The method used in this research is research development (research and development version of Borg and Gall, 1983). The expected benefit in this study is that all teachers who teach at elementary level can use / utilize ICT system in learning process, this is for improvement of education quality at that level. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Adapun yang menjadi tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain pengembangan model manajemen evaluasi pembelajaran yang cocok dalam pemanfaatan sistem ICT tingkat Sekolah Dasar Se- Kota Banda Aceh, mengembangkan sosok model manajemen evaluasi pembelajaran seperti apakah yang cocok dalam pemanfaatan sistem ICT tingkat Sekolah Dasar Se- Kota Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development versi Borg and Gall, 1983). However, in schools it is very rare to learn history to develop these thinking skills. Related to that, the researcher tries to develop the learning of history by using inquiry method in an effort to cultivate students' critical thinking skill. This study aims to determine the improvement of students' keritis thinking skill in learning history using inquiry method. The instrument used to collect data in this research is the observation sheet, the test. Data collection was done by observation, test, and documentation with two cycle treatment. Data analysis is done by qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The result of the research shows that critical thinking skill of XI IPS-1 students of SMA Negeri 12 Banda Aceh on history learning can be improved by using Inquiry method. This is evidenced by the average percentage of the level of critical thinking skills that continue to increase from the initial stage only 32%, to 58.33 in cycle I and increased again to 72.83 in cycle II with enough category. The result of history learning on the students of class XI IPS-1 also continues to increase after the application of inquiry method, that is the completeness of klasiskal at the initial stage is only 36,67% with the mean value 59,33, become 66,67% at sisklus I with average average of 68,33 and become 96,67% in cycle II with average value 82. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Salah satu kompetensi penting yang harus dikuasai siswa adalah keterampilan berpikir. Akan tetapi di sekolah sangat jarang dilakukan pembelajaran sejarah untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir tersebut. Berkaitan dengan hal itu, peneliti mencoba mengembangkan pembelajaran sejarah dengan menggunakan metode inkuiri dalam upaya menumbuhkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan berpikir keritis siswa dalm pembelajaran sejarah dengan menggunakan metode inkuiri. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi, tes. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi dengan perlakuan dua siklus. Analisis data dilakukan dengan diskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas XI IPS-1 SMA Negeri 12 Banda Aceh pada pembelajaran sejarah dapat ditingkatkan dengan penggunaan metode Inkuiri. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan persentase rata-rata tingkat keterampilan berpikir kritis yang terus meningkat dari tahap awal hanya 32%, menjadi 58,33 pada siklus I dan meningkat lagi menjadi 72,83 pada siklus II dengan kategori cukup. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Subjects in this study were all students of grade V SD Negeri Langung which amounted to 24 people. This research procedure using planning, implementation, observation and reflection, Technique of collecting data used is observation and test. Data analysis technique using penentration formula (%). The results of this study is the use of audio visual media can improve learning achievement IPS material business and economic activities in Indonesia in grade V SD Negeri Langung West Aceh District. In the first cycle that is equal to 58.3% and on the second cycle students who get the completeness is 83.3%. Thus, the use of audio-visual media can improve learning achievement in the IPS student learning grade V SD Negeri Langung. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan media audio visual yang dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar pada pembelajaran IPS siswa kelas V SD Negeri Langung. Jenis penilitan ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri Langung yang berjumlah 24 orang. Prosedur penelitian ini menggunakan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus penrsentase (%). Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media audio visual dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPS materi usaha dan kegiatan ekonomi di Indonesia pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Langung Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Pada siklus I yaitu sebesar 58,3% dan pada siklus II siswa yang memperoleh ketuntasan ada 83,3%.
