Методист оказывает методическую поддержку руководителям, заместителям руководителей и педагогам в их профессиональном совершенствовании и повседневной работе. Предъявляемые к современному методисту высокие требования обусловливают необходимость непрерывного профессионального роста, что актуализирует исследование различных механизмов его научно-методического сопровождения. Одной из эффективных форм такого сопровождения является стажировка, позволяющая стимулировать выработку стратегии последовательного формирования личного профессионального опыта, передачу инновационных технологий, трансляцию инновационного продукта. В статье представлены возможности и перспективы системы онлайн-стажировок «Школа Методиста», реализуемых в масштабах региона. Описаны требования к их организации и основная тематика рассматриваемых вопросов. На основе опыта Краснодарского края обосновывается вывод об их эффективности для выявления, а в дальнейшем и устранения профессиональных дефицитов педагогических и управленческих кадров, через оказание адресной методической помощи.\u0000 The profession of a methodologist in education is quite in demand and promising, and his professional mission is related to the process of development of educational organizations. The methodologist provides methodological support to managers, deputy managers and teachers in their professional development and daily work. The high demands placed on a modern methodologist determine the need for continuous professional growth, which actualizes the study of various mechanisms of his scientific and methodological support. One of the effective forms of such support is an internship, which allows stimulating the development of a strategy for the consistent formation of personal professional experience, the transfer of innovative technologies, and the broadcast of an innovative product. The article presents the possibilities and prospects of the Methodist School online internship system, implemented regionally. The requirements for their organization and the main topics of the issues under consideration are described. Вместе с тем на протяжении многих лет её престиж снижался, выпускники школ делали выбор в пользу педагогического вуза не из-за ценностных установок. Это обуславливает необходимость повышения эффективности допрофессионального обучения и воспитания школьников, проявляющих интерес к профессиональному самоопределению в педагогической сфере. В статье сделан акцент на использование наставничества как инструмента профориентации. В качестве примера поддержки института наставничества на муниципальном уровне описывается проведение форума «Моя профессия – педагог» в Ейском районе Краснодарского края. Представлены его цели, задачи, основные этапы, примеры решаемых заданий и критерии их оценивания. Отмечается, что объединение усилий муниципальных органов управления образованием, методических служб, образовательных организаций различного типа, в том числе вузов и ссузов в сфере профориентации обучающихся, проявляющих склонности к педагогике, может дать синергетический эффект, позволит преодолеть кризисную ситуацию, связанную с непопулярностью выбора профессии «учитель», а использование наставничества должно стать ведущим механизмом в профориентационной деятельности.\u0000 The teaching profession at the state level is recognized as one of the leading factors in social development. At the same time, over the years, its prestige has been declining; school graduates made a choice in favor of a pedagogical university not because of their values. This necessitates increasing the effectiveness of pre-professional training and education of schoolchildren who show interest in professional self-determination in the pedagogical field. The article focuses on the use of mentoring as a career guidance tool. As an example of support for the institution of mentoring at the municipal level, the holding of the forum “My profession is a teacher” in the Yeisk district of the Krasnodar Territory is described. Its goals, objectives, main stages, examples of tasks to be solved and criteria for their evaluation are presented. Значительным потенциалом для её решения обладает развитие зрительного анализа и синтеза, которые играют важную роль в восприятии окружающего мира, что существенно влияет на формирование письменной речи и языкового уровня учащихся. В процессе проведения логопедических занятий можно организовать эффективную работу в данном направлении. В статье представлены результаты исследования, проведённого на базе МАОУ города Новосибирска «Средняя общеобразовательная школа № 20». На основе проведённого анализа письменной речи у детей с общим недоразвитием речи, выделены основные проблемы её развития, описана диагностика уровня сформированности у испытуемых зрительного анализа и синтеза, охарактеризованы этапы проведения обследования. Были апробированы, адаптированные к особенностям детей с общим недоразвитием речи, методики диагностики и коррекционной работы. Сделаны выводы об эффективности проведённой работы.\u0000 Prevention of impairments in written speech in younger schoolchildren with general speech underdevelopment is an urgent task today. The development of visual analysis and synthesis, which play an important role in the perception of the surrounding world, has significant potential for solving it, which significantly affects the formation of written speech and the language level of students. In the process of conducting speech therapy classes, it is possible to organize effective work in this direction. The article presents the results of a study conducted on the basis of the MAOU of the city of Novosibirsk “Secondary school No. 20”. Based on the analysis of written speech in children with general speech underdevelopment, the main problems of its development are identified, the diagnosis of the level of development of visual analysis and synthesis in the subjects is described, and the stages of the examination are characterized. Diagnostic and correctional methods adapted to the characteristics of children with general speech underdevelopment were tested. При этом на первый план выходит моделирование определённых ситуаций, погружение в них, совместное решение проблемы и анализ совершаемых действий. Важным аспектом использования интерактивных методов является учёт доминантного канала восприятия обучающегося, который существенным образом влияет на эффективность обучения. В статье представлены результаты соответствующего исследования, проведённого со студентами Донецкого государственного медицинского университета им. М. Горького, которые обучались в 2020–2023 гг. с применением дистанционных образовательных технологий. С учётом результатов предварительной диагностики доминирующей перцептивной модальности по методике С. Ефремцева при обучении студентов экспериментальной группы интерактивные методы применялись с акцентом на доминирующий анализатор. Итоговый контроль показал, что в этой группе результаты статистически значимо выше, чем в контрольной группе, что свидетельствует об эффективности предлагаемой методики.