Applying the Migration Results Index (MOI) as an analytical tool revealed that the potential benefits of labour migration that have not been maximized in the region and explores the causes of the growing prevalent migration problem in Southeast Asia. The study findings that in the ASEAN region, remittances from migration have not been fully utilized, and pointed out that there are many different reasons for the migration of people in Southeast Asia throughout history, they may change their place of residence due to reasons such as economy, family reunification, study, environment. In general, each of those causes often contains factors that push and attract people to migrate. The factors driving migrants are tied to the country they are trying to leave, often issues where its consequences make people want to move. The factors that entice migrants are often attractive in countries/regions with developed conditions that attract the attention of others. The results show the need for a change in migration and development policy in ASEAN. Specifically, the study examines knowledge creation, acquisition, sharing and storage and organisational effectiveness in Nigerian deposit money banks. The data for the study was generated through a questionnaire which yielded 359 valid responses and was determined scientifically using Krejcie & Morgan (1970) from selected Nigerian deposit money banks with their operational head offices in Lagos-Nigeria as the population of the study. The study adopted survey design and the validity results of KMO, and Bartletts test indicate that variables are highly significant, and principal component analysis was suitable (.837). The test-retest result of reliability reported a reliability index of 0.872. Multiple regressions with the aid of SPSS version 21 were used to test the formulated hypotheses. Findings of the study show that knowledge creation (32.3%), acquisition (62.1%), sharing (42.4%), and storage (46.2%) have a positive significant effect on organisational effectiveness. In the first section, through a literature review, the impact of global warming on environmental factors such as winds, storms, hurricanes were investigated. Global warming and its possible consequences rise of the sea or ocean levels, number of hurricanes, their continuity, height and cost of damage in the next 50 years were assessed through a literature review. Additionally, it was discovered through the literature review that senior medical students’ sensitivity to global warming and consequently to environmental health — had not been researched. In the second part of the study, the “Global Social Responsibility Scale” was administered to 431 final-year students studying at the faculties of medicine of Çapa, Cerrahpa ş a, Hacettepe and Sakarya Universities. Environmental sensitivity of the students was investigated. It was found that the vast majority of the students (76.57%) had not received any training on global warming until the time of the study. It was also found that the students receiving training had higher levels of awareness of global warming social responsibility. It is obvious that the adversities that will emerge due to global warming will negatively impact the lives of all living things. Multicultural education has been prescribed as an antidote to negative prejudices. Therefore, the study seeks to explore the perspectives and dimensions of multicultural education adopted by selected countries. The objective of the study entails interrogating the perspectives and dimensions employed by different countries in multicultural education. The research employed a comparative research design. The tools used to collect data were documents from the library, desktop research and document checklist. Data were analyzed through content analysis and presented through narration. The study found out that different countries have different perspectives in terms of implementing multicultural education. The dimension used seem to be universal however in most countries there are no structures of how multicultural education is delivered.
