WMC is very limited and can be easily overloaded in learning activities that require complex cognitive tasks. This study aims to provide teachers with meaningful recommendations for designing and improving learning contents and learning presentation based on students' WMC. Our previous research successfully detects students' WMC from their learning behaviours in learning systems. This paper proposes the next step of providing meaningful recommendations to the teachers based on different levels of students' WMC. Apart from its clear benefits for group learning and interaction, deficiencies of using concept mapping in distance groups were also recognized, mainly related to labor division, group coordination, and collaboration strategies. This study aims to address the challenge by proposing an intervention strategy of assigning process-oriented roles, i.e., cognitive leader, met cognitive leader, and socio-emotional leader, to students in concept mapping mediated online group learning to facilitate group learning processes. The main problem is the low acceptance of this new kind of teaching and learning process by some interest groups. In context of the PhD thesis the problem of \"Technology Adoption\" from the perspective of students and lecturers needs to get deeply analysed. Academic papers that explicitly analyse the intention of use by students and lecturers through explorative research in classroom-bound mobile e-learning do not exist. Based on two separated explorative studies (students study (I), teachers study (II)) factors of acceptance genesis should be identified. After that, these factors should, on basis of the dynamic acceptance model according to Kollmann [1] be correlated to the UTAUT 2 model according to Venkatesh et al. [2]. We adopted mobile technology to design a peer assessment APP which can be deployed in mobile devices such as smart phone. In order to investigate the user perception toward this system and peer-assessment activities, we conducted an experiment on computer curriculum. The participants are 276 six grade students from 11 classes in an elementary school. The subjects were asked to assess their peer works of video processing anonymously. To advise people's learning in a specific subject, most intelligent e-learning systems would require course instructors to explicitly input some prior knowledge about the subject such as all the pre-requisite requirements between course modules. Yet human experts may sometimes have conflicting views leading to less desirable learning outcomes. In a previous study, we proposed a complete system framework of learning analytics to perform an explicit semantic analysis on the course materials, followed by a heuristic-based concept clustering algorithm to group relevant concepts before finding their relationship measures, and lastly employing a simple yet efficient evolutionary approach to return the optimal learning sequence. In this paper, we carefully consider to enhance the original evolutionary optimizer with the hill-climbing heuristic, and also critically evaluate the impacts of various experts' recommended learning sequences possibly with conflicting views to optimize the learning paths for the next-generation e-learning systems. More importantly, the integration of heuristics can make our proposed framework more self-adaptive to less structured knowledge domains with conflicting views. To demonstrate the feasibility of our prototype, we implemented a prototype of the proposed e-learning system framework for learning analytics. As a result, innovative technology-supported classroom-based activities are widely anticipated by key stakeholders in formal education, namely, students, parents, education managers and policy makers. This puts a tremendous pressure on teachers and instructors to exploit digital resources in their daily classroom activities. Re-using available teaching resources is currently a major trend worldwide. This creates the need for tools that can support teachers in finding, and selecting appropriate digital resources for populating their lesson plans in school classrooms. Such tools can facilitate teaching processes to adopt technology-supported instructional strategies in a cost effective manner. In order to be able to build such tools, it is important to devise and study methods that can support teachers in discovering and selecting appropriate digital resources to populate their classroom-based teaching activities, taking into consideration important parameters of classroom-based instruction, such as time constraints and class population. To this end, in this paper we propose a design-to-time classroom-based teaching model and a time-adjusted lesson planning method that incorporates a classroom-constrained selection algorithm for digital resources available in Learning Object Repositories.
