Islam as a religion of revelation is cornered to radical stigma that have a negative stigma fundamentalists. This phenomenon attracts the author's interest to explore more the concept of goodness which is reviewed in Islam perspective and philosophy. The study found that Islam has never dominated violence. Goodness in Islamic perspective is seen as Al Makruf, which relies on divine and ethical values, norms that occur in society. Al Makruf (goodness) has the same meaning in the context of philosophy, the good deed has a value of benefits to humans when related with morals and ethics. Therefore, there is not contradicting between the meaning of goodness in Islam (al makruf) and the meaning of goodness in philosophy. McDaniel. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach which aims to look at various situations or social realities that apply to ethnic Chinese and indigenous in the city of Palembang. Research using depth interviews with a number of ethnic Chinese and indigenous informants. In addition, the observation and analysis of literature related to this research. Analysis of the data is written in a narrative inductive. An important result showed that religion/belief is one that is right and not be forced. However, through the marriage of the ethnic Chinese and indigenous religious conversion to Islam and Christianity that religions outlook changed. Berdasarkan asumsi penulis branding merupakan dasar dalam aktifitas pemasaran yang mana sebelum pemasaran tersebut dilakukan hingga memperoleh konsumen, yang pada akhirnya memiliki laba yang meningkat dalam periode yang ditentukan perusahaan. Branding tersebut dilakukan setelah merk dibuat bahkan sampai didaftarkan secara sah atau legal sehingga masyarakat dapat mengenal produk atau jasa yang diproduksi oleh perusahaan tersebut. \u0000Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ilmiah ini ialah (1) Mengetahui strategi kegiatan branding yang dilakukan Batik Komar ; (2) Mengetahui material branding yang digunakan untuk menarik calon pembeli;  (3) Mengetahui peluang dari kegiatan branding yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh pembeli atau pengguna. \u0000Teori yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini ialah teori Interasksi Simbolik yang menjelaskan bahwa branding bagi merek suatu produk memiliki makna bagi perilaku manusia, pentingnya konsep diri, serta hubungan antara individu dan masyarakat (LaRossa dan Reizes : 1993). Berdasarkan teori tersebut oleh penulis di deskripsikan kedalam sebuah merek yang dilakukan dengan strategi humas / PR dalam kegiatan branding. Bagi Jefkins dalam menseleksi media sangatlah perlu dalam membangun citra / image building, yang mencakup strategi dan taktik komunikasinya yang dilakukan (Jefkins : 1992). \u0000Bahan dan metode yang digunakan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu mendeskripikan penelitian yang dilakukan secara mendalam,  observasi melalui survey di tempat pembuatan Batik Komar, yang mana dilakukan analisa-analisa strategi yang dilakukan Batik Komar dalam melakukan pemasaran maupun promosi. Seperti kunjungan ke pabrik pembuatan, melihat outlet yang satu lokasi dengan pabrik produksi batiknya. Analisa situs resmi Batik Komar pun dilakukan oleh penulis, sehingga diperoleh aktifitas promosi dan pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Batik Komar, yang telah melakukan promosi dan pemesaran ke luar negeri. Bank Bjb Tbk). The study examines the organization productivies, effectiveness and efficiencies, and the level of company performance comply with role and regulation of banking authority. The variance was explained by extraction factor sums squared loadings of the information yielded in business performance of firms. The main of findings showed that all the two (2) variables i.e. Leadership and Partnership Resources are less influence the business performance of PT. Bank Bjb Tbk. Pada awal tahun 2020, pemerintahan Indonesia masih belum terlalu merespon secara massif wabah virus Corona ini. Hingga akhirnya menimbulkan dampak yang menyentuh berbagai macam sector dari mulai ekonomi, politik hingga pendidikan. Akhirnya berbagai kebijakan pun dibuat agar mengurangi juga mengantisipasi penyebaran virus Corona. PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) menjadi salah satu langkah masif pemerintah untuk menangani penyebaran tersebut. Hingga akhirnya dirasa bahwa kebijakan PSBB sudah tidak perlu dilanjutkan kembali khususnya di daerah Jawa Barat kecuali Bogor, Depok dan Bekasi. Keputusan pemberhentian PSBB hingga diganti kepada AKB (Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru) diberlakukan oleh Gubernur Jawa Barat, Pak Ridwan Kamil yang diberitakan oleh detik.com. It makes BEM requires a lot of people who have been in the organization and demands a lot of participation from each student so that the board can be mentally and emotionally involved, to contribute to the organization and can accept the responsibility of the organization, but members of KM UNJANI BEM could not fully own participation. It is seen from the board a little when the regular meeting, the meeting did not focus on the course, came too late when the meeting, the lack of cooperation among members in the implementation of activities, as well as their respective ideologies are not the main duties and functions of each position BEM UNJANI KM. This shows a lack of participation on the board BEM UNJANI KM. The purpose of this study is to obtain a picture through the dimensions of mental and emotional involvement, contributions, and responsibilities to members of BEM KM UNJANI period 2011-2012. The purpose of this study is to obtain a picture of participation through the dimensions of mental and emotional involvement, contributions, and responsibilities to members of BEM KM UNJANI period 2011-2012. The number of samples used is 58 the members of BEM KM UNJANI period 2011-2012. The data was collected using a questionnaire as the primary data and interview as secondary data. From the results of primary data that the majority of the members BEM KM UNJANI period 2011-2012 have mental and emotional involvement, responsible and able to contribute at every meeting and activity. To increase Waida Farm competitiveness in the future, the formulation of the business development strategy based on its internal and external environment is necessary. This study aims to provide an alternative of competitive strategy formulation with a deeper understanding of its internal and external environment. Data collected through semi-structured interviews and observations in the business environment. Data analyzed using descriptive method refers to significant findings from interviews and observation results. The formulation of alternative strategies conducted using IFE-EFE Matrix, IE Matrix, and SWOT Matrix analysis. The results show that the best alternative competitive strategy for Waida Farm is an intensive strategy through integrated market penetration and product development strategies. Various studies have found that fathers who are absent from the parenting process (educating, caring for, and paying attention to their children) are one of the key factors causing various psychological, cognitive, and social problems in children. This research is a phenomenological study, a qualitative research approach that looks at the similarities of life experiences experienced by a group of individuals. The informants in this study were parents (in the 45-55 age range) of four clients who encounter emotional problems; social interaction; school drop-out, online game addiction; gender dysphoria (inner conflict between physical birth and gender identity felt by sufferers), and pornography. The main objective of this research is to arrive at a description of the nature of the 'Yatim Psikologis' phenomenon or a deep understanding of the situation in Bandung Indonesia. Domain Analyses Method was used to analyze data obtained from four pairs of informants. The results of the study lead to the following conclusions: (1) the fathers’ strong desire to provide a decent life for the family; (2) the fathers’ level of understanding about their role in childcare according to their  religion and psychology; (3) the fathers’ or mothers’ readiness in accepting the presence of the child (4), the child’s birth order (4), and (5) the mother's parenting style are the reasons for the fathers’ absence in providing care and at the same time are the factors affecting the psychological condition of troubled young men in this research.
