To accelerate its convergence rate and enhance its performances, this paper introduces a dynamic adjustment method for the differential factor and a modified version of mutation strategy into DE. Furthermore, a disturbance approach based on population diversity is used to further improve the search capability. Thus, two improved DE, IDE1 and IDE2, are presented. The performances of the IDE1 and IDE2 are evaluated on seven complex benchmark functions with three different dimensionalities. The network is adjusted by measuring samples to compensate temperature loss of the ultrasonic flow measurement system. The simulation results show that the influence of temperature on the ultrasonic flow measurement is dramatically reduced to 3% from 5.2%, which fulfill the targets of reducing errors and increasing measurement precision. In this paper, a new view planning approach of generating 3-D models automatically is proposed. The new algorithm incorporates the visual region of the vision system with the limit visual surface of the unknown model. The limit visual surface is modeled according to the knowledge of acquired object model. And the space positions of efficient viewpoints are determined according to the visual region of the system and the limit visual surface. The NBV position is the position that could obtain the maximal unknown surface area among the efficient viewpoints. Using this standard, the author constructed an Optimizing Mathematic model to convert response time problem to vehicular speed of Fire Engine. Based on principles of Transportation Accessibility and Road System Reliability, this paper chose thirteen factors from three perspectives (including the urban road structure and its ability of impedance, urban land use and population density) in Nanjing downtown area. Using analysis method of multi-factors weighted-overlay and GIS software, this paper evaluated vehicular speed on the road, the intersection and urban land in different periods. Then the author constructed an Decision Support System of Fire Station Distribution and Responsible Area Zoning during the Traffic Peak Period of Nanjing based on analysis of Time Cost–weighted Distance. Results indicated that current distribution of Fire Station was not suitable and the average fire control response time was about 14 minutes, far exceeding the national standards of 5 min. Through Decision Support System, the author planned 14 new fire stations, and together with the 19 reservation fire stations in Nanjing Urban Master Planning, this distribution planning would make the average response time short to 8 minutes, and more than 50% urban area of Nanjing down area can be arrived by the Fire Engine in time(less than 5 minutes), and the average responsible area of these 46 fire stations would be about 6.2km2. This paper was a preliminary research on analyzing Distribution of Fire Station with a raster calculating method that could be a great valuable supplement for studying the Planning of Fire Station Distribution in traditional vector network analysis and it could help the government to make decisions. However, this study had its limitations. According to the laws of Increasing Precision with Decreasing Intelligent (IPDI), the architecture of autonomous control for UAV is given. The architecture can be divided into three levels: Execution Level, Coordination Level and Organization Level. The constraint conditions and realizations of Coordination Level and Organization Level are studied comprehensively. The key hardware and software technologies for multi-tasks are modularized depending on the requirements of mission. A simple segmentation approach for sport scene images is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a simple method is applied to detect the interest pixels in images by the defined interest pixels extraction function and a simple strategy is applied to speed the computation in the process of computation gray mean of pixels; Secondly, all the detected interest pixels neighbored each other are grouped to object interest regions; after that, the non-interest pixels in interest region are changed to interest pixels by inner filling method; Thirdly, the binarized images can be easily segmented applying simple edge detection algorithms or contour tracing approaches. For intrusion detection method based support vector machine(SVM), there is a big obstacle that the amount of audit data for modeling is very large even for a small network scale, so it’s impractical to directly train SVM using original training datasets. Selecting important features from input dataset leads to a simplification of the problem, however a defect caused is the lack of sparseness. All training data will become the support vectors of SVM, which causes the low intrusion detection speed. We propose a novel SVM intrusion detection algorithm model using the method of extension clustering which is utilized to obtain a subset including support vectors. Through this approximation, the training dataset is downsized and consequently the number of support vectors of ultimate SVM model is reduced, which will greatly help to improve the response time of intrusion detection. Comparing to others, the arithmetic model is simple implement and better performance. In order to analyze them, we extend to the language of inclusion constraints, and further give an inference system, which can be formalized as deriving all possible constraints, and there are no indirect constraints any more. Furthermore, an algorithm is presented, which comprises the single dereferenced pointers, multiple dereferenced pointers, arrays, pointer arithmetic analysis. Another advantage is to offload the work to a static analysis completely, which is a breakthrough of inclusion-based pointer analysis.
