ESP instructors must develop instruction suitable to the student's needs. This research aims to explore the strategies of the lecturer in teaching ESP students, to acknowledge the improvement in English language skills, and to gain the students’ perceptions of the implemented strategies. The participants are the lecturer and the students who take Early Childhood Islamic Education and Islamic Elementary School Teacher Education programs. This research used classroom action research design. The data were obtained by observing the ESP instruction implemented during the learning process, pre and post-tests, and the students’ responses. The results of the study revealed that ESP instructions or strategies used by the lecturer improved the English skills of students such as ability in speaking, pronunciation, and language use.  The students’ perceptions of the strategies were also positive. They viewed that these strategies helped them understand the learning concept. The research is qualitative research with field research to find out about cultivating religious character and disciplined character through the practice of dhuha prayers at Mi Muhammadiyah Karangduren. The subject of this research is the Mi Muhammadiyah Karangduren teacher. Data collection in this research used interviews, observation, and documentation. then, the data analysis used is data reduction, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that cultivating religious character and discipline can be implemented through the practice of Dhuha prayers as has been implemented at Mi Muhammadiyah Karangduren Sawit. The religious character that is instilled through congregational dhuha prayers contains several values, such as the value of honesty which is reflected when students come to the madrasah and have not performed ablution, meaning they must first perform ablution with self-awareness. Divine values ??are symbolized by the differences that exist, but the students remain side by side, straightening their rows and prostrating themselves together to Allah. As well as instilling istiqomah in students to participate in the dhuha prayer from start to finish dhikr and memorizing Asmaul Husna without disturbing their friends and the value of cooperation that exists when preparing a place for dhuha prayer even though the schedule is given in grades 4-6. The main objective of this study is to describe the implementation of the singing method in early reading instruction and to evaluate its impact on students' reading abilities. This research adopts a classroom action approach, combining qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods in data collection and analysis. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and tests conducted throughout the research cycle. The research process is divided into four main stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The researcher acts as a teacher, implementing the singing method in instruction, while the homeroom teacher serves as an observer to collect observational data. The implementation of the singing method proves to be effective, evidenced by increased student enthusiasm in the teaching and learning process and significant improvement in average test scores conducted at the end of each learning cycle. The results consistently improve students' early reading skills from cycle to cycle. The average score in cycle I was 38.2, increased to 57.6 in cycle II, and finally reached its peak in cycle III with an average score of 78.6. This is motivated by the results of the PISA research in 2018, which explained that the numeracy literacy of Indonesian people is still relatively low. The Jari Matika method is an alternative solution that can be used to solve this problem because it is simple and easy to apply to elementary school-aged children. This research itself aims to determine the effect of using the Jari Matika method on the numeracy literacy of students at SD Negeri 5 Mindahan through the Kampus Mengajar Batch 5. The research method used is quantitative with an experimental approach. The average score of students before being given treatment was 27.89, while the average score after students were given treatment was 70.26. From the results of the t-test analysis, it can be seen that the sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000<0.05. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of learning Islamic religious education based on the Qur'an in developing moral character among alpha-generation students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using library research. The literature originates from books, journal articles, and theses written on Google Scholar. The findings of this study indicate that the Qur'an has a role in forming the moral character of the alpha generation. Technological advances indirectly affect human character and habits, especially in the alpha generation. The alpha generation is one of today's generations that has a high level of technology use because it was born after the internet generation existed. