Genes exhibiting similar patterns are often functionally related, which is very helpful for the research on analyzing the underlying mechanisms of metabolic and regulatory networks in the cell. But the fact that the correlated part is entangled with the unrelated part in the data, and the data is usually corrupted by some biological or experimental factors adds great difficulty to detect all of the possible biclusters. The novelty of the method proposed in this paper lies in the given data is not treated as a unique one but is segmented into many 2-combinations. And clustering is done with all these 2-combinations. Then based on the clustering results some binary tables are created. The second part is to verify the concatenated quasi-biclusters. The whole processing aims at finding all of the possible biclusters from large to small. In order to enhance the global searching ability and precision, an adaptive evolutionary strategy based on the feedback and sharing mechanism (ESBFSM) is proposed, in which the information of the current optimal searching result and sharing degree is fed into the mutating formula. By tuning the variance of the mutation operator according to the feedback information, the mutation step of ES is changed with the current searching result. And a part of individuals of the population in the later searching procedure keep higher probability of jumping out of the local minimum by the sharing mechanism. The algorithm uses SIFT chara- cteristics as matching feature, then introduces Euclidean dis- tance as the similarity metrics of image matching, and uses a method of setting a threshold value to delete the false match- ing points. In this method, the ACO algorithm is served as a global search algorithm. According to the characteristics of the MuSSP, an adaptive memory algorithms is presented, which is used as the local search on the solution space in the hybrid ant colony optimization algorithm. The hybrid algorithm can improve the solution’s quality for MuSSP. Several cases showed that the HACO algorithm is feasibility. The bifurcation analysis of the model shows that a sequence of Hopf bifurcations can occur at the coexisting equilibrium as the time delay crosses some critical values. An explicit algorithm for determining the direction of Hopf bifurcations and the stability of bifurcating non-trivial periodic solutions is derived by using normal form theory and center manifold arguments due to Faria and. At last, the uncertainties of missile system are eliminated by adopting the soft function and adaptive law of parameters of controller. To improve the accuracy and reproducibility of PWV measurement in complicated noise backgrounds, this study proposes a novel method based on Chaos Theory that calculates the aortic PWV. According to the chaotic threshold calculated by local Lyapunov exponents, it is easy to determine the characteristic point of the pulse wave – “the foot of the wave” in strong noisy, so as to measure accurately pulse transit time (PTT), as well as PWV. Many factors may affect the eddy current response. Inverse problems to determine the thickness from ECT signals of multilayer conductors have been a challenge for a certain degree. The objectives of this study are to introduce a method based on improved Back Propagation neural network (BPNN) to identify the multilayer thickness from their ECT signals.
