It is emphasized that contradic-tions are growing in this sphere, and the imbalance between the supply and demand for services is increasing. Formation of the global digital environment dynamizes changes in the labor market and has an increasingly active influence on the state employment policy in almost all countries, including the Russian Federation. The unregulated digital environment exacerbates the problem of inequality in the sphere of social and labor rela-tions and gives it a new quality. In this regard, it is especially important for young people to acquire that higher education, which, on the one hand, will be in demand in a qualitatively new labor market, and on the other hand, meets their personal needs and expectations. The authors conducted a study using an online question-naire to identify employment problems for young professionals. The study concludes that there is a discrepan-cy between the aspirations of young people and the needs of the real economy. The relevance of the work is due to the fact that the use of traditional employee motiva-tion tools is becoming less effective. The aim of the article is to analyze the impact of innovation-oriented ap-proach to employee motivation on the company’s competitiveness. Materials and methods. Approaches to the definition of innovation-oriented motivation and employee satisfaction were considered by E.A. Turysova, V.V. Voschilo, V. Kurdi, J. Walter, S. Juba, etc.; the results of the author’s sociological research using the method of questionnaire survey of managers of Moscow enterprises (n = 355) are also presented. Results. The attitude of the heads of Moscow enterprises to the innovation-oriented labor motivation is determined. Conclusions. There is no unified position among the heads of enterprises regarding the concept of innovation-oriented labor moti-vation. Many of the possible answers were outlined by social thought before the very concept of consumer society emerged or without reference to it. Nevertheless, taking them into account is important for understanding the process of consumerization. The author of the article offers a classification of theoretical explanations of this phenomenon, consisting of four possible directions: macro-conflict, individual-conflict, macro-functional, individually-functional. Further, the genesis of consumer society is examined as part of the concept of commodity fetishism by K. Marx, in the works on consumption by E. Fromm, in the concept of the society of abundance and demonstrative consumption by T. Veblen, fashion – R. von Jhering – G. Simmel, in the works of P. Bourdieu and other authors. Dual training entering the practice of educational institutions allows developing not only professional but also personal qualities that are most im-portant for a teacher. The article discusses the results of the experimental study, the aim of which is to identify qualitative changes in the level of a number of psychological and pedagogical characteristics of readiness of future primary school teachers for teaching activities in the conditions of dual education. The results obtained during the empirical research show an increase in the level of such characteristics as general educational skills and teaching abilities. The results of the study can become the basis for further research in this area, for the development of special training programs in the system of dual training technology. Kedich","doi":"10.24158/spp.2023.11.10","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24158/spp.2023.11.10","url":null,"abstract":"The article touches upon the issue of empirical study of the emotional sphere characteristics of working youth and such resource factors as resilience, job satisfaction and interpersonal relations. The sample consisted of 163 people aged 18 to 27 years old. The results obtained showed that the majority of respondents (service workers) formally fulfill their professional duties without personal inclusion and empathy. A high level of gen-eral resilience is characteristic of those who are less susceptible to emotional burnout. With increasing length of service the level of emotional burnout increases, at the same time, an increase in enthusiasm for work is able to reduce this level. Comparative analysis based on gender: girls have higher indicators on the scales “general level of emotional burnout” and “emotional exhaustion” than boys. Emotional indices of girls are more typical than in the group of boys. Working girls, unlike working boys, are characterized as easily excitable, they experi-ence all events that occur with them more intensively and for a longer period of time. Working girls more often than boys are exposed to manifestations of emotional instability. Correlations between the emotionality pa-rameters and indices of interpersonal relations have been revealed. It is empha-sized that the welfare of the Kazakhstani family is inextricably linked to the process of internalization of values as the construction of the meaning matrix of society. In order to reveal the peculiarities of the impact of the mass media on the reproduction of generally significant perceptions of Kazakhstani people about family wel-fare, the author conducted a content analysis of the newspaper “Kazakhstanskaya Pravda”, which allowed to select some of the most meaningful publications in the newspaper read by ordinary citizens The analysis of the newspaper showed that the formation of attitudes towards family welfare depends on the constructs by which these categories are labeled in official rhetoric. This article presents the results of a sociological study using quantitative (questionnaires) and qualitative (8 in-depth interviews, 4 focus groups) methods. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, the main values of Tuvan youth were identi-fied, such as: family, health, children, education, love, work and material affluence. Qualitative methods re-vealed the problems of collision of traditional values and modern trends, when the structure of values of mod-ern Tuvan youth was built in an inverse hierarchy: material values, education, career growth and family. The work analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations that allow to give it a status definition in scientific, in particular, so-cio-cultural and pedagogical knowledge. According to the article it is demonstrated that the use of this concept, on the one hand, is based on the theory of information society, and on the other hand – on the principles of interdisciplinarity, actively exploited in modern science. Besides, the article presents preliminary results of the academic research work on the problem of creation and functioning of the historical quantorium, carried out by the authors on the basis of the Lipetsk State Pedagogical University named after P.P.
