The results of the assessment conducted by the author at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Subang Regency were problems, namely the performance of employees was still low. The strengthening of the problems above the authors suspect that it is related to the work ability of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Subang Regency which has not been evenly distributed. The purpose of this research is to find out the magnitude of the influence of the ability on the performance of employees in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Subang Regency. The research method used in this study is explanatory survey. Based on the results of the writing and the simultaneous discussion, it was revealed that the empirical employee work ability variable had a major influence on the performance of the Ministry of Religion staff in Subang Regency by 86.9%.
