Effective mechanisms for supporting the activities of innovation sites in the regional education system

Abstract

Инновационная деятельность – это особая по характеру деятельность, в которую привносится новое (знания, технологии, приёмы, подходы) для получения результата, отличающегося востребованностью (социально-общественной, рыночной и т.п.). Она является обязательным компонентом работы современного образовательного учреждения и условием его дальнейшего включения в региональную инновационную инфраструктуру, формирование которой является важнейшей задачей государственной политики и приоритетом экономики России. Присвоение статуса региональной инновационной площадки ставит перед организацией принципиально новые задачи, эффективность решения которых во многом зависит от научно-методического сопровождения со стороны регионального Института развития образования. В статье представлено теоретическое осмысление опыта Краснодарского края в этом направлении. Предложены и подробно охарактеризованы механизмы сопровождения деятельности инновационных площадок, а также апробации и внедрения инновационных продуктов, разрабатываемых ими. В частности, описан алгоритм внедрения инновационных продуктов в краевую систему образования и приведены примеры используемых регламентов и форм планово-отчётной документации. Innovation activity is an activity of a special nature into which new things are introduced (knowledge, technologies, techniques, approaches) to obtain a result that is in demand (social, market, etc.). It is an obligatory component of the work of a modern educational institution and a condition for its further inclusion in the regional innovation infrastructure, the formation of which is the most important task of state policy and a priority of the Russian economy. Assigning the status of a regional innovation platform poses fundamentally new tasks for the organization, the effectiveness of which largely depends on scientific and methodological support from the regional Institute for Educational Development. The article presents a theoretical understanding of the experience of the Krasnodar region in this direction. Mechanisms for supporting the activities of innovation sites, as well as testing and introducing innovative products developed by them, are proposed and described in detail. In particular, an algorithm for introducing innovative products into the regional education system is described and examples of the regulations and forms of planning and reporting documentation used are given.
