The objective of this research is to find out teachers’ perception on teaching English vocabulary using songs as media for Senior High School. This is a quantitative research. The sample of the research was 50 Senior High School English teachers in Bandar Lampung. The data were obtained from the close-ended questionnaire through Google form and were analyzed using SPSS. The result of this research showed that the teachers have positive perception on the use of songs to improve students’ vocabulary especially in the effect of songs in learning vocabulary. The subject of the research was the second-grade students of Senior High School 1 Gedongtataan. XI Science 1 was chosen as the experimental class and there was no control class. A set of the questionnaire of personality was used to classify students into the introvert and extrovert groups. Independent group T-Test was applied in this research. The result indicated that there was no statistically significant difference in speaking achievement between students with introvert and extrovert students after being taught through role-play technique since the significant value was higher than 0,05 (0.799). It was assumed that personality was not the only factor that influences students' speaking achievement and role-play was a structured-task. Besides, a set of the questionnaire of students' perception was used to find out the students' perception toward the role-playing technique. It was found students' positive perception although there were some problems during the implementation of the role-play technique. Thus, it was suggested for English Teachers who wanted to implement a role-playing technique to make a setting like in the real-life and allow students to modify the task. This research was a quantitative research which was conducted through a one group pre-test and post-test design. The subjects of this research were thirty five students in SMA Negeri 1 Terbanggi Besar. The data were collected through pre- and post-tests in the forms of analytical exposition text and a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using Paired Samples T-Test and descriptive statistics. The students’ writing achievement were compared between the pre and the post test. The result showed that there was statistically significant improvement of the students’ writing achievement after they were taught through blended learning by WhatsApp group chat. It could be seen from the computation of Paired Samples T-Test where the T-value (8.628) was higher than t-table (2.032) with the significance level of 0.00. Therefore, their perceptions toward blended learning through WhatsApp group chat in terms of five aspects of writing were also positive. This research conducted at SMPN 3 Jati Agung academic year 2019/2020, with the total number of samples was 32 third grade students. The data collected by using multiple choice and questionnaire. To analyze quantitative data, the researcher used t-test while qualitative data applied scale Likert. The result showed there was an improvement in student’s reading comprehension after being taught through LRD strategy with the significant level <0.05. The students also agreed this strategy was easy to follow in the lesson to understand the materials. The data were collected by using writing tests (pre-test and post-test in the forms of analytical exposition text) and a close-ended questionnaire. The data taken from the test were analyzed by using a Paired Sample T-test and the data collected by using the questionnaire were descriptively analyzed. The result showed that there is a significant difference of students’ writing achievement after the implementation of Instagram. It was also found that students’ perception of the implementation of Instagram was positive. This research is conducted in SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung with the population of eleventh grader students. The sample of this research is obtained by cluster random sampling technique. The cluster chosen from the cluster random sampling is 11 MIPA 3 with 36 objects. To analyze the correlation between peer interaction and students’ English proficiency, the researcher used Pearson Correlation Coefficient analysis. Results are based on the guiding of the research questions. Based on the data obtained, 38.9% of the students have good English proficiency. To test the significance of the correlation, the r is 0.728 and the N is 36. Based on the result of the analysis, it is found that there is a strong correlation between peer interaction and students’ English proficiency since r=0.728. The results of the research are first there is significant improvement of students speaking ability after being taught trough hidden object game. Second the aspect that improve is fluency and In conclusion, hidden object game has a significant effect in increasing students’ speaking achievement then the aspects that improve better was fluency and the students give positive perception about the implementation of hidden object game. The researcher interested in conducting the comparative study because students’ learning styles i.e., visual, auditory, and kinesthetic have dissimilar attainment in reading comprehension. The objectives of this research were to determine i) the significant difference in students’ reading comprehension achievement among students with visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles and ii) the highest and lowest reading aspect of each VAK student’s achievement. The approach of this research was quantitative. The sample of this research was 30 students in X IPA 6 of SMAN 3 Bandar Lampung chosen by purposive sampling method. Questionnaires and reading test were used to collect the data. The data were analyzed by using One Way Anova and MANOVA in SPSS 17.0 for Windows. The result showed there was a significant difference in students’ reading comprehension achievement based on their learning style since the f-value was 1.287 with the alpha 0.07. In addition, the result of the VAK students’ achievement showed the highest aspect of visual students was determining vocabulary, while the highest aspect of auditory and kinesthetic students was determining reference. The lowest aspect of visual and auditory students was finding main idea while the lowest aspect of kinesthetic students was making inference. In fact, some EFL learners still have a relatively low vocabulary mastery and difficulty in acquiring English vocabulary. This study was conducted to find out whether there is a significant difference in students’ vocabulary mastery before and after being taught through animated narrative videos. The subject of this study was seventeen students at Al-Husna Orphanage, Bandar Lampung. This study applied a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The instrument used in collecting the data was vocabulary test, fifty multiple-choice items. The data were gathered through a quantitative approach, then analyzed using Repeated Measure T-Test. The result shows that there is a significant difference in students’ vocabulary mastery after being taught through animated narrative videos. It could be seen from the calculation that the t-value is 9.263, higher than the t-table in 2.120 and the significant value is lower than alpha (p=0.000<0.05). This research applied qualitative and quantitative research by using the cooperative learning method. In taking the sample, the researcher used the purposive sampling technique. The number of the sample is 36 students at XI MIPA 1 SMAN 1 Bandar Lampung. The instrument of this research was an observation sheets, documentation and speaking test. There were 2 lesson plans and worksheets for the speaking test. The finding showed that there was a significant difference of students after being taught by using Time Token Arends strategy. Mean score of Pre-test was 58.7 and mean score of first Post-test was 69.1 and second Post-test was 76.1.
