This paper aims to provide a holistic and pragmatic view of the market based on the concepts of spontaneous order, natural rates and articulated rational expectations with the Chaos Theory. It emphasizes the conceptual and theoretical aspects of these macroperiodos highlighting the year 1970 as a symbol of the Taylor system crisis / Fordist contextualized by the automotive industry, which migrated from one-dimensional industrialization processes for multidimensional processes and customized beyond the advent of globalization and dispossession within a multimarket vision. Este artigo objetiva analisar de que forma o federalismo oportuniza a participacao popular, colocando em pauta os orcamentos participativos. Constatou-se que esse contexto possibilita participacao popular, assim como o controle e aplicacao de politicas publicas, destacando que o orcamento participativo tem se mostrado importante instrumento de minimizacao de desigualdades e desequilibrio de acesso ao poder decisorio. Utilizou-se um estudo exploratorio-qualitativo, o qual foi conduzido por estudo de casos multiplos com tres empresas do varejo da cidade de Santa Cruz do Sul, RS. A tecnica utilizada para coleta de dados foi entrevista semiestruturada. Analisou-se que as empresas pesquisadas utilizam-se das redes sociais para cocriar valor com seus clientes, cada uma das tres empresas com o seu publico-alvo e estrategias especificas. Porem, estao cientes que o consumidor esta presente nas midias sociais e que o varejo precisa se adaptar a essas ferramentas. The interfaces are displayed between the object and theory, followed by the similarities between them and the themes of organizational theory. The goal is to show the intersection points, the contribution of organizational studies for the understanding of this object. It was concluded that the different perspectives presented are complementary, indicating that the councils, places permeated by conflicts of power and cultural issues, constitute new organizational form that is implemented through partnerships networks between society and state. In addition, its objective was also to analyze the technological turbulence in the relationship between NPDA and SNP. Through a survey done with industrial companies from Brazil, it was found a positive effect of three strategic orientations (consumer, learning and innovation) on new products development ability, as well as innovation orientation was the most influent antecedent on NPDA. The study’s scenario is the city called Sao Luis, located in the state of Maranhao, where 629 questionnaires were obtained. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, factor analysis and multiple linear regression have been used. Tal processo gerou dependencia economica e o VRP ainda nao encontrou solucoes efetivas e sustentaveis para se desenvolver sem o tabaco. Com esta preocupacao, o presente estudo avaliou a experiencia da Cooperativa de Tabacos de Jujuy, localizada na Provincia de Jujuy, Argentina, que atua no mercado de tabaco desde 1947 e a partir de 1982 comecou a diversificar sua atividade principal com a plantacao, beneficiamento e exportacao de varios tipos de feijao. Buscou-se nesta experiencia identificar contribuicoes do cooperativismo agroindustrial para o VRP no tocante a diversificacao produtiva. Concluiu-se que o cooperativismo agroindustrial e um importante instrumento para promover o desenvolvimento sustentavel. No decorrer do estudo ficou evidenciado que a cooperativa traz muitos beneficios para seus cooperados em todas as areas, com destaque as areas economica e social.
