Thus, the objective of the analysis is to identify the similarities and differences of municipal sustainable development of each municipality , proposing alternative ways to improve these indexes, through the concepts Sachs (1997). The work is guided by a comparative analysis of data considering the indicators in 2012 and 2014 , through a survey of documentary approach .
