This research was conducted with a field study using a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of chairman of the KKG, five head master, five Qur'an Hadith teachers, and two madrasa supervisors. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the planning of the KKG Quran Hadith Madrasah Ibtidaiyah program was carried out together with KKG administrators and members and involved supervisors and general chairmen of the Banda Aceh City KKG. The content in planning include educational policies, routine programs and supporting programs. The implementation of the program is adjusted to the needs and budget, routine activities reach the target but development activities have not been carried out as expected. The infrastructure in KKG activities belongs to each participant. Funding for activities comes from members' self-help, and in 2021 KKG will receive assistance from Block Grant funds. Teacher participation in the KKG is greater when receiving Block Grant funding in 2021 compared to not receiving financial assistance. The resource persons for the activities came from members of the KKG, Fasda/Fasprov, Head of the Ministry of Religion, Head of Madrasah Education, Madrasah Supervisors, and other relevant resource persons, with the place of activity at the madrasa which was mutually agreed upon. As for efforts to increase teacher professional competence in self-development activities and collective activities, scientific publications and innovative works are still very low. Evaluation of the Quran Hadith KKG was carried out by the madrasa supervisor through a report submitted by the KKG to the Ministry of Religion of Banda Aceh City at the end of the year. Evaluation of teachers who are members of the KKG is carried out by the head of the madrasah. In general, after participating in the KKG activities, teachers already know more about the foundations of education, are able to develop teaching materials, are able to prepare teaching programs, and evaluate learning well. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah studi kasus dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Studi dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data yang diolah menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, pelaksanaan program pelatihan Aplikasi Classpoint terlaksana dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi tenaga pendidik dalam pengajaran.Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara online. Peserta pelatihan diwajibkan menyediakan leptop/handphone dan jaringan internet, serta mengikuti peraturan pelatihan. Metode ceramah dan peragaan merupakan metode yang digunakan selama pelatihan. Kendala yang dialami peserta selama mengikuti pelatihan ialah gangguan koneksi internet dan keterbatasan keterampilan penggunaan IT. Aplikasi Classpoint mengemas pembelajaran dengan mengintergrasikan aplikasi lain seperi Zoom dan Microsoft Power Point. Penerapan aplikasi tersebut di dalam pembelajaran memberikan dampak positif baik dari segi minat maupun hasil belajar siswa. One of the various and most favorite social media for elementary school children today is the sharing application \"Tik-Tok\". The use of the \"Tik-Tok\" application is felt as a means to prevent children from getting bored in between activities. Apart from eliminating boredom, the \"Tik-Tok\" application also has a big impact on children's character development. This study aims to determine the level of use of the Tik-Tok sharing application in elementary school-age children, to determine the level of character development of elementary-age children, and to determine the impact of using the Tik-Tok sharing application on the character development of elementary school-age children in Klidang Wetan Village, District Batang, Batang Regency. This research approach through a quantitative approach to the type of field research. This research data collection techniques through observation methods, survey methods and documentation methods. The number of samples consisted of 115 students in grades IV, V and VI of SDN Klidang Wetan, Batang District, from a total population of 161. The results showed that the use of the Tik-Tok Sharing Application in Klidang Wetan Village, Batang District, was included in the high criteria. Meanwhile, the level of character development of elementary school children in Klidang Wetan Village is included in the high criteria. In addition, the effect of using the Tik-Tok Sharing Application affects character development. The coefficient (R) obtained from the statistical test is 0.386 and the coefficient of determination R-square is 0.149. Peneliti meneliti 25 orang siswa kelas VI SDN 09 Sungai Cubadak denga fokus penelitian yaitu pengkatan hasil belajar IPS siswa. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengungkatan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas VI berhasil dengan hasil  dari 25 siswa yang ada pada pembelajaran siklus pertama peneliti menemukan 74,92 % siswa memahami materi dan pada siklus ke II siswa mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar hingga 82,04 %, dari 25 siswa hanya 14 orang yang bisa memahami materi pada penelitian siklus I dan peningkatan yang terlihat pada siswa pada Siklus II dari 25 orang 19 orang siswa sudah paham dengan materi yang di sajikan. Sehingga tingkat ketidak tuntasan pada siswa juga menurun yang awalnya 11 orang setara dengan 25,08 % menjadi  dengan 18,04 % setara 6 orang saja. