Accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses are increasingly characterised by a pervasive role of business digitalisation redefining organisations' management of customer experience efficiencies. It redefines value creation strategies. This paper argues that enterprises should rethink the creation and delivery of value to their customers, not based on technologies but on knowledge management strategies instead. As technologies transform business processes, KM is a catalyst in the evolving nature, knowledge assets, and transformation preparedness of enterprises' value drivers. Integrating Osterwalder and Pigneur's Business Model Canvas, Parmar et al.'s five patterns for value creation, and Goncalves' cloud enterprise transcoding proxy, a few cases are briefly discussed. Digital transformation drivers and the role of KM for strategic relevance are underlined through digitalised knowledge processes and customer-centric global marketing strategies to access and manage resources, core competencies, and dynamic capabilities. This research raises awareness of adopting KM as a catalyst for digital business transformation's role as a strategy to respond to the acceleration of digitalization during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, along with knowledge management principles. \u0000Keywords: Knowledge management, Digital transformation, Digital technologies, Deep learning, Digital wallets, COVID-19

The scholar describes social media as a double-edged sword because of having a positive and negative impact on society. The aim of the paper is to identify the effects of social media on traditional media, especially on printed newspapers. Content analysis in systematic reviews has been applied to collect data from secondary sources such as journal articles, newspaper articles, government websites, and non-government websites. Based on the collected data, social media's positive effects on society are imparting knowledge, accelerating the communication process, building a virtual workplace, and e-commerce marketing. On the other hand, social media's adverse effects are cyberbullying, hacking, addiction, and spreading fake news. Social media have threatened the printed newspaper, and the journalist confronts challenges staying on track. The circulation of the daily printed newspaper declined gradually due to the revolution of social media and social media-based citizen journalism practising in Malaysia. Many newspapers have been compelled to cease their operation due to losing subscribers dramatically. Finally, this paper provides a review of the reason behind the closure of printed newspapers in Malaysia. Based on the discussions and the previous study, the paper presents three significant reasons behind Utusan Malaysia's closure: poor economic conditions, political crisis, social media revolution, and citizen journalism practising in Malaysia. In conclusion, few suggestions have been discussed that might help printed newspapers in Malaysia to survive in the digital era. \u0000Keywords: Social Media; Impacts; Traditional Media; Newspapers; Citizen Journalism

Hogwarts is the traditional boarding school which is situated in the faerie green countryside that is well beyond London. Though Hogwarts is a school in the fictional world, there are many people across the globe who have a relationship with it. We have developed a close affinity with Harry Potter, his friends as well as the teachers who are associated with the school. Students at the school learn to perfect the arts of witchcraft through a fixed curriculum. The school setting plays a significant role in the stories. The Harry Potter series persistently revolve around the protagonist’s heart rending and shocking adventures and experiences in school. The cornerstone for analysis is J.K Rowling’s portrayal of the teachers at Hogwarts. This leads to an emphasis on the teaching methods of the teachers. This paper has explored the pedagogy and different approaches of certain professors at Hogwarts. This study has demonstrated that students at Hogwarts do learn but their learning can be termed as wholesome only when teachers adopt the pedagogical approach that involves the concept of active learning integrated into a pleasant environment that not only boasts of cooperative learning, continuous support, but encourages and awards analytical thinking and risk taking. \u0000Keywords: Harry Potter series, Traditional, Curriculum, Pedagogical theories

The research results on the UNComtrade database show that Vietnam maintained 8 commodity groups with revealed comparative advantage in the period 2000 - 2020. Contributing to the increase of Vietnam's exports to Australia one partly due to strong market demand, appropriate industry structure, and a significant part from the factor of competitive advantage, especially in the period 2007 - 2015. Vietnam's exports to the Australian market are those with comparative advantages.
