tradisional englolibaba biskuit. Survey method with a quantitative-causal approach using Path Analysis Technique was used to in this research. This survey involving 84 teachers as a sample using simple random sampling technique by Slovin formula. The findings of this study indicated: first, there is a positive direct effect of personality toward task performance teachers in school. Second, there is a positive direct effect of motivation toward task performance teachers in school. Third, there is a positive direct effect of personality toward motivation teachers in school. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki efek dari (1) kepribadian, (2) motivasi, (3) tugas kinerja guru pribadi SD Kecamatan Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif-kausal dengan teknik analisis jalur. Survei melibatkan 84 guru sebagai sampel yang menggunakan teknik sampel acak sederhana dengan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepribadian terhadap kinerja tugas guru di sekolah. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadap kinerja tugas guru di sekolah. The discussion of homeschooling was in the perspective of child development. The conclusion based on the theoretical concept describes that it was an educational form which was done independently by family, and the learning materials were choosen in accordance with the children need. The homeschooling classification forms was divided into two forms namely single home schooling which was conducted independently by parents in one family withought collaborating with aothers.Compound homeschooling was conducted by two or more families for certain activities, but the main activities remain to be implemented by the respective parents. Homeschooling was an education for the children who performed at home and was specifically provided by a parent or a professional tutor. Homeschooling in practice was to move the school from the public area to a more private area, which was home. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep teoritik, klasifikasi, model, faktor-faktor pendukung, jenis homeschooling dan pelaksanaan homeschooling di Indonesia. Pembahasan Homeschooling ini adalah dalam perspektif perkembangan anak. Kesimpulan hasil kajian secara teoritik adalah bahwa Homeschooling adalah pendidikan yang dilakukan secara mandiri oleh keluarga, yang materi pembelajarannya dipilih dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anak. Klasifikasi format homeschooling terbagi dua yaitu homeschooling tunggal yang dilaksanakan oleh orangtua dalam satu keluarga tanpa bergabung dengan lainnya, dan homeschooling majemuk dilaksanakan oleh dua atau lebih keluarga untuk kegiatan tertentu sementara kegiatan pokok tetap dilaksanakan oleh orangtua masing-masing. Homeschooling merupakan pendidikan bagi anak-anak yang dilaksanakan di rumah dan secara khusus diberikan oleh orang tua atau seorang tutor profesional. Play activities can stimulate children's physical motor development, and become one of the other factors that play an important role in children's psychological improvement, namely interpersonal intelligence. Based on this background, the researchers chose the title \"The Effect of Bakiak Game and Interpersonal Intelligence on the Motoric Physical Development of Khairani Kindergarten Children in Aceh Besar. The formulation of the problem in this study: Is there clogging of clogs playing on children's physical motor development. Is there an influence of interpersonal intelligence on children's physical motor development, and Is there interaction between clogs and interpersonal intelligence on children's physical motordevelopment. The objectives of the study were: To determine the effect of clogging on children's motoric physical, To determine the effect of interpersonal intelligence on children's physical motor development, To find out the interaction of clogs and interpersonal intelligence on children's physical motor development. The research location was conducted at Khairani Aceh Besar Kindergarten, having its address at Lubok Batee Village, Ingin Jaya Subdistrict, Aceh Besar Regency, the study was conducted on October 15 to December 15 2018. The research subjects were group B children of 30, consisting of B1 (15 people) and B2 (15 people). This research was carried out using the experimental method and the research design was treatment design by level 2 x 2. The instrument of this study used clogged game tests, observation sheets of interpersonal intelligence and tests of motoric physical development. Research procedures are data pretest, treatment, posttest, data processing, data analysis and conclusions. Meet the standards of instrument validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use descriptive data which includes the Mean, Median, Mode, frequency distribution table and histogram. Testing the analysis prerequisites, namely data on normality and homogeneity. From the results of the analysis of the data obtained this study shows that there is the influence of clog playing and interpersonal intelligence on the physical motor development of Khairani Aceh Besar Kindergarten children. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Perkembangan fisik motorik salah satu dari lima aspek perkembangan anak usia dini, untuk mencapai perkembangan motorik khususnya motorik kasar dilakukan melalui permainan. This research objective was to look at the influence of visual, audio, kinesthetic (VAK) learning strategies and critical thingking skills on primary school student natural science outcomes. This research used an experimental method using group design by 2 x 2 level. Analysis of variance 2 path (ANOVA) was used to analys the data. This research of Majalengka Wetan VII elementary school on natural science subject. The result of the study showed that there was an influence of VAK learning strategies and the ability to think critically on student learning outcomes in water cycle material. In addition, the VAK learning strategy could improve student learning outcomes for students who had high or low critical thinking skills. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya rata-rata skor pencapaian sains siswa-siswi Indonesia berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Programme for International Students Assesment (PISA) tahun 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh pengaruh strategi pembelajaran visual, audio, kinestetik (vak) dan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain kelompok by level 2 x 2. Analisis data menggunakan analisis varian 2 jalur (ANOVA). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas V SDN Majalengka Wetan VII dengan mata pelajaran IPA. Hasil penelitian dengan , menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh strategi pembelajaran VAK dan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi siklus air. Selain itu, Strategi pembelajaran VAK dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa bagi siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi maupun rendah. The research method used qualitative method with interdisciplinary approach. The research data was collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The validity check of data using source triangulation, then analyzed using flow reduction, presentation, and data verification The results showed that, Tarek Pukat Dance was created by Yuslizar in 1958. Tarek Pukat describes the activities of fishermen who catch fish at sea tarek means tug whereas trawl is a kind of net used to catch fish. This dance is danced by 13 dancers consisting of 8 femaledancers and 5 male dancers. Dance has 19 motion patterns that are divided into two namely 7 patterns of movement for female dancers and 14 for male dancers movement patterns with various floor patterns for male dancers dancedisari danced women dance with sitting position bersaf. The theme used in this dance is the activity of fishermen who are looking for fish at sea. His companions are Serune Kalee, Geundrang Aceh and Rapa'I and Tarek Pukat dance poems. the clothing used in this dance is very simple from the original grip of Aceh tradition. From the clothing of women dancers Acehnese clothes, long black trousers, songket covering up to the knees and scarves wrapped around the head, ropes of Aceh Pangang, Aceh necklaces and Aceh clothing bros while male dancers wear only black long-sleeved shirts and black trousers wrapped in kebuang and headbands. The property used is fish body, fishing hat and rope as trawl. from the motion of the endangered handler to the closing motion is an expression of the life of the fishermen looking for the fish at sea. The number of 60 headmaster’s sample was selected by simple random sampling.The result of this research indicated that: 1) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to headmaster’s decision making, 2) there is a direct positive effect of creativity to headmaster’s decision making and 3) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to creativity. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial dan kreatifitas terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri dan Kota Tangerang. Sample research totalling 9 27 principal, teacher, and Junior High School students in the country 369 Gianyar Regency is drawn using random sampling techniques. The data in the form of a score variable context, the score variable inputs, and product and process variables score further analyzed with the road changed the score to a t-score. The results showed that: (1) education, implementation of Manners is effective in terms of the context of Gianyar in junior high (2) implementation of Character education is not effective in terms of input in Gianyar Junior 3) implementation of Character education is not effective in terms of the process of Gianyar in junior high, (4) the implementation of Character education is effective in terms of the process of Gianyar, in junior high. (5) educational implementation constraints manners is not terakomodasinya the value of the character that develops in the community. Once interpreted in a quadrant of the effectiveness criteria Glickman, the effectiveness of the implementation of Character education are included in the quadrant less effective.
