The purpose of this study was to determine the difference of breastfeeding production in postpartum mothers given mung beans essence with not given mung beans essence in the city of Bengkulu, 2018. The design of this research was quasi-experiment using the pre-test and post-test nonequivalent control group. The sample in this study was mothers on the first day of postpartum in Bengkulu city amounted to 30 respondent taken by accidental sampling. The research was conducted in the Independent Midwife Practice of Bengkulu city starts from May 15 to June 26, 2018, by using Independent Sample T-test for analysis. The result of this study showed that the average breastfeeding production in postpartum mothers given by mung beans essence was 9,53. The average breastfeeding production in postpartum mothers who not given mung beans essence was 6,93. The difference of breast milk average both groups was 2,60 with p-value = 0,000 (ρ <0,05) there was a difference of breastfeeding production in postpartum mother who given mung beans essence with not given mung beans essence in the city of Bengkulu 2018. It is hoped that other researchers will conduct further research by taking other types of vegetables or fruits that may affect breast milk production. The life quality of associated with chronic kidney disease, but also associated with lifelong therapy. As a result, the life quality of the hemodialysis patient being generally lower than other patients of congestive heart failure, chronic lung disease, or cancer. Health education to any individual patients includes planning, implementing and evaluating the educational programs which are designed explicitly for patient needs. Increased knowledge and education, as well as patient experience, are designed to help any individual patients and the community to improve their health and thus affect their attitudes toward health. Nurses function as both care providers and service providers to patients, especially hemodialysis nurses, play a role in improving the patient life quality whose chronic renal failure, not only in the primary but also a secondary and tertiary failure. Undoubtedly, nurses play a role in providing health education to patients. This research was a pre-experiment with a specific design called one group pretest-posttest, which reveals a causal relationship between the educational intervention and patient life quality, by involving one subject group (Nursalam, 2013). The research location was in hemodialysis specific room in the hospital of dr. M. Yunus Hospital, Bengkulu City. There had been 15 respondents in the research. The statistical tests show that the p-value of 0.002, which conclude that the educational intervention significantly influences patient life quality. The low achievement of exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by lack of knowledge, lack of maternal experience, lack of implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) and the incessant promotion of formula milk, especially for mothers who post Sectio Caesarea (SC). This study aims to determine the relationship between the characteristics of post-SC mothers with exclusive breastfeeding in dr. Soekardjo Kota Tasikmalaya. The study design used a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling with a total sample of 67 respondents. Data was collected using a research questionnaire. Data analysis used chi-square, 95% confidence level. The results showed that the average age of respondents was 31.94, higher education 55.2%, multiparous 59.7%, not working outside the home 92.5%, exclusive breastfeeding 53.7%. There is a relationship between the parity of postSC mothers with exclusive breastfeeding (P = 0.006). There is no relationship between education, work, and information resources for post SC mothers on exclusive breastfeeding. Glucose control or fluctuations blood sugar in patients with Diabetes Mellitus with adherence or adherence to Diit Diabetes Mellitus This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental design where this design reveals a causal relationship by involving the control group in addition to the experimental group. The dependent variable in this study is fluctuations in sugar content blood, and the independent variable is adherence to the DM diet, the population and sample in this study were all patients who came to the police clinic akit in RSU Raden Mataher Jambi. This research will be conducted in June 2017 at the Internal Medicine Polyclinic at Raden Mataher Jambi General Hospital. Univariate and bivariate data analysis with One Way ANOVA test. The results showed that of the 22 respondents who underwent dietary compliance found an average value of 82.14 with a median value of 81.5 standard deviations of 81.5% with a minimum value of 75 and a maximum value of 94. The majority of clients had blood sugar values tall one. There was no effect of diet adherence on blood sugar fluctuations in Type II Diabetes Mellitus patients at Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital with p-value 0.225. This will have an impact on the mother's ability to care for newborns. It is essential to educate newborn care management so that mothers can care for their babies well and healthy. This study aims to determine the effect of family-based education on infant care on the mother's ability to care for newborns. The design used in this study is quasiexperimental, using two group posttest-only design. In this study, the sample was taken using cluster sampling with a total of 20 samples in each group. The intervention group was observed, and family-based education about baby care was conducted while the control group was observed and carried out only with leaflets. The analysis be adopted a nonparametric test with the chi-square test. The results of the study were obtained by the value of P (Value) 0.001 <α (0.05) So it can be concluded that there is an effect of family-based education on infant care on the mother's ability to care for newborns in the city of Bengkulu. Health education ( educational) is a series of efforts to influence other people, whether individuals, families, groups or communities. Teachers play an essential role in preventing sexual violence through education. The objective of the study was to know the effect of education on knowledge, attitudes, and skills of elementary school students in the early prevention of sexual violence. The research was Quasiexperimental design with pre and post-test with the control group. The sample was 3O person of elementary students of Al Hasanah in Bengkulu city with consecutive sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis used independent T-test and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the average age of respondents in the intervention and control groups was ten years; most of the sixth-grade students were in the status of the first child and having a Sumatran ethnicity. After being given education in the intervention group, the knowledge score was 74.89, attitude 26.77 and skill 36.60. Nonintervention group obtained knowledge 75.07, attitude 26.20 and skill 35.07. The educational interventions provided had the most influence on knowledge (35.4%) and attitudes (18.2)%. It is expected that the school can provide this education to other students so that sexual violence in children can be prevented as early as possible. In the first 30 minutes, the baby can experience a temperature decrease of 3-4 0 C. In a room with a temperature of 2025 0 C the baby's skin temperature drops around 0.3 0 C per minute. The temperature reduction is caused by heat loss by conduction, convection, evaporation, and radiation. Various methods of preventing heat loss in newborns include the use of plastic bags and early breastfeeding initiation (IMD) methods which can reduce heat loss in newborns. Early breastfeeding initiation is a simple intervention that has the potential to improve neonatal outcomes significantly and should be universally recommended. In Maternity Room of M. Yunus Hospital in Bengkulu using a fan with a temperature between 260 C 270 C which caused a significant temperature difference with the temperature in the mother's womb. Type of research used is quasi-experimental with the design of \"One Group Pretest-Postest.\" The population in this study were newborns in RSMY Kota Bengkulu. With as many samples as people calculated based on the Frederer formula, totaling 24 people. In the statistical test, it was found that there was a significant difference between the plastic wrap group and the conventional treatment group (mean difference 0.275, Sig = 0.026), there was no significant difference between the plastic wrap group and the IMD group (mean difference = 0.1, Sig = 0.792) A wrap can be applied to the immediate treatment of new normal babies to prevent heat loss if the IMD experience obstacles.