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II mencapai 5 sampai 10 point dibandingkan dengan hasil belajara dari evalusi siklus I. Pada pembelajaran Siklus I dan Siklus II siswa mengalami peningktan Hasil belajar sebanyak 7 % . Metode yang digunanakan yaitu desain deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi kasus. Data yang diteliti didapat melalui wawancara, observasi, tes/angket, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil yaitu: Pertama, rencana dalam rancangan kegiatan belajar-mengajar berjalan dengan tahap-tahap yang sistematis sesaui diharapkan melalui model VAK dengan teknik WBT, tahapan berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kedua, Pelaksanaan dan penerapan dalam penyampaian materi ditunjukkan melalui video yang kemudian diliat, dibaca dan dipahami oleh siswa melalui power point, sehingga proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Ketiga, Evaluasi dan peningkatan kemandirian dalam belajar dapat dilakukan dengan diskusi kelompok, pemberian tugas, praktik secara langsung, dan pemberian soal latihan. Hasil evaluasi pada kelas VA menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa memeroleh peningkatan yaitu dari yang semula 60% menjadi 85% setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran VAK dengan teknik WBT, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil evaluasi belajar yang sangat baik karena terlaksanaya kemandirian dalam belajar. Sedangkan hasil evaluasi selama proses pembelajaran pada kelas VB setelah menggunakan model VAK dengan teknik WBT terjadi penurunan dari yang semula 50% menjadi 45%, hal ini menjadi bukti bahwa adanya penggunaan model VAK dengan teknik WBT pada pembelajaran IPA tidak dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa. (3) To find out how big the correlation is between the creativity of Islamic Religious education teachers and the ability to manage classes with the learning achievement of class V Islamic Religious Education students at Lengkong Kuningan 3 Public Elementary School. The data collection techniques used were: Questionnaire Distribution, Observation, and Documentation, then after all the data was obtained, it was analyzed with SPSS 16.00 for windows. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research data collection technique used 3 instruments, namely observation, and students' cognitive style tests through the GEFT (Group Embedded Figure Test) which included 16 items regarding control of student learning focus. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman Interactive Model with data reduction activities, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity with source and technique triangulation process. The results show that the independent field cognitive style identified by MI teacher Miftahul Khoir that out of 15 grade IV students, there are 13 students with the field independent cognitive style category and 2 students with the field dependent cognitive style category. So, it was concluded that classically as much as 86% of fourth grade students have a field independent cognitive style that is able to control student learning focus. The conditions and observations seen from students with field independent cognitive styles have characteristics in controlling the focus of their learning such as concentration of attention, verbal response, active giving statements, answering questions, and psychomotor responses. This research was conducted with a field study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the planning or design of ta?f?z al-Qur'an at MUQ Nagan Raya was carried out by each teacher when he wanted to teach. Planning in MUQ Nagan Raya tahfidz learning includes; an annual programa, semester program, and daily lesson plans. Meanwhile, daily learning planning is carried out by each ta?f?z teacher individually, with flexibility according to abilities and conditions in the field. Implementation of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an at MUQ Nagan Raya Regency in a day there are three halaqah Al-Qur'an, the first two halaqah are at 04.45 WIB until 8.30 WIB and one halaqah is available at 12.30 to 13.30, and continued again at 18.45 to 20.30 WIB. Evaluation of ta?f?z at MUQ Nagan Raya Regency is carried out in the form of oral, written, or deed. The research used in this research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression models. The research data was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 97 students consisting of grades 4, 5, and 6 at MIM Plumbon. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence of teacher professionalism and teacher creativity on student learning motivation at MIM Plumbon. This is evidenced by the coefficient of determination of 0.039 which states that 3.9% of the variation that occurs in student learning motivation can be explained by teacher professionalism and teacher creativity. The remaining 96.1% of the variation in student learning motivation can be explained by factors outside the research such as students' aspirations, student learning interests, student abilities, student learning conditions, parental attention, parental support, learning facilities, peer interactions, and so on. From the results of this traditional research, the implementation time of the pupak puser tradition is at night after the Isha prayer on the day after the baby's umbilical cord is separated from the navel. This market ceremony is a form of gratitude for the blessings and salvation God Almighty gave to the baby and the mother. This research aims to raise the issue into a scientific work so that it is widely known by the public and the writers who are studying. This study uses qualitative research using ethnographic methods and data collection techniques that are shown and proven by interviews, documentation, observation, and so on. The history of the implementation of the Pupak Puser Tradition in Genceng, Tikung, Lamongan Regency is one of the hamlets belonging to the religious community. This tradition was born in the ancestors' time and is still developing almost until now. This tradition was carried out long ago by the elders.
