Pengaruh sektor basis dan indeks pembangunan manusia terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Ciamis tahun 2012-2021

Abstract

Abstract. This research is based on the regional expansion that occurred in Ciamis Regency and which made a shift in the basic sector of economic growth in Ciamis Regency in 2012-2021. This means that after the shift in the basic sector this can increase LPE in Ciamis Regency. Another factor that affects economic growth is HDI. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of base deposits and HDI on economic growth in Ciamis Regency. Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method service data for 2012-2021. The data used are GRDP of Ciamis Regency, GRDP of West Java Province, HDI. From the estimation of the economic growth model, the results of the basic sector are statistically insignificant in influencing economic growth in Ciamis Regency. This is because of the 12 dominant basic sectors, namely the agricultural sector and transportation and trade, therefore to encourage economic growth in Ciamis Regency does not depend on the basic sector but must also be followed by human resource development, this can be seen from the results of the HDI model estimation which statistically has a positive effect on economic growth in Ciamis Regency. Abstrak. Penelitian ini didasarkan oleh pemekaran wilayah yang terjadi di Kabupaten Ciamis dan yang membuat terjadinya pergeseran sektor basis terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Ciamis pada tahun 2012-2021.Artinya setelah bergesernya sektor basis ini dapat menaikan LPE di Kabupaten Ciamis. Faktor lain yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi yaitu IPM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui besaran pengaruh setor basis dan IPM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS) data servis tahun 2012-2021. Data yang digunakan PDRB Kabupaten Ciamis, PDRB Provinsi Jawa Barat,IPM. Dari hasil estimasi model pertumbuhan ekonomi mendapatkan hasil sektor basis secara statistik tidak signifikan memerpengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Ciamis. Penyebabnya dari 12 sektor basis yang dominan yaitu sektor pertanian dan transportasi dan perdagangan oleh karena itu untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Ciamis tidak bergantung pada sektor basis tetapi juga harus diikuti pengembangan SDM hal ini terlihat dari hasil estimasi model IPM secara statistik berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Ciamis.
