The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the existence of the Pineapple Processing Industry, analyze the impact that is formed, and the magnitude of the value of the existing impact. The research method used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The analysis tools used are income analysis, replacement cost, and cost of illness. The results showed that the pineapple processing industry had a positive impact on its economic and social aspects. The impact from the economic side is in the form of increasing people's income, helping to increase Central Lampung's GRDP, employment, opening new business opportunities in the community. The impact from the social side is in the form of improving the quality of human resources, many public facilities are built such as health clinics, educational facilities, and places of worship. \u0000Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dampak dari adanya Industri Pengolahan Nanas, menganalisis dampak  yang terbentuk, serta besaran nilai dari dampak yang ada. In this concept, Bandung will be developed as a center of trade industry activities with emphasis on the development of infrastructure, facilities and facilities that support facilities in industry and trade activities. The results of this study are with the presence of Modern Market 23 Pascal Shopping Center this negative impact on environmental aspects including land function, congestion, air pollution, reduction of green open land, and potential diseases. In addition, with the presence of the Modern Market, this shopping center has a positive impact of economic and social aspects such as creating new jobs, increasing public income, and increasing PAD, reducing unemployment, improving public facilities, and improving the image and profile of the area. \u0000Abstrak. Kota Bandung memainkan peran strategis bukan hanya sebagai salah satu kota besar di Provinsi Jawa Barat, tetapi juga menjadi “Lokomotif Ekonomi”. The manufacturing industry sector is a buffer for economic growth in Banten Province with an average contribution of 5% per year. However, on the other hand, Banten Province is the province with the highest unemployment rate in Java, which is 10%. In 2020 the unemployment rate in Banten Province will reach an average of 10%. This study aims to determine the effect of the growth rate of the industrial sector, investment and wages on employment in the industrial sector in Banten Province in 2011-2020, and to determine how much influence the growth rate of the industrial sector, investment, wages and employment of the industrial sector in the Province Banten in 2011-2020.This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis approach and regression analysis using OLS with annual time series data for the 2011-2020 period. Data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The independent variables include the growth rate of the industrial sector, investment, and wages and the dependent variable, namely employment in the industrial sector. From the estimation results of the model, the industry growth rate, investment and wages partially affect the absorption of labor in the industrial sector in Banten Province. However, the direction of the LPI relationship is not in accordance with the hypothesis, namely the LPI relationship with the industry growth rate is negative. The negative relationship between LPI and employment is due to technological developments and automation in the industry. Increasing the use of machines and production technology can reduce dependence on human labor so that labor absorption becomes lower. \u0000Abstrak. Sektor industry pengolahan merupakan suatu penyangga pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Banten dengan kontribusi rata-rata 5% pertahun. Namun disisi lain Provinsi Banten merupakan provinsi dengan tingkat pengangguran tetinggi di Pulau Jawa yaitu sebesar 10%. Pada tahun 2020 tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Banten mencapai rata-rata 10 %. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh laju pertumbuhan sektor industri, investasi dan upah terhadap peyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri di Provinsi Banten tahun 2011-2020, serta untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh laju pertumbuhan sektor industri, investasi, upah dan penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri di Provinsi Banten tahun 2011-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi menggunakan OLS dengan data time series tahunan periode 2011-2020. One Thesis Title : Development of Halal Tourism Strategy on Lombok Island Lombok Island is one of the islands in West Nusa Tenggara Province which has a variety of superior tourism potential, such as cultural tourism, nature, to traditional arts. However, even though it has a lot of potential, Lombok Island still has several problems which are still homework for the local government in making Lombok Island a competitive halal tourism towards world- class tourism. This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in developing halal tourism on Lombok Island and to find out how to develop halal tourism strategies on Lombok Island. The analytical method with a quantitative approach used in this study is SWOT analysis. The data used in this study were primary data obtained through questionnaires and interviews with halal tourism visitors and key informants. The results of this study indicate that there are 5 aspects of strengths and 2 aspects of weaknesses. 2 aspects of opportunities and 3 aspects of threats. The strengths and weaknesses are aspects of attractions, amenities, workforce/HR skills, accessibility, and supporting institutions. The strategy that can be carried out in developing halal tourism on Lombok Island is the S-0 (Strenght- Opportunity) strategy or a strategy that uses strength to take advantage of opportunities. The alternative S-O formulated is to optimize all internal and external aspects in repairing and building facilities and maintenance of halal tourism on Lombok Island as well as utilizing and improving various policies that have been issued by the government to support the development of halal tourism on Lombok Island. \u0000Abstrak. MSMEs have an important role in economic growth in Indonesia, so that financial institutions are needed as providers of venture capital to support MSME growth. Sharia Commercial Banks are financing institutions that channel funds to the public and business actors in the form of savings into credit. However, there are obstacles that affect the smooth distribution of financing, one of which is caused by macroeconomic factors as seen from the inflation rate, BI Rate and the level of economic growth. This study aims to analyze how and how much influence financial inclusion and macroeconomic indicators have on MSME financing at BUS in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data using data for the 2014 – 2021 semester obtained from the official websites of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics. The method used is linear regression with time series data type. The results showed that the variable the rate of economic growth had a negative significant effect on MSME financing at BUS in Indonesia. On the other hand, the BI Rate and inflation variables had no significant effect. