Its active presence is ever-present in the multidimensional process of life cycle. The continuous process of development leads to the pinnacle of development. The development of the material side of man is visible and recognized, likewise, the development of its immaterial aspect (souls) is essential. A person is composed of body and soul. Balanced development of both sides of the human being gives recognition to a complete and fulfilled human being. The soul is the main director of the body. The effectiveness and success of his material development depends to a large extent on the development of the soul. The best of creation is seated in the best seat of mankind through the proper development of the soul. Philosophy and principles that play an important role in the development of the soul, it will undoubtedly be identified as a role model for building a developed and ideal human society for generations to come.","PeriodicalId":302537,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Social, Political and Economic Research","volume":"352 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141011929","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Masud Rana","doi":"10.46291/ijospervol11iss1pp1-16","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.46291/ijospervol11iss1pp1-16","url":null,"abstract":"There have been revolutionary changes in the arts, literature and culture of Bengal during the post-Polasshey battle period. As the British interfered with the rule and government system, the then Muslims left no stone unturned to protect the so-called religious values cherished by Muslims. During this time the British brought about a lot of administrative reformation by passing and enacting newer laws in order to ensure their power long lasting. Although the British started ruling the Bengal with the purpose of trade and commerce at the beginning, later on they started ruling for political gains. They formulated laws that were suited to the existing society and culture and so the influence of newer forms of culture increased gradually. Although the local Muslims rejected the arts, education and culture of the British merchants, the Hindu community soon accepted them and became successful in attaining the satisfaction and favourism of the British. Thus, the Hindus solely succeeded in playing a great role in influencing the administration. After a further deterioration of the Muslims in the administrative role in the 19th century, the Muslim leaders realized the situation and they took some timely decisions. As a result, an introduction to Muslim renaissance started along with the changes of their previous negligence. By that time, the youths of the Hindu community, patronized by the British merchants and ruling community, have gained sole control in most of the social indexes including trade and commerce, education and job sectors. During this period, there arose a complicated proximity in the relationship between the Hindus and the Muslims and a result, a great change went through the socio-cultural aspects. The Muslims participated in some minor to significant rebellious movements against the British to get rid of the antagonistic/contradictory behavior, discrimination and exploitation of the British. These movements, although were not completely successful outwardly, paved the way for preparing a strong foundation of nationalistic movements later on. Thus, there arose a new context in which the study of language, arts, literature and gaining knowledge got a new dimension which paved the way for a new culture amidst the repudiation of the British elements.","PeriodicalId":302537,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Social, Political and Economic Research","volume":"54 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139960637","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Man can, if he wishes, keep the creator's creative intention intact by positioning in the seat of the best creature in creation, but if he wishes, he can lower himself to the lowest level. He completely keeps up freedom of will and freedom of action. In this case, action selection is its main driving force. A general man by properly following the path of his God (Allah) can appoint himself to a higher position than the innocent angels. On the other hand, he turns himself into the worst creature in creation like a cursed devils. It is only possible for a Muslim who strictly follows the principles of Islam with a holy soul to find the path of Allah and achieve success. Therefore, it is an essential duty of every Muslim, who strictly follows the principles of Islam, to free themselves from all self-destructive activities. Undoubtedly actual performance of these duties opens the way to self-purification. As a result, he has a pure soul achieves the satisfaction of the Almighty Allah, and owns the highly expected paradise. Besides the root of this success is complete self-purification from all evil deeds and actions. Therefore, it is absolutely essential to make every effort to overcome the obstacles of self-purification identified in the light of the Quran- Hadith.","PeriodicalId":302537,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Social, Political and Economic Research","volume":"88 14","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139959449","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

He encouraged human society to teach, preach and spread the teachings of the Qur’an. But because the language of the Qur’an is Arabic, if non-Arabs want to learn the Qur’an, they may have to learn the Qur’an by learning the Arabic language well or they have to translate the Qur’an into their mother tongue. This study was conducted to mention those who have been trying to make the Qur'an comprehensible to about three hundred million Bengali speakers at different times. This article features the earliest Bengali translations as part of a larger study.\u0000Many of these translators have tried to present the basic teachings of the Qur'an in an easy way for people to adhere to the basic spirit of the Qur'an. Many have succeeded in their endeavors. And some non-Muslims are also seen translating, who, rather than believing in the faith of the Qur'an, translate it to find out any weakness of the Qur'an as part of their own religious agenda. While there are many translations of the Qur’an in Bangladesh and proper cataloging of translations, the quality of translations and translators has not been evaluated in the past. Therefore, in this research, the translation work carried out in Bangladesh for the first time has been listed and evaluated.","PeriodicalId":302537,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Social, Political and Economic Research","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116670023","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study also describes the development of preschoolers at all stages. The study touched on how it is necessary to properly organize the process of teaching a foreign language for preschoolers to learn the material faster and easier and how teachers make lessons fun to motivate students. Participants of the study are ten experienced teachers who teach English as a foreign language in Baku (Azerbaijan). Data has been collected through semi-structured interviews with ten English teachers. Observations in the city of Baku have shown that many private preschools have an English education and that this element is the reason for parents’ school preference. In the research, factors such as teachers’ approach to education and methods of making lessons were acquired from interviews through the qualitative content analysis method and examined under different categories. The research found that teaching foreign languages to children at preschool was more effective, and that varied teaching approaches for children had long-term effects on teaching foreign languages.","PeriodicalId":302537,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Social, Political and Economic Research","volume":"28 1 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127683058","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Here the characteristics of interest and its negative effects have been discussed logically and beautifully. By reading this article one can get a clear picture of how interest creates economic and social instability as well as the harmful effects of interest on investment and production. The holy Quran prohibited interest and all forms of interest-based transaction 1400 years ago. From this article one can know that the prohibition of interest is applicable for Muslims and non-Muslims alike. So, in order to free our economy from the cruel clutch of interest, Muslims and non-Muslims all have to come forward to remove interest from the society. \u0000Beside creating public awareness against interest, we have to find out a proper alternative to interest-based economy. For this, the brilliant minds of our country should employ their skill, intelligence and sincerity. As is known, natural gas is one of the main resources that Europe imports. The continental countries’ need for natural gas is quite large. According to experts’ calculations, gas demand in Europe will double in the next decade. Although the total consumption of renewable energy is expected to reach 32 percent by 2030, natural gas will still be of great importance to Europe. Continental nations are trying to diversify gas supplies to Europe to reduce coal use and high greenhouse gas emissions. In this case, the competition for gas supply to the continent increases even more. In energy diversification, the main focus is on intensifying relations with the countries of the Caspian Sea region, that is, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. Geographically located in the southeast of Russia, the region has a double advantage in terms of laying pipelines that will ensure the transportation of large undiscovered gas and oil reserves directly to Europe.","PeriodicalId":302537,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Social, Political and Economic Research","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126101739","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The constant socio-economic developments and changings bring the necessity to harmonize the legislation to these changes, helping the foreign workers to ensure their rights, guaranteeing their legal and labor security, and good working conditions as well. Although the legislation establishes a set of rights and guarantees, studies have confirmed that foreign workers are in a position of vulnerability, so its relevant to focus on questions like: Which documents allow entry and to stay in the country, the importance of holding one of those documents and possible consequences of not having such documentation? What is meant by undeclared work? What is the legal and labor insecurity of the foreign worker?
