The laws relating to property undergoes many changes from time to time as to accommodate the changing need of the society. The major changes in the law of property held after the adoption of our Constitution. The Article 14 of the Constitution of India guarantees equality among men and women as a fundamental right. Following by Article 15 which allows special provisions can be made for women and child. Article 19 1(f) which said that right to property was a fundamental right, which later on amended and now property is a legal right under article 300A of the Constitution of India. Article 39(f) which is directive principle also concern about the safeguard of the child. The court observed that right to property is not only a constitutional right but also a human right1, and no person can be deprived of his property save and except by and in accordance with law. Due to Constitutional guarantees the legislature has brought Hindu Succession Act in 19562 and Hindu Marriage Act in 19553 along with three other Acts. Hindu Succession Act has amended and codified the law relating to intestate succession4. This Act has laid down a uniform and comprehensive system of inheritance of property. Moreover this Act gave rights to women to property which were unknown till then. The provision of this Act in relation to property is clear for legitimate child, but is silent for illegitimate child. The paper will focus on the right of illegitimate progeny to maintenance from their parents as well as right of inheritance to their parents self acquired as well as ancestral property in a Hindu family.","PeriodicalId":301862,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Membrane Science and Technology","volume":"5 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139593099","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Our work consists of a numerical study of the heat equations in a fixed-bed centimetric grate furnace modeled by a natural laterite inner wall and a kaolin laterite wall. Simulation results showed that the kiln filling rate at 100% is 5 kg of fuel. From 500o C as the starting point for heating, the temperature reaches a maximum of 1225o C and 1050o C respectively for natural and kaolin laterite at 30 minutes of operation. In addition, the internal temperature is optimal around 35 ± 5 hgs-1 of internal air flow. A drop in internal temperature was observed after 35 minutes due to mass degradation and convection of the outlet gas. Natural laterite tends to retain heat inside the kiln more than kaolinite, which dissipates too quickly. These results show that, depending on how heat is converted into energy, the right materials and operations need to be chosen to optimize the process.","PeriodicalId":301862,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Membrane Science and Technology","volume":"9 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139595980","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ocimum gratissimum was used since the ancient past for its antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulatory properties and it has long been employed in herbal therapy. Ocimum gratissimum’s stem extract was used in several research to synthesize silver nanoparticles and assess their antioxidant properties. The antioxidant capacity of the stem extract is influenced by the phytochemicals found in it, including phenolic substances, flavonoids, and tannins. These phytochemicals have the ability to stabilize the synthesized nanoparticles and serve as reducing agents. The DPPH radical scavenging activity and Hydroxyl radical scavenging activity was used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of the synthesized silver nanoparticles. The results of the conducted assays shows that the Ocimum gratissimum silver nanoparticles has shown to possess significant antioxidant activity and can be used as a therapeutic alternative to the commercial antioxidant drugs.","PeriodicalId":301862,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Membrane Science and Technology","volume":"21 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140502283","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The current medical system is unable to obtain the entire information from the heart disease database. It is difficult for a physician to analyze and diagnose chronic disease because it is a challenging endeavor. Hence this paper proposes a novel weight and bias tune deep multi-layer perceptron for heart disease prediction (WBTDMLP) with optimal feature selection using modified random forest (MRF). The proposed system comprised ‘3’ phases such as data preprocessing, feature selection, and HD prediction. Initially the HD prediction data is collected from the Cleveland dataset and the missing value imputation and data normalization is applied on the dataset to preprocess the dataset. Following that, the feature selection was performed by using the MRF algorithm. Finally, the HD prediction is done based on WBTDMLP approach and the parameters are tuned by Sobel sequence with Brownian random walk-based dragonfly optimization algorithm (SSBRWDOA). The results indicate that the proposed approach reaches 97.89% accuracy, which is relatively higher than existing methods.","PeriodicalId":301862,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Membrane Science and Technology","volume":"118 44","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139614849","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It's spoken by more than 422 million Arabs, and 1.5 billion Muslims around the world use it when they pray five times a day. Arabs spoke classical Arabic more than 1400 years ago. On the other hand, dialectal Arabic is the everyday language that is used informally and varies from region to region. Modern Standard Arabic borrows from and adds to other languages to fit the needs of its speakers. Arabic is harder to learn because there are three different ways to speak it: the classical way, the modern way, and the casual way. Arabic is hard to work with on computers for more than one reason. Because Arabic has a lot of inflection and derivation, one lemma can turn into many different words with different meanings.","PeriodicalId":301862,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Membrane Science and Technology","volume":"122 49","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139613700","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Saliva samples showing the presence of nicotine can be very helpful as evidence in a variety of situations. Salivary nicotine levels can reveal smoking habits. It offers proof of whether a person has recently used tobacco goods. Saliva testing can be used, for instance, to support or contradict smoking behaviours in court cases involving custody disputes, child endangerment, or employment regulations. Saliva nicotine testing can be used in criminal investigations to determine a suspect's smoking history. If saliva includes nicotine traces, it can be used to identify the person to a place or occasion, particularly at the crime scene which may reveal discarded cigarette butts or other tobacco-related evidence. Also, exposure to nicotine impacts general health. Saliva tests can reveal whether or not a person uses tobacco, which is important information for determining health risks. For example, nicotine testing can be used by medical practitioners to assess a patient's willingness to stop smoking or to track their progress while participating in smoking cessation programmes. Moreover, some insurance providers take nicotine usage into account when setting insurance premiums or providing coverage. Saliva test results can impact judgments about disability claims, health insurance, and life insurance. However, it's crucial to properly interpret the findings of nicotine tests. Due to the variety of benefits associated with the identification of salivary nicotine, this article aims to develop an affordable technique that can facilitate the in-situ, real-time detection of nicotine in saliva samples.","PeriodicalId":301862,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Membrane Science and Technology","volume":"119 50","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139615168","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