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable was 55.01%, while the remaining 44.99% was explained by variables not disclosed in this study. By knowing how macroeconomics influence MSME financing at BUS in this study, it becomes input for increasing the amount of financing. In addition, BUS needs to consider liquidity management and decision making using monetary instruments. \u0000Abstrak. UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, sehingga dibutuhkan lembaga keuangan sebagai penyedia modal usaha untuk mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM. Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) adalah lembaga pembiayaan yang menyalurkan dana kepada masyarakat dan pelaku usaha dalam bentuk simpanan menjadi kredit. Namun terdapat kendala yang mempengaruhi kelancaran penyaluran pembiayaan salah satunya disebabkan oleh faktor ekonomi makro yang dilihat dari tingkat inflasi, BI Rate dan tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana dan seberapa besar pengaruh inklusi keuangan dan indikator ekonomi makro terhadap pembiayaan UMKM pada BUS di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan menggunakan data semester 2014 – 2021 yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), Bank Indonesia dan Badan Pusat Statistik. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier dengan tipe data time series. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel inflasi dan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan UMKM pada BUS di Indonesia, namun variabel BI Rate tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Potential development in each region is carried out in a structured manner to improve the economy and welfare of the community. One method of developing regional potential is by applying the Geopark concept in an area. Since 2018, GRM has been registered as a National Geopark by the KBB local government, but until now there has been no significant progress due to the lack of community involvement and there is a conflict of interest between the government and the KBB community. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this study are formulated as follows: (1) How is the development of Rajamandala Geopark to become a national Geopark? (2) What are the effects of Rajamandala Geopark development for the people of KBB? (3) What are the factors that can support and hinder the development of Rajamandala Geopark to become a national Geopark. Researchers used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The population chosen in this study was the people of KBB in Citatah and Gunungmasigit Villages totaling 37557 people. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique, obtained the number of research samples as many as 5 community key informants. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study are: There are obstacles in the development of Rajamandala Geopark to become a national Geopark, besides that the development of Rajamandala Geopark has a positive influence on the people of KBB and there are 4 supporting factors, and 4 inhibiting factors in the development of Rajamandala Geopark. \u0000Abstrak. Pengembangan potensi di setiap daerah dilakukan secara terstruktur untuk meningkatkan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu metode pengembangan potensi daerah adalah dengan menerapkan konsep Geopark di sebuah wilayah. Sejak tahun 2018, GRM telah didaftarkan menjadi Geopark Nasional oleh pemerintah daerah KBB, namun hingga saat ini tidak ada kemajuan yang signifikan karena kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat dan terdapat benturan kepentingan antara pemerintah dan masyarakat KBB. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana pengembangan Geopark Rajamandala untuk menjadi Geopark nasional? Since 2017, the village of Tejamulya has been developed as a tourist village by the Disbudpar district. However, so far the village hasn't made any progress in tourism activities, although the potential is very high. In fact, because of the damage caused by tourists at that time, the community actually rejected the area as a tourist village. This research has several objectives, namely to identify the potential of Tejamulya village to become a tourist village, analyze the level of community participation in the process of developing a tourist village, and analyze strategies that can be implemented to develop Tejamulya village into a Tourism Village. To achieve these objectives, this study used a quantitative descriptive method using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation studies. Data was analysed using ranking, percentages and SWOT analysis. The results of the study 1) Both in terms of attractions, accessibility and amenities, the potential of the village is in the potential category. 2) The form of community participation that has the highest percentage is indirect participation while the lowest percentage is participation in the form of money and property. 3)Development strategies that must be carried out are: Maintain and strengthen the various potentials that exist in the village; improve the quality and number of products offered; intensify promotional efforts; conduct training and supervision related to disaster risk reduction; improve road access to the village; provide and improve facilities and infrastructure; improve cooperation and synergy between residents and related managers to optimize the development of tourist villages. \u0000Abstrak. Sejak tahun 2017 Desa Tejamulya telah dikembangkan menjadi desa wisata oleh Disbudpar Kabupaten, namun sampai saat ini desa wisata tersebut tidak menunjukan perkembangan dalam kegiatan wisata, padahal potensinya sangat mendukung. Bahkan dalam perjalanannya, masyarakat justru sempat menolak wilayahnya dijadikan desa wisata, karena dampak kerusakan yang ditimbulkan wisatawan pada saat itu. