The purpose of this study is to identify the necessary support and develop recommendations for rep-resentatives of the creative industries in creating professional communities and influencing them. Diverse defi-nitions of the term “creative industry”, as utilized in various global contexts such as Japan, Great Britain, etc., are expounded upon. The increasing role of professional communities in the development of creative industries in Russia is highlighted. The analysis ascertains the profound positive ramifications of creative industries on the evolution of professional communities, reciprocally, the constructive influence professional communities wield on creative sectors is elucidated. Furthermore, the author posits that creative industries not only furnish individ-uals with new cultural experiences but also serve as a conduit for acquiring information and express their indi-viduality. {"title":"Features of Motivation of Students Involved in Rifle Shooting (According to the Sport Motivation Scale Questionnaire)","authors":"Svetlana M. The study involves 68 student shooters. It is empha-sized that the results of processing the answers provided by the respondents revealed intrinsic motivation as the leading one for the students-shooters of different courses. Demotivation of learners is investigated in detail in the study. Demotivation is correlated with internal motivation and the motive of goal displacement. Shooting students of the second and third years of study, especially those without sports categories, have a high level of demotivation; they also have a lower level of motives for self-development and learning new things. It is as-sumed that increased levels of demotivation are associated with poor sports results. The content and conclusions of the study are based on the results of applying the Semantic Differential method to study the perception and specificity of assessment by representatives of various ethnic youth groups residing in the Irkutsk region of each other based on national identity. It is emphasized that the values of the studied indicators represent the social distance between com-munities, which is the subject of study within the framework of this research. The differentiation of large social groups in the region is revealed based on parameters of perception of interaction forms between them and the prevalence of socio-cultural stereotypes, which is manifested in different evaluative judgments from represent-atives of ethnic youth groups regarding personality traits, activity, and degree of dominance in the social space. In conclusion, the study underscores the need for continued research into the dynamics of social distance and stereotypes within ethnic youth groups. In order to prevent offenses, the problem of the formation of legal social capital is urgent, which ensures that the rights and interests of all segments of the population are taken into account and contributes to strengthening the country’s sovereignty. Legal social capital is formed on the basis of faith in the fairness of laws, adherence to the rule of law, and respect for legal legislation. The types of legal social capital are: personal, group, organizational, social and international. At the same time, digital technologies have a certain impact on the educational process and, accordingly, on the quality of education in universities. In this article, the author analyzes this impact in the context of forecasting the occurrence of possible negative consequences. The pos-sible risks associated with the automation of the learning process, as well as the risks associated with an over-abundance of the introduction of digital platforms into the educational process, are considered. Further, the possibility of the emergence of some psychological problems as a result of prolonged contact with the digital space, such as a decrease in creative thinking, attention, memory, as well as the emergence of technological dependence, is discussed. Particular attention is paid to the problem of students completing tasks using artifi-cial intelligence technology. The final part of the article contains conclusions and recommendations concerning the optimal limit of digital technologies’ applicability in the educational process. The modern society requires for high-quality mul-tidimensional training and for students to develop not only knowledge, skills and abilities, but also the ability for self-knowledge, positive self-attitude and self-actualization. The aim of the study is to investigate the dynamics of interrelationships of student’s self-attitude, academic motivation and self-esteem of educational and research activity. The methodological basis of the study is the cultural-historical concept of L.S. Vygotsky, the system-structural approach of K.K. Platonov, V.N. Myasishchev, et al..; the activity approach of B.G. Ananyev, B.F. Lomov, A.N. Leontiev. A decrease in self-attitude, academic motivation and self-estimate of the subjective experience of students’ educational activity was revealed as they progressed through the stages of educational activity, as well as academic amotivation increases. Motivation for academic activities and subjective experience in educational activities have little influence on the formation of students’ self-attitude. The self-attitude of students is most strongly correlated with the mo-tives of achievement and cognition. The authors characterize the inclusion of migrant minors in the socio-cultural life of Russian society as a priority direction of the state migration policy. It is the education system that has the leading role in including migrant minors into the sociocultural space of the country. The preferable result of a migrant child's entry into a new society is integration, i.e. full inclusion in the political, economic and social life of Russia. The article pre-sents a detailed program of socio-cultural adaptation of migrants and their effective integration into the space of the place of settlement.
