Online internships “Methodist School” as a condition for improving the professional skills of teachers

Abstract

Профессия методиста в образовании является достаточно востребованной и перспективной, а её профессиональная миссия связана с процессом развития образовательных организаций. Методист оказывает методическую поддержку руководителям, заместителям руководителей и педагогам в их профессиональном совершенствовании и повседневной работе. Предъявляемые к современному методисту высокие требования обусловливают необходимость непрерывного профессионального роста, что актуализирует исследование различных механизмов его научно-методического сопровождения. Одной из эффективных форм такого сопровождения является стажировка, позволяющая стимулировать выработку стратегии последовательного формирования личного профессионального опыта, передачу инновационных технологий, трансляцию инновационного продукта. В статье представлены возможности и перспективы системы онлайн-стажировок «Школа Методиста», реализуемых в масштабах региона. Описаны требования к их организации и основная тематика рассматриваемых вопросов. На основе опыта Краснодарского края обосновывается вывод об их эффективности для выявления, а в дальнейшем и устранения профессиональных дефицитов педагогических и управленческих кадров, через оказание адресной методической помощи. The profession of a methodologist in education is quite in demand and promising, and his professional mission is related to the process of development of educational organizations. The methodologist provides methodological support to managers, deputy managers and teachers in their professional development and daily work. The high demands placed on a modern methodologist determine the need for continuous professional growth, which actualizes the study of various mechanisms of his scientific and methodological support. One of the effective forms of such support is an internship, which allows stimulating the development of a strategy for the consistent formation of personal professional experience, the transfer of innovative technologies, and the broadcast of an innovative product. The article presents the possibilities and prospects of the Methodist School online internship system, implemented regionally. The requirements for their organization and the main topics of the issues under consideration are described. Based on the experience of the Krasnodar region, the conclusion is substantiated about their effectiveness in identifying and subsequently eliminating professional deficiencies in teaching and management personnel through the provision of targeted methodological assistance.
