A total of 257 employees from the Ministry of Education in Oman participated in the study. The analytical descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire comprising 31 items was distributed among the participants to assess the quality of educational services, distinguished human resources, material and financial resources, and the pursuit of institutional excellence. The study found that the level of competitive advantage in the Ministry of Education in Oman was \"average\", with the quality of educational services dimension having the highest level and the distinguished human resources dimension having the lowest level. The study also revealed statistically significant differences in the responses due to qualification and years of experience. However, there were no statistically significant differences due to gender and nature of work. According to the developed research aim, the identified research question was based on making the searches regarding the factors that can leadership culture in the performing educational institute practices. Methods: For developing the answers to the established research topic, the current research uses the primary quantitative survey-based research design with the use of the questionnaire surveys that were distributed among the 100 higher management members in the educational institutes. These educational institutes were identified in the southwest of England, UK. Findings: The findings of the current research mainly indicate the fact that data-driven facts about leadership practices can have a positive impact on running educational institutions. It was further analysed from the developed research results that the culture shifts in the leadership practices of the educational institutions can be brought in when the stakeholders of the educational institutions mainly decided to support the leadership practices. Conclusion: In the end, the paper concludes that the leadership culture in educational institutes must be established in a manner that supports organisational growth in the long run. There are very limited studies which are been conducted on the established topic. Therefore, the current research also recommends that future research be conducted on the mentioned topic. As an edible food, the rice skin is separated, which produces solid waste in the form of rice bran. Generally, the rice bran produced from the rice milling process is 8-12%. Rice bran is only used for animal feed. Rice bran contains various vitamins and antioxidants, one of which is anthocyanins. The benefits of anthocyanins include natural pH indicators, natural dyes usually used in food and beverages, and anticancer. Extraction in this study using a pneumatic press machine for pilot scale and the other aim of this research were study the potential of SME (small and medium enterprises) Scale. The analysis of rice bran oil is conducted by the Spectrophotometric method. The variables used in the extraction process in this study were pressures of 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 bars and stabilization time of 8, 11, 14, 17 and 20 minutes with a pressure of 7 bar on the yield and the content of anthocyanins. The obtained yield is at the 7 bar, which was 6.45%. The yield shows that the pressure is related to the yield of rice bran oil. It shows that the highest anthocyanin content was obtained at the optimum stabilization time is 20 minutes with an anthocyanin content of 36.9 mg/kg. The capacity of this press machine is 5 kg, so by using the ratio of rice bran: solvent (1: 7), if the maximum raw material that can be processed is 625 gr and 4375 gr solvent, a yield of 40.3125 gr will be obtained. The process of legal research is adjusted to the legal events that occur. Legal research can be seen from various aspects. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the types, approaches, research data, data collection techniques, and data analysis methods in legal research. This research uses a conceptual approach which is still within the scope of the normative approach because it only examines the opinions that develop in the research method. The results of this study indicate that the type of legal research is divided into field research using primary data and library research using secondary data. Approaches in legal research are divided into normative, empirical, and philosophical approaches. Data in legal research is grouped into primary data which is obtained directly, and secondary data which is referred to as legal material. Data collection techniques depend on the type of research and data; Primary data was collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, participation, and experimentation. Secondary data was obtained through offline and online searches. Methods of data analysis can be done qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative data analysis used content analysis, narrative analysis, discourse analysis, and interactive analysis methods. One of the most essential services is the Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) service, which is currently provided by the United States’ Global Positioning System (GPS). The GPS has become a global utility comparable to the internet, and it does not ‘just’ provide positioning data, but also provides the most important civilian/military use of the timing signal, which synchronizes all the communication and the encryption in all operations. While the USA has formulated first requirements to strengthen the resiliency of GPS in terms of the availability of accuracy, the availability of integrity and the availability of continuity, NATO has additional options to improve resiliency by integrating the European Galileo constellation. Ankle brachial index is a non-invasive, simple, bedside screening, diagnostic and even prognostic tool, patients with ABI less than 0.9 were found to have PAD, and at risk of cardiovascular events. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study of 338 patients was conducted during the period October 2021 to December 2022. They were referred to vascular and endovascular surgery unit at Ghazi Al-Hariri multispecialty teaching hospital/ Medical city teaching, they were presented with intermittent claudication and other PAD symptoms. Peripheral endovascular angioplasty was done; all were subjected to Ankle brachial index measurement. Results: The study involves 338 patients, among them males were 242 (72%), females were 96 (28%). Age ranged from 25-92 years old, with an age average of 61 years. A total of 203 (60%) were presented with classical lower limb claudication, 100 (30%) patients with atypical symptoms and only 35 (10%) patients with critical limb ischemia. A total of 216 (64%) patients with ABI between 0.4-0.9; 100 (29%) patients with ABI greater than 0.9; 19 (6%) patients with ABI less than 0.4, and only 3(1%) patients with ABI more than 1.4. Meanwhile, the environmental impacts caused by their excessive use, especially fuel, have been criticized more intensely and compromise the sustainability of the Earth. In addition, it influences the consolidation of new sources and ecological matrices. Therefore, this scenario requires the search for new natural, renewable and sustainable sources. In this context, evidence indicates that biomass is one of the sources with solid foundations to replace fossil sources. Urban lignocellulosic biomass shows various attributes, such as being abundant, low cost, easy to locate, renewable, etc. In this line, thermochemical methods have been cited as the most appropriate and sustainable for their transformation. In this context, this scientific review explored the transformation of urban lignocellulosic biomass into carbon fractions through hydrothermal carbonization. After the components of the urban lignocellulosic biomass were provided, such as the chemical composition, physical-chemical and energetic properties, the general vision of hydrothermal carbonization was introduced, with the temperature and residence time were identified as the parameters with the major influence on the thermochemical reaction.
