Facilities such as masks, hand sanitizers, temperature scanners, and gate sterilizers have been provided to protect the campus community. The entire campus community is encouraged to isolate if there are symptoms of a Covid-19 virus attack. This Vending Machine was developed to provide health protocol facilities in the campus environment with the support of interactive multimedia technology. The development of this tool uses the Prototyping method which focuses on the main functions. The result of the Vending Machine development is that transactions can be used through the Android mobile application device directly through the desktop application contained on the screen at the Vending Machine. As for the value of the quality of the data tested using the XYZ district budget, there is an increase in the uniqueness quality dimension from valid DQI 98.7203 to 100; the conformity quality dimension has also increased from 94.7368 to 100; the accuracy quality dimension also increased significantly from 0 to 100; integrity quality dimension increased from 66.6667 to 100. This change in the paradigm of analytical data from explicit to implicit raises the way to extract knowledge from data through a prospective approach to determine the value of new observations based on the structure of the relationship between input and output. Data preparation is a very important stage in predictive analytics. To run quality analytical data, data with good quality is needed in accordance with the criteria. Data quality plays an important role in strategic decision making and planning before the digital computer era. The main challenge faced is that raw data cannot be directly used for analysis. One problem that arises related to data quality is completeness. Missing data is one that often causes data to become incomplete. As a result, predictive analysis generated from these data becomes inaccurate. In this paper we will discuss the problems related to the quality of data in predictive analytics through a literature study from related research. The insurance had helped up to 217 million patients since its inception in 2014. Capturing insights from a large-scale electronic health record has the potential to give a valuable improvement to the health care processes quality. Process mining is an emerging approach to “bridge” between the domain of data science and process science. It has also been recognized to contribute to the domain of health care where complex and multi-discipline processes are happening. The BPJS Kesehatan data containing routinely collected medical records becomes a valuable source of knowledge to improve the quality of health care. In contrast to its benefits, exploiting and managing population-based health care data for research brings challenges and potential. This paper presents the challenges of conducting process mining projects in the perspective of diversity, data quality, ethics, and security. Therefore, the innovation of the MARGA game, an acronym for Multimedia Embedded Rig for Guided Assistant, was created using tangible interaction to assist these children in learning about animals. Technical testing was conducted twice, namely testing the suitability of tags and the speed of tag reading time, resulting in an average speed of reading RFID tags of 2,653 seconds. In addition to conducting beta testing on two children with intellectual disabilities at Autism Pelita Hafidzh Bandung Special School. Various fields have used machine learning as an information system element that is useful in assisting data processing, personalization, prediction, and performing anomaly detection of occurring transactions. Along with developments, cloud-based machine learning technology is becoming the choice for ease of implementation and connectivity with various other technology platforms. This paper proposes a machine learning architecture as a service (MLaaS) implemented in a case study of a gender prediction model based on height and weight. The results show that the MLaaS architecture is straightforward to implement and fits the needs of various access environments and the ease of updating models centrally. This framework was created to produce a system with a good service concept by following the SCSE workflow in an agile manner through the application of Scrum principles. This paper will provide an overview of how to evaluate the SCFS framework using SOA and Agile principles through a case study. The research methodology used in this paper is a Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM). This research results in project evaluations using SCFS with good Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) parameter results. The SCFS framework can also be used in Agile development environments with fairly good parameters of velocity, story points, sprint burn down, release burn up, value delivered, and job satisfaction. In case studies conducted, this framework can help accelerate the release of service systems. The first release on the test only took 34 working days, 18 working days to get the second release, and 21 working days to get the third release. It provides a serene atmosphere for studies as well as a multitude of resources for research and learning. Unfortunately, this opportunity is abused by some individuals who steal books, causing others who need them to be found wanting and incurs unnecessary costs on the school to replace those materials. In this project, we propose the use of an Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) system to identify and keep track of books in the library. The proposed system would use Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) to raise an alarm when a book is being taken out of the library without having gone through the required procedures put in place for the borrowing of books. An alarm serves to notify the security guards and library staff stationed for quick alert and response to the book theft as well as to deter individuals from attempting to do so. If implemented correctly, a very high accuracy of detection can be achieved. These difficulties such as human errors, low capability of the operator, loss of employee data, or errors in real-time data sharing. Centralized Information Technology (IT) system can assist a company in carrying out the process of managing employees, not only to overcome the difficulties above but also in carrying out the process of compiling information that is useful in making strategic decisions for company owners. This research carries out the process of analysis, design, and development of a web-based application and has been fully utilized at ALI Seafood. The main features of the application include managing the organization structure, employment data, attendance, payroll, and application management access. This challenge is due to lack of data. This has however, prompted academics to conduct their demographic classification-related work using the limited fingerprint dataset that is now available. However, complete fingerprint datasets collected under conventional and real-world conditions are not easily available for research reasons. This research aims to design a multi-task Deep Learning model for classifying the combined traits of ethnicity, gender, and age group estimation using fingerprint pattern. The fingerprint database was collected using a live scan method in real-world conditions, with subjects from three most numerous racial groups of Nigeria which are Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa, with consideration of the subject gender and age groups. The proposed method for the fingerprint image classification and training is the novel Dynamic Horizontal Voting Ensemble (DHVE) with Hybrid of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) being utilized as the base (weak) learner. The dynamic selection method was utilized to determine classifiers in the normal horizontal voting ensemble, hence enhancing the ensemble technique's average accuracy. Standard performance classification metric inclusive of Accuracy, hold in thoughts, Precision, and F1 rating had been implemented to evaluate the model's performance. The result shows 76% accuracy in predicting person’s combined age group, ethnicity and gender. We also compared its performance against other approaches.
