Reading habits of university students have been affected adversely by the unprecedented pandemic. While the students, during this period being distanced from the regular academic environment, have opted for alternative engagements, the time for reading and number of books covered have dwindled remarkably. This article examined the changed dynamics of both academic and nonacademic reading habits of the students at public and private universities in Bangladesh. Data were collected from 700 students through a questionnaire using Google form. The results show that reading habits have been adversely affected during this pandemic as 44.6% students read books only 1-2 hours whereas 57.4% of them spend 5-6 hours using electronic devices for multiple purposes mostly other than reading. Mimarlık ve mühendislik alanlarındaki buluşlar sayesinde tasarımında farklılıklara gidilen, geçmiş kullanımında sadece örtü, kabuk ve filtre gibi işlevi olan bina cepheleri artık tasarımın niteliğine uygun çözümler sunmaktadır. İnsanlarda yapıya yönelik ilk izlenimi oluşturan cephelerin tasarım kriterleri ve uygulama parametreleri ise en temelde uygulanacağı yapının işlevine göre farklılaşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada yüksek inşaat alanlarıyla sirkülasyonun yoğun olduğu yerler olan şehir hastaneleri ve cephe uygulamaları araştırma odağını oluşturmaktadır. Bu bağlamda Türkiye’de gündemde olan şehir hastanelerinde cephe tasarımlarının ve kullanılan cephe malzemeleri nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden veri toplama ve iz sürme metotları kullanılarak araştırılmıştır. İlk etapta Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın cephe tasarımıyla ilgili yönlendirici bir yönetmelik yayınlamaması doğrultusunda cephe tasarımını tasarımcının tercihlerine göre şekillendiği bilgisi aktarılmalıdır. Halbuki uygun fiziksel ortamı sağlayan, konfor düzeyini etkileyen cephe kararları için hem ilk yatırım hem kullanım aşamasındaki maliyetler kapsamında etkin olan evre tasarım evresidir. Bu bilgiden yola çıkılarak şehir hastanelerinin tasarımında kullanılan malzemeler ve oluşturulan saydam ve opak yüzeylerin maliyeti ne düzeyde etkilediği araştırılmıştır. Karasal iklim koşullarında farklı cephe malzemeleri ve oranlarına sahip şehir hastaneleri incelenmiş, optimal sonucun elde edildiği cephe yüzdelik oranı belirlenmiştir. En uygun sonuç poliklinik bloklarında %24 şeffaf, %76 opaklığa sahip Eskişehir Şehir Hastanesinde çıkmışken, yatak bloklarında en uygun sonuç %44 şeffaf, %56 opak ile Bilkent Şehir Hastanesinde görülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda cam yüzey miktarının artması sonucunda cephe maliyetinin arttığı görülmüş ve aralarında doğrusal bir orantı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. On the theoretical level, can global governance framework offer us anything more than traditional theories of international relations to comprehend world politics? The paper first proposes a new method to classify the literature on global governance. After analyzing the works and arguments of the main camps of the debate, the paper answers both questions affirmatively. Up to 26 May 2021, 7,93,693 confirmed cases and 12458 deaths were reported in Bangladesh, whereas globally it counted 16,74,92,769 cases and 34,82,907 deaths. The beleaguered healthcare system has conducted 58,71,353PCR tests since 8 March 2020 and ranked Bangladesh as 33rd position in world. This paper sketched out overall scenario as a narrative including the impact on health system, economics and response from government to tackle the pandemic. It gathered secondary data from sources including journals, newspapers, and government info site to retrieve current information. Although the government took measures such as lockdown, social distancing, quarantine, and isolation from initial stage, misconceptions on vaccination, personal health hygiene, and lack of public responses are retributive to the robust COVID-19 surge. Duchene, who made a conceptual classification of the EU's effectiveness in the international arena in the 1970s, defined the EU as \"civilian power\". The EU, combined the common foreign and security policies in the Maastricht Treaty’s second column, aimed to be univocal and more effective in the international system. The EU, preferring positive conditionally with diplomatic and economic assistance, aimed to be an effective actor in the international system. Unemployment is one of the main (if not the most important) socio-economic problem in the Balkans and some country in EU, Unemployment is the most drastic form of social inequality. Unemployment has serious consequences for social and economic stability. Unemployment, as a general socio-economic phenomenon, for a longer time, is present in all countries of the world, regardless of the level of development and their socio-economic adjustment. Currently, the goal of each country is to achieve a sustainable economic development, which requires the achievement of a steady economic growth. One of the prerequisites for economic growth is macroeconomic stability. Among the different opinions from different schools