When concerning optimal desinging of this kind of rotor, this paper indroduce Taguchi mothod which is very mature in optimal calculation field abroad, but is rarely applied at home. By using this method, four levels of the five rotor shape parameters are grouped, and 16 sets of data are selected to analyzed. Switching table and hysteresis controller in traditional DTC is replaced by flux linkage estimator and SVPWM modulation module. For the problems of complex control and harmonic interference when elevator's regenerative braking energy feed back to the grid, a method of storing renewable energy by super capacitor is proposed in this paper. Because the power changes in a large range in the process of charging and discharging, the super capacitor is accessed to the DC bus by a bi-directional DC/DC converter. The converter can achieve the function of limiting the inductor current and maintaining the DC bus voltage constant. A small signal model is established in the paper. The control strategy of double-loop control, outer voltage loop and inner current loop, can effectively control the super capacitor's charging and discharging process. This paper has just designed a generator testing system, which is consisted by touch screen and PLC. In this system, PLC will control the frequency converter to drive motor and make the motor have different rotational speed. Motor drive the generator to generate electricity, and then this system will detect whether voltage and current generated by generator in different rotational speed can meet the demand automatically. With the purpose of increasing Human-Machine User-friendliness, control press-button and display would use HMI touch screen to achieve. It can make the test procedure quite easy and convenient. In MATLAB/Simulink, the isolated S-function modules, such as motor module, speed PI controller module, current hysteresis controller module, EMF generated module etc are modeled flexibly with S-function Builder. By the organic combination of these modules, the model of BLDCM control system can be established efficiently. The correctness and effectiveness of the modeling based on S-function Builder are verified through the experimental data and waveform. There are disadvantages of the traditional SPWM current tracking control algorithm because the output current of the inverter is interfered by the network voltage. The improved SPWM current tracking control algorithm adds the feed forward loop of the network voltage to the original closed loop control system, which could effectively suppress the interference of the network voltage and guarantee the quality of the grid-connected current. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of grid-connected current tracking control algorithms are compared. And the mathematical model of the closed loop control system is built. Then the paper analyzes the network voltage feed forward control algorithm. Simulation experiments are done based on the improved algorithm. With advantages of high power density, large electrostatic capacity and long cycle life, super capacitors are combined with bidirectional DC/DC converter to compose the energy storage system in parallel with DC-link to keep DC voltage constant and to be used also as a spare UPS. Low frequency mathematical model of the conditioner under dq coordinates based on state-space method is built and non-PLL compensation detecting method is applied. In addition, both the control strategy of voltage and current compensation and energy management schemes of super capacitors are given. And we write the computer program, which can help to display the important input and output signal of the system by upper computer in communication mode. This is beneficial to the monitoring and management of system. This paper also introduces the inverse power control and the start-stop time control by PLC. This paper takes the rotor-side converter in double fed wind power generation system as the research object. The control objective of the grid-side converter is analyzed in this paper. Based on the control objective, the key issues of realizing the control objectives are discussed in this paper. Then a new DSP-based implementation method of the rotor-side converter is proposed. The mt-coordinates mathematical model of rotor-side converter is established in this paper. Based on the mathematical model and the control objective, control strategy for rotor side PWM converter is proposed, including voltage control strategy pre-grid and PQ decoupling control strategy in grid-connected operation mode. At last, the control strategy is realizing by DSP. Simulation platform for 11kw double feed wind power generation system is built for experimental research on the rotor-side converter. Experimental result has fully proved the validity of control strategies and satisfactory control performance has been achieved.