\u0000 In recent decades, interest in the distance learning format in higher medical education based on the use of interactive teaching methods has sharply increased. At the same time, modeling of certain situations, immersion in them, joint solution of the problem and analysis of the actions taken come to the fore. An important aspect of using interactive methods is considering the dominant channel of perception of the student, which significantly affects the effectiveness of learning. The article presents the results of a corresponding study conducted with students of Donetsk State Medical University. M. Gorky, who studied in 2020–2023. using distance educational technologies. Considering the results of preliminary diagnostics of the dominant perceptual modality (S. Efremtsev), when teaching students in the experimental group, interactive methods were used with an emphasis on the dominant analyzer. Она является обязательным компонентом работы современного образовательного учреждения и условием его дальнейшего включения в региональную инновационную инфраструктуру, формирование которой является важнейшей задачей государственной политики и приоритетом экономики России. Присвоение статуса региональной инновационной площадки ставит перед организацией принципиально новые задачи, эффективность решения которых во многом зависит от научно-методического сопровождения со стороны регионального Института развития образования. В статье представлено теоретическое осмысление опыта Краснодарского края в этом направлении. Предложены и подробно охарактеризованы механизмы сопровождения деятельности инновационных площадок, а также апробации и внедрения инновационных продуктов, разрабатываемых ими. В частности, описан алгоритм внедрения инновационных продуктов в краевую систему образования и приведены примеры используемых регламентов и форм планово-отчётной документации.\u0000 Innovation activity is an activity of a special nature into which new things are introduced (knowledge, technologies, techniques, approaches) to obtain a result that is in demand (social, market, etc.). It is an obligatory component of the work of a modern educational institution and a condition for its further inclusion in the regional innovation infrastructure, the formation of which is the most important task of state policy and a priority of the Russian economy. Assigning the status of a regional innovation platform poses fundamentally new tasks for the organization, the effectiveness of which largely depends on scientific and methodological support from the regional Institute for Educational Development. The article presents a theoretical understanding of the experience of the Krasnodar region in this direction. Mechanisms for supporting the activities of innovation sites, as well as testing and introducing innovative products developed by them, are proposed and described in detail. Статья представляет опыт МКУ «Центр развития образования» МО Тимашевский район Краснодарского края по реализации проекта «Научно-методическое сопровождение профессионального роста педагогов в условиях деятельности стажировочных площадок», выполняемого в статусе краевого ресурсного центра. Описано содержание проекта, а также особенности включения стажировочных площадок в сетевые форматы взаимодействия и их использования при построении и реализации индивидуальных образовательных маршрутов педагогов.\u0000 In modern realities, the classic model of methodological support for teachers requires modernization in terms of revising the existing formats of methodological support at the municipal level. One of the promising directions for solving this problem is the organization of internship sites as one of the effective forms of supporting the professional growth of teachers. The article presents the experience of the MKU “Center for Educational Development” of the Timashevsky District of the Krasnodar Territory in the implementation of the project “Scientific and methodological support for the professional growth of teachers in the context of internship sites”, carried out in the status of a regional resource center. Для выделенных закономерностей функционирования данной системы определена система специфических принципов, которая состоит из трёх групп: организационно-формирующие, содержательно-технологические и субъектно-ориентирующие принципы. Первая группа обеспечивает саму возможность функционирования рассматриваемой инфраструктуры, вторая характеризует внутренние требования к её успешной деятельности, а третья фиксирует предпосылки формирования в современной образовательной системе. Дана подробная характеристика данным принципам, определены взаимосвязи между ними и закономерностями функционирования региональной инновационной сетевой инфраструктуры, обеспечивающей непрерывный рост профессионального мастерства учителя.\u0000 The problem of orienting the regional innovation network infrastructure to ensure the continuous growth of the teacher’s professional skills is considered. For the identified patterns of functioning of this system, a system of specific principles has been defined, which consists of three groups: organizational-forming, content-technological and subject-orienting principles. The first group provides the very possibility of functioning of the infrastructure under consideration, the second characterizes the internal requirements for its successful operation, and the third fixes the prerequisites for its formation in the modern educational system.
