Therefore, the main goal of the study is to produce a Maharah al-Qawaid al-Arabiyyah model based on the sequence of student mastery in the teaching of Arabic grammar. This study uses a qualitative research design by focusing on the case study method of various places. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a sentence construction test for students at SMKA, SABK and SMAN was conducted to identify the order of student mastery in learning Arabic grammar by using purposive sampling. Next, an empirical study was conducted on selected religious high school teachers to obtain teachers' views on the Arabic grammar sequence that is easy and difficult for students to master in learning Arabic grammar. It was then followed by the development of the Maharah al-Qawaid al-Arabiyyah model based on the sequence of student mastery in the teaching of Arabic grammar. The results of the study found that there is a sequence of easy and difficult mastery in learning Arabic grammar. The difficulty of students in mastering Arabic grammar is due to several factors, namely students’ confusion in the use of Arabic grammar method, difficulty in the Arabic grammar method, students' weakness in understanding Arabic grammar which is due to lack of practice in conversation as well as the fact that the Arabic language TnL and syllabus used lacks emphasis on several aspects of Arabic grammar. This model will be a reference for stakeholders such as the Ministry of Education Malaysia as well as educators to improve the TnL of Arabic grammar in line with the vision and mission of the MOE to produce a quality education system to develop the potential of skilled individuals in the Arabic language.","PeriodicalId":29848,"journal":{"name":"Ijaz Arabi Journal of Arabic Learning","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2024-02-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140460194","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study also seeks to identify the factors influencing the selection of specific themes and methods. A descriptive qualitative approach is utilized, with the researcher acting as the main instrument for mapping based on a predetermined grid. The primary data for this study consists of 1083 archived theses from Master of Arabic Language Education students at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, and UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, accessible through the e-repositories of each university. The findings indicate that the predominant theme in these master's theses is the study of Arabic teaching materials, accounting for 308 titles or 28.44% of the total. The second major theme is learning design research, with 143 titles (13.20%), followed by Arabic teaching methods with 85 titles (7.85%). Regarding research methods, the research and development (R&D) method dominates the master's theses in Arabic Education, comprising 379 titles (35.05%). Descriptive methods rank second with 319 titles (29.48%), followed by case studies with 190 titles (17.56%). Less commonly used research methods include character studies, which have only 6 titles (0.55%), and survey methods with 3 titles (0.28%). The dominance of certain themes and research methods in the field of Arabic education research indicates a preference for practical field research with socio-educational relevance and intellectual-conceptual approaches. It is noteworthy that the majority of the mentioned research is conducted at UIN Malang, which may be attributed to the program's existing orientation towards product-based research and its willingness to accept thesis titles based on students' capabilities, unlike some other study programs.","PeriodicalId":29848,"journal":{"name":"Ijaz Arabi Journal of Arabic Learning","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2024-02-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140459973","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research followed a method in treating poetic texts, as it is based on presenting poetic texts from the collection of Al-Abbas bin Mardas, explaining the features of his poetic vision, and examining all the external factors that surrounded the poet and influenced his vision and all his thoughts. The results of this research was that Al-Abbas Ibn Mardas revealed some of the positions that he found contradicted the authentic Arab value before the advent of Islam, and the poet Abbas bin Mardas tried to reject them, including his rejection of some aspects of social injustice, which he found to be a cause of the spread of hatred. He tried to break the artistic molds of the ancient Arabic poem with direct influence from Islam. The idea of supporting the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was the focus of this poet’s vision in the Islamic era. This research also found a clear influence from this poet on other poets of the era, such as Hassan bin Thabit, Kaab bin Malik Al-Ansari, and Kaab bin Zuhair. The Master's Program in Arabic Language Education seeks to take proactive measures regarding the relevance of curricula to the requirements of the world of work. This study aims to conduct a tracer study for graduates and users to reveal the suitability of the work field for graduates with the jobs targeted in the curriculum document, the waiting period for work, and the skills that used in the field of Arabic teaching, and to reveal the suitability of the Arabic teaching curriculum in the master's degree to meet the challenges of the world. It is because of the user-oriented business that continues to grow. This research relied on the qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data was collected from 2018-2020 alumni and users. Distributed questionnaires, interviews, and group discussions implemented data collection techniques. The data analysis technique reduces data, presents data, and draws conclusions. Some results of this study are that the graduates' work is 82% suitable with the curriculum documents; 63% of alumni become Arabic language teachers in schools and colleges, 19% become government employees, and 18% work freelance out of education and Arabic fields. Then, the average waiting period to work is less than six months. The skill that has a major impact on graduate employment is technology-based teaching skill. Arabic handwriting skills, especially Khat , and Islamic studies skill are considered to have a minor impact. This study recommends that this curriculum needs to be modified toward a technology-based Arabic teaching concept. The use of digital media in every single course must be the primary principle to avoid losing out to Arabic YouTubers. Research methodology and publishing articles and books should also be strengthened in this curriculum.","PeriodicalId":29848,"journal":{"name":"Ijaz Arabi Journal of Arabic Learning","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2024-02-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140459989","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
