In MATLAB/Simulink, the isolated S-function modules, such as motor module, speed PI controller module, current hysteresis controller module, EMF generated module etc are modeled flexibly with S-function Builder. By the organic combination of these modules, the model of BLDCM control system can be established efficiently. The correctness and effectiveness of the modeling based on S-function Builder are verified through the experimental data and waveform.
