In South Bengkulu District the lowest number of children under five visited Posyandu at Sulau Health Center. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the performance of cadres in the implementation of Posyandu in the Sulau Health Center Work Area. This study uses analytic design with a crosssectional design. The sample in this study was total sampling with all cadres of Posyandu totaling 65 cadres. Independent variables are age, education, years of service, attitude and motivation while the dependent variable is the performance of Posyandu. The result of this research showed most of Kader aged >35 years (50,8%), level of secondary education (67,7%), working period more than three years (63%), with less attitude (50,8%), good motivation (53%) and also the best performance (55,4%). Test correlation got results the relationship between age with performance (p=0,004), the relationship between education with performance (p=0,011), the relationship between working period with performance (p=0,000), there are relationship between attitude and performance (p=0,000) and also the relationship between motivation and performance (p=0,000). Logistic regression test result variable the most influence is motivation with value p=0,045 and (OR) is 4,563. There is a relationship between age, education, years of service, attitudes, and motivation with the performance of Posyandu cadres in implementing Posyandu for toddlers and the most influential factor is motivation.","PeriodicalId":303323,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Inter-professional Health Collaboration (ICIHC 2018)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115025776","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on some research results indicate that the activities have not been active and enthusiastic. from pregnant women to take classes for pregnant women is still low. Based on the explanation above, the researcher intends to create a new media to guide pregnant women assistance that can be used by cadres who can provide information to pregnant women to improve the quality of health of pregnant women, so it is expected to reduce maternal and infant mortality. This study uses the pre-research method, so the researcher divides this research into three stages: stage I captures information from health workers and the community about the desired media by discussing the focus group method. Stage II makes the press desired by the community in the form of a card called the Sri sriati score card abbreviated as KS3 and stage III tests the media in the community with the post-test only design. The results of the study formed a scorecard for pregnant women consisting of five variable which can be used by cadres to inform pregnant women about their pregnancy.","PeriodicalId":303323,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Inter-professional Health Collaboration (ICIHC 2018)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121935469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As many as 40% of them are caused by male factors. Male infertility generally occursdue to abnormal spermatozoa. One of the causes is related to the deletion of gene onAzoospermic Factor (AZF) regionof the Y chromosome. One of the candidate genes in that region is RBMY1. This study is a descriptive study that aims to determine the molecular frequency RBMY1 gene microdeletion in AZF region of the Y chromosome uses STS RBM1 in infertile men in Palembang. The number of samples was 39 people. The analysis was done by using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and electrophoresis on 2% agarose gel. From this research, it was found that the frequency of microdeletions on the AZF region of the Y chromosome uses STS RBM1 of infertile men in Palembang was 7.7%. Further studies onmicrodeletion region of Azoospermic factor (AZF) of the Y chromosome in interfile menin Palembang, with other genes or by using criteria on only male factor, for example oligozoospermia, oligozoospermia extreme or cryptozoospermia were used as samples. Besides, the support of economic capacity is also one of the factors of higher intake of food than the calories removed from physical activity. The study aim was to investigate the relationship between intake of energy and fat, physical activity to body mass index among Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu employees. The cross-sectional study design was conducted on 65 employees consists of 22 men and 43 women aged 23-59 years in Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu located in the city of Bengkulu. Energy and fat intakes were assessed using 2 x 24 hours of Food Recall. Body Mass Index (BMI) was calculated by calculating body weight to height (kg/m2). Physical activity was measured using the physical activity questionnaire from FAO for one day. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation to determine the relationship between energy & fat intake, physical activity, and body mass index. 61,5% of the employee was classified as non-obese. The average energy intake, fat intake, and physical activity was 1425.52 Kcal, 48.09 gram, and 1.78 PAR respectively. The result showed p-value for energy, fat and physical activities were 0,366; 0,638; 0,189, respectively, which means there is no relationship between energy intake, fat intake and physical activity to body mass index. There was no correlation between the intake of energy and fat and physical activity to Body Mass Index. This no relationship occurred because intakes and physical activity are assessed now as well, but BMI is the result of years. This is the limitation of this study. In this study the sample was taken using Simple Random sampling with a total of 20 samples. In this research, pre test did before education, and then post-test on selfmanagement in the elderly after being given education. The analysis used was non-parametrick by using the test Wilcoxon. The results showed that the average score score before and after education had increased (p = 0.0001) so that it could be concluded that there was an educational effect of hypertension on self management in the elderly.
