CĂ­lem studie bylo popsat a prozkoumat rozloĹženĂ­ osobnostnĂ­ch rysĹŻ u asistentĹŻ pedagoga v OlomouckĂŠm kraji. OsobnostnĂ­ rysy jsme zkoumali prostřednictvĂ­m OsobnostnĂ­ho inventáře NEO. Inventář byl součástĂ­ online baterie, kterou jsme nasdĂ­leli emailem vĹĄem zĂĄkladnĂ­m ĹĄkolĂĄm v OlomouckĂŠm kraji. ZĂ­skali jsme vĂ˝zkumnĂ˝ vzorek o velikosti 159 respondentĹŻ. VĂ˝sledkem je zjiĹĄtěnĂ­ osobnostnĂ­ch rysĹŻ u asistenta pedagoga v OlomouckĂŠm kraji. Ve srovnĂĄnĂ­ s normou byl prokĂĄzĂĄn statisticky vĂ˝znamnĂ˝ rozdĂ­l v dimenzĂ­ch otevřenosti vůči zkuĹĄenosti, neuroticismu, svědomitosti a přívětivosti. Z hlediska extraverze nebyl shledĂĄn statisticky vĂ˝znamnĂ˝ rozdĂ­l. Na zĂĄkladě teoretickĂŠho přehledu se zabĂ˝vĂĄ analĂ˝zou studijnĂ­ho textu navrĹženĂŠho pro kurz AnglickĂ˝ jazyk pro pedagogickĂŠ profese 1,2. Kurz je určen budoucĂ­m učitelĹŻm (kteří nestudujĂ­ angličtinu jako svĹŻj obor) s cĂ­lem rozšířenĂ­Â jejich kompetencĂ­ v angličtině v oblasti vzdělĂĄvĂĄnĂ­, konkrĂŠtně v pedagogice, psychologii a sociĂĄlnĂ­ch vědĂĄch. Příspěvek analyzuje jednotlivĂŠ techniky ve vybranĂŠm pracovnĂ­m listu a přiřazuje je k zmĂ­něnĂ˝m metodĂĄm. Tento trend byl potvrzen prĹŻzkumem, jehoĹž vĂ˝sledky jsou uvedeny v textu. ZdĂĄ se, Ĺže větĹĄina studentĹŻ dosĂĄhne na začátku vysokoĹĄkolskĂŠho studia určitĂŠ setrvalĂŠ hladiny znalosti angličtiny (přibliĹžně na Ăşrovni B2). Tento člĂĄnek se zamýťlĂ­ nad omezenĂ­mi převlĂĄdajĂ­cĂ­ch metod vĂ˝uky a navrhuje změnu přístupu, kterĂ˝ bude podporovat mj. sebedĹŻvěru, kreativitu a vyuŞívat experiment. Autoři se snaĹžili zjistit, zda tyto metody nabĂ­zejĂ­ prostor pro zvýťenĂ­ sebedĹŻvěry a s tĂ­m spojenĂ˝ch procesĹŻ tvořivosti, experimentovĂĄnĂ­ a ochoty převzĂ­t odpovědnost za vlastnĂ­ učenĂ­. ZdĹŻrazňuje problematiku informačnĂ­ho myĹĄlenĂ­, kterĂŠ je vyĹžadovĂĄno stĂĄle vĂ­ce profesemi. Do dotaznĂ­kovĂŠho ĹĄetřenĂ­ byla zařazena jedna z otĂĄzek pro studenty informatiky tĂ˝kajĂ­cĂ­ se algoritmizace a programovĂĄnĂ­. DĹŻvodem je skutečnost, Ĺže se jednĂĄ o dva hlavnĂ­ pilíře pojetĂ­ IT v kontextu změn ve vzdělĂĄvĂĄnĂ­ v ČeskĂŠ republice. Z vĂ˝sledkĹŻ ĹĄetřenĂ­ vyplynul jednoznačnĂ˝ zĂĄvěr tĂ˝kajĂ­cĂ­ se vyuĹžitĂ­ vĂ˝ukovĂŠ robotiky. Ta je vhodnĂ˝m nĂĄstrojem pro rozvoj osobnosti, logickĂŠho myĹĄlenĂ­, kreativity a tĂ˝movĂŠ spoluprĂĄce.
