Although ac power system has dominated for a long century because of easy transmission and some other benefits, dc power system has still gave some good performances and attracted more attention during the past three decades. This paper will discuss the current developing stage of dc distributed power system by the following contents: the basic structure and characteristics; the benefits of the dc distribution system; the development of current techniques adopted in DPS and its analysis of protection and system interaction. According to internal combustion engine optimal operation line, energy management strategy based on the logic threshold control method is put forward. The torque and rotating speed difference distribution of the internal combustion engine and ECVT are controlled reasonably in order to achieve the dynamic switching among the different operation modes. The results of simulation based on 10.15 driving cycle are compared. In order to maximize the use of solar energy, maximum power tracking is a necessary. Based on mathematical engineering models of photovoltaic cells, the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells were studied in the case of the changing external environment. According to the output characteristics, based on the traditional incremental conductance method, we proposed an improved variable step of the duty cycle tracking technology through power detection. To address this problem, a battery pack level HIL system is developed base on CAN bus, which can simulate a Lithium-ion battery pack. Also, some other components which are in connection with BMS are simulated in the HIL system. In order to acquire a higher power density, the optimization of structure parameters for the double-sided linear switched reluctance generator (DLSRG) is carried out. To observe the nonlinear phenomena in SR generator, two dimensional (2D) magnetic static field distributions is obtained. For imitation of real-time operation, transient magnetic field is analyzed by finite element method (FEM). Then through a series of simulation and analysis, a group of appropriate parameters for the DLSRG are obtained. Structures and models of various automotive suspensions are described. Furthermore, typical commercial products of automotive suspensions are illustrated. Based on the reported studies and development, the authors discus the comparisons between various vehicular suspensions from the aspects of structure, weight, cost, ride comfort, handling performance, reliability, dynamic performance, energy recovery, and commercial maturity. Consequently, it is deduced that electromagnetic active suspensions are the future trend of automotive suspensions due to simple structure, high-bandwidth, accurate and flexible force control, high ride quality, good handling performance, and energy regeneration. Combined with the theoretical analysis, a kind of Anti-Windup PI controller is adopted based on output feedback calculations, and a discrete simulation model of the vector control speed regulation system is built on Matlab/Simulink platform. After the completion of the system hardware design, the entire control system software design and programming are completed based on the TMS320F2801 fixed-point DSP.