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi potensi desa Tejamulya untuk menjadi desa wisata, menganilisis tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pengembangan desa wisata, dan menganilisis strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk mengembangkan desa Tejamulya menjadi Desa Wisata. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, angket, studi literatur, dan studi dokumentasi. Analyzing the performance of BUSs listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2022 is very interesting because this sector has many opportunities and challenges, including those caused by the covid-19 pandemic, regulatory changes, and increased competition in the banking industry. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this study are formulated as follows: (1) What is the efficiency level of BUSs listed on the IDX in using their inputs on 2019 to 2022? (2) What is the efficiency level of BUSs listed on the IDX in producing outputs on 2019 to 2022? (3) What is the overall performance efficiency level of BUSs listed on the IDX on 2019 to 2022? This research will use a descriptive study approach using secondary data. The population used is four BUSs listed on the IDX, Aladin Syariah, BSI, BTPN Syariah and Panin Dubai Syariah with inputs of DPK, total labor, operational costs and capital. While the output is Financing, CAR, BOPO and NI. The results of this study Based on descriptive studies, BUSs listed on the IDX show efficiency in managing their inputs, with BSI being the most efficient. Meanwhile, seen from the output, BTPN Syariah, BSI, and Panin Dubai Syariah managed to achieve efficiency. with BTPN Syariah being the most efficient in managing its output. Overall, BTPN Syariah showed the most efficient performance among the BUSs listed on the IDX. \u0000Abstrak.Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) telah berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, menarik minat berbagai kalangan. The purpose of this research is to analyze production costs, basic prices, and batik offers. The object of her study is Mrs. Paini's batik which is in the Bojonegoro batik area in Jono Village, Temayang District. The author explores information and data from Mrs. Paini's business unit using quantitative methods. The researcher calculated fixed costs, variable costs, labor costs and estimated the supply function using the econometric method. The computational results show that the fixed cost for producing 1 pcs of batik is 8 185, the average variable cost for producing 1 pcs of batik is 26 275. Meanwhile the average labor cost for producing 1 pcs of batik is 14 130. The average to produce 1 pcs of batik HPP per unit is 48 775. While the average selling price for 1 pcs of batik is 63 407. The results of the econometric estimation of batik supply conclude that the constant value of 66 586 indicates a positive effect of the variable number of batik sales (X) on the variable selling price of batik (Y). That is, if the value of the number of sales increases, the value of the selling price of batik also increases by 66 586. The Regression Coefficient of the number of sales of batik is -0.022 indicating that if the number of sales decreases by one unit, the selling price of batik also decreases by -0.022. The coefficient of determination is 0.368 or equal to 36.8% meaning that the influence of the number of batik sales on the selling price of Mrs. Paini's batik can simultaneously explain the effect of 36.8% while the rest is influenced outside the regression equation and several variables that are not examined. \u0000abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis biaya produksi, harga pokok, serta penawaran batik.  Objek  studinya adalah  batik Ibu Paini yang berada di Kawasan batik Bojonegoro di Desa Jono Kecamatan Temayang. Penulis mengeksplorasi informasi dan data dari unit usaha Ibu Paini dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Peneliti menghitung biaya tetap (fix cost), biaya variable (variable cost), biaya tenaga kerja dan mengestimasi fungsi penawaran dengan metode ekonometrika. Hasil komputasi menunjukkan bahwa biaya tetap untuk memproduksi 1 pcs batik sebesar 8 185, rata-rata biaya variable untuk memproduksi 1 pcs batik adalah sebesar 26 275. Sementara rata-rata biaya tenaga kerja untuk memproduksi 1 pcs batik adalah sebesar 14 130.  Rata-rata untuk memproduksi 1 pcs batik HPP per unit adalah sebesar 48 775. Sedangkan rata-rata harga jual untuk 1 pcs batik adalah sebesar 63 407. Hasil estimasi ekonometrika penawaran batik menyimpulkan bahwa, nilai kontanta 66 586 menunjukkan pengaruh positif variable jumlah penjualan batik (X) terhadap variable harga jual batik (Y). Artinya, jika nilai jumlah penjualan meningkat maka nilai harga jual batik juga meningkat sebesar 66 586. This means that after the shift in the basic sector this can increase LPE in Ciamis Regency. Another factor that affects economic growth is HDI. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of base deposits and HDI on economic growth in Ciamis Regency. Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method service data for 2012-2021. The data used are GRDP of Ciamis Regency, GRDP of West Java Province, HDI. From the estimation of the economic growth model, the results of the basic sector are statistically insignificant in influencing economic growth in Ciamis Regency. This is because of the 12 dominant basic sectors, namely the agricultural sector and transportation and trade, therefore to encourage economic growth in Ciamis Regency does not depend on the basic sector but must also be followed by human resource development, this can be seen from the results of the HDI model estimation which statistically has a positive effect on economic growth in Ciamis Regency. \u0000Abstrak. Penelitian ini didasarkan oleh pemekaran wilayah yang terjadi di Kabupaten Ciamis dan yang membuat terjadinya pergeseran sektor basis terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Ciamis pada tahun 2012-2021.Artinya setelah bergesernya sektor basis ini dapat menaikan LPE di Kabupaten Ciamis. Faktor lain yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi yaitu IPM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui besaran pengaruh setor basis dan IPM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS) data servis tahun 2012-2021. Data yang digunakan PDRB Kabupaten Ciamis, PDRB Provinsi Jawa Barat,IPM. Dari hasil estimasi model pertumbuhan ekonomi mendapatkan hasil sektor basis secara statistik tidak signifikan memerpengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Ciamis.
