CĂlem studie bylo popsat a prozkoumat rozloĹženĂ osobnostnĂch rysĹŻ u asistentĹŻ pedagoga v OlomouckĂŠm kraji. OsobnostnĂ rysy jsme zkoumali prostĹednictvĂm OsobnostnĂho inventĂĄĹe NEO. InventĂĄĹ byl souÄĂĄstĂ online baterie, kterou jsme nasdĂleli emailem vĹĄem zĂĄkladnĂm ĹĄkolĂĄm v OlomouckĂŠm kraji. ZĂskali jsme vĂ˝zkumnĂ˝ vzorek o velikosti 159 respondentĹŻ. VĂ˝sledkem je zjiĹĄtÄnĂ osobnostnĂch rysĹŻ u asistenta pedagoga v OlomouckĂŠm kraji. Ve srovnĂĄnĂ s normou byl prokĂĄzĂĄn statisticky vĂ˝znamnĂ˝ rozdĂl v dimenzĂch otevĹenosti vĹŻÄi zkuĹĄenosti, neuroticismu, svÄdomitosti a pĹĂvÄtivosti. Z hlediska extraverze nebyl shledĂĄn statisticky vĂ˝znamnĂ˝ rozdĂl. Na zĂĄkladÄ teoretickĂŠho pĹehledu se zabĂ˝vĂĄ analĂ˝zou studijnĂho textu navrĹženĂŠho pro kurz AnglickĂ˝ jazyk pro pedagogickĂŠ profese 1,2. Kurz je urÄen budoucĂm uÄitelĹŻm (kteĹĂ nestudujĂ angliÄtinu jako svĹŻj obor) s cĂlem rozĹĄĂĹenĂ jejich kompetencĂ v angliÄtinÄ v oblasti vzdÄlĂĄvĂĄnĂ, konkrĂŠtnÄ v pedagogice, psychologii a sociĂĄlnĂch vÄdĂĄch. PĹĂspÄvek analyzuje jednotlivĂŠ techniky ve vybranĂŠm pracovnĂm listu a pĹiĹazuje je k zmĂnÄnĂ˝m metodĂĄm. Tento trend byl potvrzen prĹŻzkumem, jehoĹž vĂ˝sledky jsou uvedeny v textu. ZdĂĄ se, Ĺže vÄtĹĄina studentĹŻ dosĂĄhne na zaÄĂĄtku vysokoĹĄkolskĂŠho studia urÄitĂŠ setrvalĂŠ hladiny znalosti angliÄtiny (pĹibliĹžnÄ na Ăşrovni B2). Tento ÄlĂĄnek se zamýťlĂ nad omezenĂmi pĹevlĂĄdajĂcĂch metod vĂ˝uky a navrhuje zmÄnu pĹĂstupu, kterĂ˝ bude podporovat mj. sebedĹŻvÄru, kreativitu a vyuĹžĂvat experiment. AutoĹi se snaĹžili zjistit, zda tyto metody nabĂzejĂ prostor pro zvýťenĂ sebedĹŻvÄry a s tĂm spojenĂ˝ch procesĹŻ tvoĹivosti, experimentovĂĄnĂ a ochoty pĹevzĂt odpovÄdnost za vlastnĂ uÄenĂ. ZdĹŻrazĹuje problematiku informaÄnĂho myĹĄlenĂ, kterĂŠ je vyĹžadovĂĄno stĂĄle vĂce profesemi. Do dotaznĂkovĂŠho ĹĄetĹenĂ byla zaĹazena jedna z otĂĄzek pro studenty informatiky tĂ˝kajĂcĂ se algoritmizace a programovĂĄnĂ. DĹŻvodem je skuteÄnost, Ĺže se jednĂĄ o dva hlavnĂ pilĂĹe pojetĂ IT v kontextu zmÄn ve vzdÄlĂĄvĂĄnĂ v ÄeskĂŠ republice. Z vĂ˝sledkĹŻ ĹĄetĹenĂ vyplynul jednoznaÄnĂ˝ zĂĄvÄr tĂ˝kajĂcĂ se vyuĹžitĂ vĂ˝ukovĂŠ robotiky. Ta je vhodnĂ˝m nĂĄstrojem pro rozvoj osobnosti, logickĂŠho myĹĄlenĂ, kreativity a tĂ˝movĂŠ spoluprĂĄce.
