Based on the results of the writing and the simultaneous discussion, it was revealed that the empirical employee work ability variable had a major influence on the performance of the Ministry of Religion staff in Subang Regency by 86.9%. Abstract

The work ability of employees in an organization has a very important role in influencing employee performance. 苏邦区宗教事务部工作人员表现的能力