about macroeconomic stability, the main indicator of macroeconomic stability is economic growth and unemployment. In order to provide scientific work descriptions with elements of scientific classification in understanding the problem of unemployment with a parallel approach to employment policy, with this work scientific aims to analyze relevant indicators of unemployment, the phenomenon of social (insecurity) as the root cause of unemployment, and thus determine the correlation between unemployment and economic development on the one hand, while on the other hand it aims through classification to enable finding the cause of the phenomenon of unemployment. Regardless of the situation, basically all policies, including macroeconomic, infrastructure and other sectoral policies, have different social and distributional effects that need to be accurately understood and translated into fair, participatory, and non-discriminatory policies that ensure greater formal employment. and better, and thus ensures a higher level of security quality in securing livelihoods and increasing the income of the insurance system, social protection and for the promotion and realization of social inclusion.\u0000Unemployment is one of the most difficult economic problems, as it creates an income deficit, a situation that results in inequalities and stratification in society. Sociological and economic studies emphasize that employment is not only the most important determinant of the position of people in every country, but is also important for creating meaning, income, social stability and quality of life and a condition for participation in social activity. Unemployment which in fact will be the focus in the elaboration of this paper, then the analysis of the types of unemployment, analyzing the main reasons for unemployment. Elbette bu tespiti yapan bir şair olunca rakamları kullanmak yerine temel enstrümanı olan şiire başvurur. Tarihte ilk tespitinin XV. yüzyılda yapıldığı tarih düşürme geleneği, günümüzde de devam etmektedir. Klasik Türk edebiyatında tarih düşürme ustası olarak anılan birçok şair mevcuttur. Bursalı Haşimî, Seyyid Osman Surûrî ve Antepli Aynî bu türün en güzel örneklerini veren şairlerdendir. XVI. yüzyılda Osmanlı toplumunda yetişmiş olan Kandî de kaynakların tarih manzumelerini övdükleri müverrihlerin başında gelmektedir. XVI. yüzyıl tezkirecilerinin aracılığıyla haberdar olduğumuz Kandî’nin hayatı hakkında elimizde çok az bilgi vardır. Şiirleri ve tarihleriyle ilgili örnekler bugün şair tezkirelerinde ve şiir mecmualarında bulunmaktadır. Tezkirecilerin şair ile ilgili varmış oldukları ortak kanaat onun şiirlerinden ziyade tarih manzumeleriyle bilindiği ve şöhretini bu yolla elde ettiği yönündedir. Bundan dolayı Kandî için şair sıfatının yanı sıra müverrih ibaresi de sıkça kullanılır. Elbette Kandî dışında tarih düşüren çoğu şairin tarih manzumeleri ile ilgili akademik çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Ancak hakkında çalışma yapılan şairlerin bugün elimizde divanları ya da başka bir eserleri mevcutken Kandî’nin eserlerinden geriye kalmış kalıntıları başka kaynaklardan temin etmekteyiz. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi öğrencilerine (n=390) anket uygulanmıştır. Katılımcıların kişisel bilgileri, İnstagram kullanım amaçları ve İnstagram’dan alışveriş yapma durumu tespit edildikten sonra, araştırma hipotezlerine yönelik analizler yapılmıştır. Analizlerde Pearson Chi-Square Testi kullanılmış olup, anlamlı ilişki tespit edildiğinde, ikili karşılaştırmalarda Bonferroni Testi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, öğrencilerin İnstagram kullanım amaçları sırasıyla, arkadaş takibi, fotoğraf ve video paylaşımı, alışveriş yapmak, modayı ve ünlüleri takip etmektir. Modayı takip etmek, alışveriş yapmak ve firmaları takip etmek için İnstagram’ı kullanan ve yaş olarak daha büyük olan kadın katılımcılar, İnstagram üzerinden daha çok alışveriş yapmaktadır. Bu nedenle bedenin ölçüleri ve bunların değişimi sağlıklı yaşam ölçütü olarak değerlendirilmekte, bunların toplum ve birey tarafından algılanması da beden imajını belirlemektedir. Çalışma sağlıklı yaşamın unsurlarının sosyodemografik açıdan değerlendirerek, sağlıklı beden imajını ortaya koymaya çalışmaktadır. Yöntem: Sağlıklı yaşamı ölçmek için çalışmada, sosyodemografik veriler, Beden Kitle İndeksi, Bel Çevresi, Biyoelektrik İmpedans Analizi, yeme alışkanlıkları, hareket düzeyi, spor veya egzersiz alışkanlıkları ve bazı kan değerleri kullanılmıştır. Muğla ilindeki Sağlıklı Hayat Merkezlerine (SHM) 2016 yılında başvuran 2773 kişi değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Araştırma retrospektif bir çalışmadır. Bulgular: SHM’ye başvuranların bel çevresi ve BKİ açısından yüksek riskli yada şişman olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Danışanlar gün içerisinde 30 dakikadan az yürüyüş yapmakta, fakat ortalama 6 saat hareketsiz kalmaktadırlar. Aile fertlerinde şişman olması ise diğerlerinde de benzer eğilimlerin varlığını göstermektedir. Sonuç: Danışanların toplam yağ oranları ve vücut ağırlıklarında azalma olması ise SHM’lerin bireylere olumlu katkısıdır.
