These devices are commonly used to reading newspapers, GPS navigator, make purchases online, check email, etc ... These touch devices are also used as tools for learning, so they should take advantage of the synergy of both students usage as teachers are accustomed to using. Enter applications on these devices get the student is next to the content and always wear accessible 24 hours a day is one of the objectives to be achieved. Applications that can be installed on these devices allow dynamic learning objects and interactive exercises that allow learning autocorrections more fluid by the student. It should be noted value to these devices is the collective learning for the visually impaired, both blind and low vision in people, as these devices allow the user to read the contents and even visually expand the contents to people with low vision. We developed a functional verification platform that extends the number of I/O devices, which is usually limited on development kits. Simple PicoBlaze CPU-based design is used to synchronize the input and output signals between PC and the FPGA. Complete verification platform occupies only 14% of the Spartan 3 XC3S200 FPGA device. During the course, students get the knowledge about the PicoBlaze CPU and it's assembly language, as well as getting familiar with the FPGAs and VHDL. This technique, performed in the step of motion estimation, occupies the majority of the total time of video coding. The aim of this work is to give a comparative study various search algorithms by Block Matching. The primary targeted learners in this emerging area are graduate and undergraduate students of ECE and CS, as well as teachers and students of STEM in high schools, who work together over a common CPS design project, with the graduate and undergraduate students teaching and mentoring the high school students. In the first year of this GK12 project, a networked ground and aerial vehicle based Search and Rescue(S&R) Robotics system is selected as the CPS design project with an associated multi-school competition organized via the use of teleoperation over the Internet. In this context, Redmine complements Moodle by providing dynamic time tracking and task management capabilities. The proposed strategies have been designed to be implemented in a specific subject dealing with the predictive maintenance of industrial electric machines. This subject is conceived to give an overall overview of the industrial maintenance protocols of these electromechanical conversion devices, an area still perceived as `classical' by many students. The proposed solutions are being adopted in order to provide a modern perspective of the area, to increase the interest toward the subject and, at the same time, to achieve several educational goals such as better assimilation of the explained concepts. The Sciences Faculty at Poitiers University offers courses in automation and machine design for more than 15 years, and we are trying to design innovating learning activities that merge the converging disciplines of mechanical design, electrical design and computer sciences. This paper presents an illustration of how knowledge transfer from research to teaching in higher education can provide practical cases to courses tagged as “complex” by students. Our aim was to have students develop part of robot control software that would implement the ability of an “Artist Robot” to draw with a simpler 2-rotationnal serial robot. The work has been divided into two parts. The first part is the design of the interpolator that will be committed to students in third-year degree license in engineering. In a practical work case, they will use the course of Introduction to Numerical Computing. The second part is PLC programming which will be performed by first year students of master's degree.
