The results showed that the average score score before and after education had increased (p = 0.0001) so that it could be concluded that there was an educational effect of hypertension on self management in the elderly. Health education is a factor in the treatment of hypertension. This study recommends periodic health education to improve self management in the elderly. 高血压教育对工作区域老年人自我管理的影响[j]

高血压是一种慢性疾病，往往发生在一个人的年龄增长。高血压可引起各种并发症。预防老年高血压并发症其中之一就是通过实施高血压自我管理。本研究旨在了解高血压教育对老年人自我管理的影响。本研究采用预实验设计，采用一组前测后测设计。本研究采用简单随机抽样，共20个样本。本研究在教育前进行前测，在教育后进行后测。采用非参数分析，采用Wilcoxon检验。结果显示，教育前后的平均得分均有提高(p = 0.0001)，说明高血压教育对老年人自我管理有影响。健康教育是治疗高血压的一个因素。本研究建议定期进行健康教育，以改善老年人的自我管理。关键词:高血压，教育计划，自我管理
