Heroes of the time act as symbolic value-behavioral complexes, they are part of the conceptual apparatus for analyzing changes in attitudes towards historical personalities, historical memory as the basis of solidarity. The current state is char-acterized by trends of changes in value attitudes among Russian students, which inevitably affects social soli-darity. The theoretical apparatus is based on an appeal to the classics of sociology (E. Durkheim), the concept of anomie is considered in relation to the current period. A hypothesis of the causes of the state of disunity is formulated based on the destruction of the feedback mechanism in traditional methods of forming social soli-darity. In his cultural forms of behavior, a person relies on eternal truths, formulated in the form of moral imper-atives, captured in traditional forms (songs, fairy tales) and institutional practices of conveying meanings and patterns of behavior (upbringing, education). Heroes and anti-heroes act as triggers for the fragmentation of youth and Russian society. The article presents the results of a 2022 pilot survey of university youth, character-izing attitudes towards personalities of Russian history (authorities). The aim of the work is to study the features of the emotional-volitional sphere as a factor of so-cio-psychological adaptation of adolescents with mental retardation in order to further develop recommenda-tions for providing them with psychological and pedagogical assistance on the basis of the identified patterns. As a result, it was ascertained that adolescents with mental retardation are characterized by a higher level of socio-psychological adaptation compared to adolescents with a normal type of mental development. At the same time, the high level of adaptation of adolescents with mental retardation is determined by such features of the emotional and personal sphere as external locus of control, a low degree of neuropsychic stability and low personal anxiety. The article characterizes the key aspects of professional self-determination of young people, including the assessment of vocational guidance counseling, determination of the awareness level of the choice of profession, identification of ways to search for places of possible employment, and prospects for professional development in the Arctic region. The direc-tions of improving the research tools are outlined. Strategic competence is considered in two interrelated main aspects. In the first aspect, strategic professional competence implies intellectual activity aimed at identifying and select-ing new, effective strategic actions that ensure the success and effectiveness of activities, achieving competi-tive advantages of the organization. In the second aspect, strategic competence is considered as a key compo-nent in the framework of communication in the performance of professional activities and communication, and here such professional and personal competencies as communicative potential, readiness for professional interpersonal interaction, focus on creating relationships for the formation of a friendly community on a profes-sional basis, personal influence, positive self-image and self-esteem are important, high level of social (emo-tional) intelligence, customer focus in the state and in business (client-centricity). It argues the importance of intro-ducing physical training and recreational activities into the daily regimen of children with severe speech im-pairments, taking into account the specificity of physical development, children's fitness and climatic conditions. In the course of the work, special and methodological literature on this problem was studied and analyzed, a study of the coordination abilities of preschool children with severe speech impairments in the Far North was carried out, since one of the main aspects of the physical development of preschoolers is the development of coordination abilities. The role of the primary school teacher in the formation of the mathematical abilities of younger schoolchildren is substantiat-ed. The analysis of scientific and methodical literature is carried out, the contradictions between the require-ments to the teacherэs competence and the directions of preparation for professional activity within a particular subject area are revealed. The identified contradictions determined the importance of developing in future pri-mary school teachers the skills of constructing and using a program of individual achievements for junior schoolchildren when designing mathematics lessons. The relationship between inclinations, abilities and types of activities aimed at developing the mathematical abilities of younger schoolchildren is revealed. The im-portance of building a program of individual achievements for junior schoolchildren when studying the module “Theories and Technologies of Primary Mathematics Education” is described.
