XYZ city performance results are reported annually in the Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP). In the 2020 LAKIP, it was still found that the formulation of performance indicators was not relevant to the goals/targets to be achieved, and it was also found that performance indicators were not clear how to be measured. In addition, there is a discrepancy between the formulation of the document performance indicators and the performance indicators in the e-SAKIP application. Because it is related to the application, this is the domain of the Diskominfo XYZ City. This study aims to produce a design of performance indicators both at the Diskominfo XYZ City and each field in the Diskominfo XYZ City using the IT Balanced Scorecard approach that has been adopted by COBIT with the term COBIT Goals Cascade. This research produces Enterprise goals, IT-Related Goals, and KPIs for each strategic target in each IT field at the Diskominfo XYZ City.","PeriodicalId":301335,"journal":{"name":"IJAIT (International Journal of Applied Information Technology)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131199532","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main focus in TFG activity is aligning planning logic with field execution estimates using storytelling, mainly through role-playing in a replica of the combat situation. TFG activity is usually done manually by laying out a paper map on the floor and pairing miniatures representing units in operation. In the digital version, TFG activity is typically presented in the form of short film segments representing a stage of combat preparation or by utilizing simple PowerPoint-based animations. The use of such multimedia is considered less representative and may not provide a realistic visualization in the context of battle simulations. This research aims to address the issue of creating realistic visualization and dynamic simulation in combat planning by developing an interactive multimedia application. The contribution to the field of knowledge in this research is focused on the application of the Three-Act Structure, a storytelling framework commonly used in films, into the process of developing multimedia applications. The test results indicate that an interactive multimedia application developed specifically for TFG activities can serve as a comprehensive visualization tool for testing the concept of battle operation plans.","PeriodicalId":301335,"journal":{"name":"IJAIT (International Journal of Applied Information Technology)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117064389","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The high level of waste productivity makes the modern method of transporting garbage by truck (compactor) to each garbage node more efficient. This method has begun to be applied in various cities in Indonesia. However, this method is still dependent on service time, the number of trucks, and limited human resources (HR), which are the causes of the lack of efficiency in waste management in Indonesia. The result of this research is that the intensity of the waste from each node of the trash bin at the TPS can be monitored on the web. The reading data from the LiDAR sensor will be processed using the Time-of-flight method and then sent into ready-to-transport waste intensity data, which will be updated every second (real-time) by each waste node. The waste intensity is classified as complete if the sensor reading is 0-20 cm. marked red on the website, moderate waste intensity if the sensor reads 21-60 cm, marked orange on the website, and empty if the sensor reads 61-120 cm marked white on the website. The results obtained from monitoring the intensity of this waste can help parties and agencies that need information on the intensity of waste at each waste node to maximize waste management.","PeriodicalId":301335,"journal":{"name":"IJAIT (International Journal of Applied Information Technology)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122156041","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

While early detection increases the survival rate and ensures a favorable prognosis for most NCDs, about 80% of reported cases are detected at an advanced stage when little can be achieved in treatment. A few such patients are directed to palliative care in hospices. Some challenges include low awareness of NCDs' signs and symptoms, poor treatment, and inadequate early detection and monitoring services. Data collection was done through observation, personal experience, and interviews in the Beni, Democratic Republic of Congo population. The collected data was analyzed to identify the system requirements for a computer-based information system that supports the management of NCDs in rural areas. The findings propose an analytical application software that applies correlation and regression analysis techniques to analyze patients' vitals. This is to be used by community health workers/volunteers, administrators in health care facilities, and medical doctors to support the implementation of early interventions to prevent NCDs from getting worse at an avoidable rate. The system was developed based on an Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) approach using the V-Shaped system development methodology. Functional testing was conducted to test the system, and the result for each functionality was successful.","PeriodicalId":301335,"journal":{"name":"IJAIT (International Journal of Applied Information Technology)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127845040","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