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI), which is based on the Qur'an, as forming moral character in alpha generation students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using literature study techniques. The literature used as a source of study comes from journal articles, books, and theses published on Google Scholar. The research results obtained show that the Qur'an has a role in shaping the moral character of the alpha generation through PAI learning. Documentary institutions in universities, namely libraries, archives, and museums, should become strategic partners in supporting the MBKM program because the documentary institution has all the necessary conditions, facilities, and infrastructure to succeed MBKM program. This study aimed to determine the problem of program implementation faced by institutions in the private universities in East Java and what obstacles they encountered. This study used the qualitative method and in-depth interviews for data collection and a literature study. The researcher concludes that the biggest challenges facing institutions are lack of information,  regulation and the readiness of resources. The benefits for the government and educators make the educational ideas of Al-Ghazali, Lawrence Kolberg, and Thomas Lichona an inspiration in upholding quality Indonesian education. This research method is qualitative with descriptive analysis techniques using library research (library research). Through this literature review, researchers try to describe existing phenomena, which are currently taking place or in the past, and are sourced from various sources that have theoretical depth from experts. This study examines the perspective of character education according to Al-Ghazali, Thomas Lickona, and Lawrence Kolberg by examining the theories put forward. The results of this paper are that according to Al-Ghazali educational thinking is religious-ethical in nature, al-Ghazali's educational goals cover three aspects, namely cognitive aspects, affective aspects, and psychomotor aspects. Al-Ghazali mentioned four scientific classification categories, namely; classification of science syar'iyah (religion) and 'aqliyah (reason); theoretical and practical sciences; knowledge is presented (hudhûri) and acquired (hushûli); The knowledge of fardhu 'ain and fardhu kifayah. Meanwhile, Thomas Lickona stated that the notion of character education is a deliberate effort to help someone understand, pay attention to, and carry out core ethical values. And more broadly, he stated that character education is a deliberate (conscious) effort to realize virtue, namely objectively good human traits, not only good for individuals but also good for society as a whole. According to Lawrence Kolberg, Kohlberg offers fictional moral issues, so that for the context of the Indonesian nation, it is necessary to prioritize contemporary moral issues that actually occur in everyday life. In this case, what needs to be emphasized is that children have diverse experiences in social problems. Children must also be confronted with moral problems from a different perspective. Namun, masih banyak orang tua yang mengabaikan pentingnya pola asuh anak dengan benar dan tepat. Pola asuh anak yang tepat akan membentuk karakter anak yang baik, begitu pula sebaliknya anak yang tidak mendapatkan pola asuh yang baik maka akan memiliki karakter yang buruk. Maka, pola asuh orang tua terhadap anaknya memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap kecerdasan sosial bagi anak. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan supaya para orang tua bisa membenahi cara mendidik anak nya dengan pola asuh yang benar agar dapat membentuk karakter yang baik dan memiliki kecerdasan sosial yang bagus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research) yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang terdapat di Kelurahan Cakung Timur. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposeful sampling. Sampel yang peneliti dapatkan sesuai dengan kriteria tersebut sebanyak 8 informan. Dari hasil penelitian observasi dan wawancara terhadap Ibu dan Anak di Kelurahan Cakung Timur, maka diperoleh 1 orang menerapkan pola asuh otoriter, 2 orang pola asuh permisif, dan 5 orang pola asuh demokratis. Dari 8 anak tersebut 1 anak memiliki sikap yang tidak percaya diri, pemalu, pendiam, dan tidak suka bergaul. 2 anak memiliki sikap agresif dan sulit dikendalikan, dan 5 siswa yang memiliki sikap sosial yang baik, ramah, sopan, dan santun. The participants involved in the observation consisted of two groups: teachers and students. The teacher participants had similar educational scales but diverse teaching observations. All participating teachers had an undergraduate educational background. This study used questionnaires and learning achievement tests as data collection instruments. Data from the questionnaire was analyzed using a quantitative approach by calculating the exposure for each criterion contained in the survey. Meanwhile, the data from the interviews were analyzed descriptively by interpreting the findings. In addition to other objectives of this study, namely to find out the supporting factors faced by teachers in improving the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Karangrena 03. Researchers conducted this research in April 2023 at SD Negeri Karangrena 03 Maos Cilacap at the right time and location. Where Andri Muhartati, S.Pd is the teacher for class V, while all students in the class are the subject of this qualitative method. Information collection methods used in this study are observation and interviews. This study uses a qualitative descriptive data analysis method. Looking at the information obtained by experts, it can be concluded that the role of the teacher in achieving learning outcomes for grade 5 students in Indonesian subjects, namely the teacher acts as a learning resource, the teacher as a facilitator, the teacher as a manager, the teacher as a guide, the teacher as a demonstrator, the teacher as a motivator, and teacher as an evaluator.
