Most family planning programs used by KB acceptors are hormone contraception due to practical, convenient, and reversible work to prevent conception. The use of hormonal contraception is at risk of a 50% increase in vaginal complaints or leucorrhoea compared to women who do not use hormonal contraception. The complaint of leucorrhoea commonly occurs in reproductive girl characterized by an increase in the amount of vaginal mucus, greenish/grayish yellow, itchy, stinging and causing discomfort. Empirically, manjakani is used as a cleanser for female organs to prevent and cure vaginal discharge. It is believed that the active substance contains antibacterial and antifungal effects. This study aims to determine the effect of giving the rest cleanser of manjakani decoction seeds (Quercus infectoria Gall) on vaginal discharge complaints on hormonal contraceptives. The research method uses quasiexperiment with pre-post without control group design. Sampling techniques with executive sampling. The sample in this study were hormonal contraceptive acceptors who had leucorrhoea complaints in the work area of Puskesmas Sukajadi in Bandung City that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria with a total of 26 people who were given a Manjakani seed decoction for seven days as much as two times daily. Measurement of complaints was conducted with a long clinical sheet. Data analysis using nonparametric statistics with the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study found a significant difference in charges before and after giving a manjakani seed decoction with a value of p <0.05. There is a reduction in vaginal discharge complaints by 60%. The administration of Manjakani seed decoction affects the leucorrhoea of hormonal contraceptive acceptors. More than 72% of pregnant women reported frequent experience awakening during the night. Poorer sleep quality is more common in late pregnancy. According to conducted research, the poor quality of sleep in pregnancy is directly related to depressive symptoms. Risk of depression increased with the changes in sleep pattern. Depression is the fourth most serious health problem in the world. This study aims to know the relationship between sleep quality and depression during the third trimester of pregnant women. The design used is a cross-sectional study with an observational, analytical approach. The subject group performed on 95 pregnant women with accidental sampling. The research instrument was a PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) and a BDI (Beck's Depression Inventory) questionnaire. The analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate. Factors associated with sleep quality and depression were analyzed with the chi-square test. The result showed that there was a significant relationship between the quality of sleep and depression in the third trimester of pregnant women (p=0,000). This study reveals that sleep problems are prospective risk factors for increases in depressive symptoms in the third trimester of pregnancy, and it can cause depression. Screening for sleep quality disorders during pregnancy should be part of routine prenatal check-ups to prevent depression in pregnant women.","PeriodicalId":303323,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Inter-professional Health Collaboration (ICIHC 2018)","volume":"148 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124132663","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Positive TB patients can be cured if patients take medication as recommended or routinely follow the advice of treatment for two months regularly to prevent transmission actively, and this is called compliance. The goal of treatment is to ensure healing and prevent the occurrence of resistant primer that can harm patients and may complicate healing, for the use of DOTS, which means that short-term treatment of tuberculosis with strict supervision by health workers or family of the patient. One major cause of treatment failure is due to disordered patients taking the drug; success taking the medication depends on the Supervisory Swallowing Drugs (PMO). Another obstacle in the lack of awareness of patients taking the drug one of them is still low education level; this has resulted in a lack of understanding about the treatment of patients so the motivation to recover or treatment will be reduced. This research was conducted in order to determine treatment compliance TB patients with the event of TB MDR in TB MDR Polyclinic Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu, especially increasing the desire and patient adherence to remain in treatment that is not broken. This study uses a qualitative method to the design used the intrinsic case study, data collection is done through search multiple sources and performs the first observations with interviews directly on the family and MDR-TB patients as many as ten key informants. The data analysis is done by creating a transcript of the interview; this is done to understand the complexity of the cases studied. The next procedure is that the interpretive stage is to create a report based on the results research meaning or learning an unusual situation. The results of the analysis are documented with supporting a social theory or related to research topics include the results of previous studies to illustrate the problem as a whole. The results showed that the influence of motivation in patients who undergo treatment of MDR TB devastating for patients, for treatment of MDR-TB is not accessible without the motivation and support of the family. Many people say that the family is their primary motivation to recover from illness. Additionally, in this study, it was found that the PMO for patients with MDR-TB is critical because without PMO most people would be negligent in performing the treatment process. The patient will not be able to undergo treatment due to side effects that make them feel uncomfortable, and treatment is done every day without a break. Through phosphorylation Smad2/3 and Co-Smad cascade, they recruited transcription factors and co-activator for initiates gene transcription for cell proliferation, cell differentiation, and extramatriks cellular production include collagen. This mechanism initiates renal fibrosis. This study was quasiexperimental research with post-test only group design. A subject was 24 male Wistar rat induced with two %/kgBB doses of NaCl 8%. The subjects were divided into six groups. NaCl 8% and quercetin were delivered by gavage daily for eight weeks. Renal fibrosis is a significant cause of CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) ended with ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease) can lead to organ dysfunction or death. The ESRD patient must do organ transplantation to improve the condition, but patients often die before take a suitable organ [3-6]. Preliminary research showed that 8% NaCl supplementation in Wistar Kyoto Rats for eight weeks increased the levels of TGF-β1 and collagen volume fraction in the kidney, left ventricle, and arterial intramyocardial without any significant increase in blood pressure [7]. Quercetin is a compound flavonol group of 6 flavonoid subclasses. Flavonoids are a group of compounds in plants that have the same molecular structure of flavones. Quercetin has antioxidant effects, inhibits protein kinase, inhibits DNA topoisomerase and regulate gene expression [9]. 10 mg/kg bodyweight quercetin may inhibit the left ventricular hypertrophy through the increased expression of PPARγ and inhibition of AP-1 signaling pathway. Histopathological test results also showed that the group of spontaneous hypersensitive Rats (SHR) were given therapy quercetin 10 mg / kgBB had the lowest volume of collagen [10]. The C57BL/6J rats are a renal interstitial fibrosis model showed decrease level of TGF-β significantly by giving thiazolidinedione as PPARγ agonist [11].
